2. Only the number of guests on the reservation may stay at the chalet: 6 guests (max 4 adults) - infants count as guests. Government orders or laws, especially those that speak to the number of guests inside or outside the house, must be strictly followed. Your reservation does not guarantee access to external activities and events.

3. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am and are enforced by the municipality of Lac-Supérieur with regular security patrols.

4. Wash off any lotions before entering the spa as failure to do so will result in poor water quality and may require us to empty the spa at the end of your stay at your cost. When you remove the cover from the spa, fold it in half and place it gently against the cement wall behind the tub. Use only the provided plasticware around the hot tub. Supervise and attend to children in and around the spa.

5. We’ve designed our house with furniture we love - keep our indoor furniture inside and the outdoor loungers on the 2nd level terrace upstairs.

6. Use only eco logs (no wood) in the indoor fireplace. We will supply you with one eco log per night. Additional logs can be purchased at Canadian Tire or Rona in Saint-Jovite.

7. The outdoor BBQ (seasonal restrictions apply) sits 1 foot away from the house and should not be moved.

8. Your use of the private Club de la Pointe is complimentary and shared with other guests. Always wear the provided bracelets when on the resort and be sure to follow the posted rules.

9. Maintain the security of the house at all times: lock the doors at night and when leaving the house, and use the screens on the doors and windows to keep wildlife and insects out of the house.

10. Return the house and property to the same condition you find it upon arrival. If anything is left in a condition that we deem unacceptable, even if the damage was accidental, a charge will be placed against your damage deposit for repairs and/or replacement of broken and/or missing items.

Short drive to Mt Tremblant village and the Rustique restaurant nearby had great menu offerings. We enjoyed the hot tub Apres Ski, the location is beautiful during the winter season. Chalet has a great daybed on the first floor perfect for toddlers who nap, and plenty of board games available for the kids. Love the location and cannot wait to be back in the Fall. Hosts were very cordial and professional, and very responsive with any inquiries you had. I brought my own paper towels, zip lock bags and 3 ply Kleenex but they already had it in the Chalet. This place fulfilled all those! It is a 50 min drive to Mt Tremblant; the 2 double bunk beds, queen bed in the master bedroom and pull out couch accommodated all of us easily; the hot tub was in good working condition and reached the optimum temperature pretty quickly. The chalet heat up quickly on our arrival and maintained the room temperature well throughout. There was enough hot water for all of us to take a shower at the end of the day without running out. The place was very clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. There were all the necessary kitchen amenities for us to make breakfast and dinner. The chalet is right on the lake which is an added bonus, especially if you go in the summertime. Great value, would highly recommend!"

✦ Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with king bed & balcony (Bedroom A in the photo album) and a second bedroom with queen bed and an office desk. You'll find the full bathroom with glass shower on the upper-level as well.

✦ Downstairs, there is a bathroom in the entrance and a laundry room with cleaning equipment. The rustic open space area present the main living room with smart TV, a dining table sitting 6 guests comfortably, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and brand-new appliances. The couch is also convertible into a Queen bed.

✦ We supply and include the bedding, towels, sanitary and foods basics like coffee, tea, soap, toilet paper, etc. There is a conventional drip coffee machine with filters at your dispositions.

✦ The main patio faces Lake Marie-Louise. There are 20 meters of natural habitat that separate the cabin and the water front. There is a trail that leads to the water access from the property, and with a 5-minute walk you can swim in the clear water of the lake. We installed signs on the trees to guide our guest through the path.

We recommend having an all-wheel drive or studded tire car to come to the chalet, since the paths are not paved and there are hills to climb to get to the chalet.

*CELLULAR NETWORK*
Please note that there's not a strong cellular network at the cottage, but you will have access to wifi. You can catch some signal in the bedrooms sometimes, but it depends on your cellphone company and the weather.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor firepit at your disposal. I don't provide wood, so if you want to make fires, you should bring some wood. You can buy some near the chalet, in La Minerve village. I will send you the address prior to your arrival.
In winter: If you want to use the outdoor fireplace It is your responsibility to clear the access.
