The house is situated right on Lac Creux, in the municipality of Lantier which is a 20 minute drive to Sainte-Agathe or a 15 minute drive to St-Donat. Both are pleasant places to visit with a large lake connected to the towns. This is cottage country only an hour and half away from the city of Montreal so a day trip to the city is a possibility. There a many activities right here on the property:
In summertime: Kayaking and a boat with an electric motor. The lake is clean; no gas motorboats allowed so it is safe to swim in, there is small beach area on the property. If you are into hiking there are plenty of trails close by.
During the winter months: Family ski hills, Mont Garceau and Mont La Reserve in St-Donat are only 20 minutes’ drive, Mont-Tremblant is a 40 minutes’ drive from the cottage. Cross Country skiing and snowshoeing is very popular here with plenty of trails and also can be done right from the house.
This is a pet friendly environment, and owner has two very friendly dogs.

- "We just returned from a week at this cottage. Check-in was easy. The place was clean and fully stocked. The owners were available to answer any question’s we had. There was beach access, and kayaks. Look forward to returning next year!" - "Hosts were phenomenal with communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay. From early check-in to late check-out, to treats awaiting us on arrival. Lots of amenities including everything for the bathroom, some first aid supplies, and many towels (beach and bathroom). The basement area is not pictured but it is excellent with two double beds and a bunk bed, tv, bathroom, and laundry facilities. In the extreme heat, our friends slept down there with their 3yo and dog and they stayed nice and cool. A portable a/c unit, fans, and air purifiers kept the main floor pretty cool during the day but there was a surprisingly cool breeze through the windows as soon as the sun went down. We stayed while it was 35-40 degree temps during the day and air quality advisories due to forest fires... and we're so happy we were at the cottage instead of in the city! We were quite comfortable! The screened deck was our primary dining room, with a nice breeze and protection from mosquitos and deer flies. We used the 2 kayaks every day and the canoe once (but it actually is in disrepair and probably shouldn't be used unless fixed). The lake is super calm and easy to explore and the sandy beach entry is great for getting out and swimming from shore... we made great use of the pool noodles! Would not hesitate to recommend."

Within a driving distance ranging from 15 - 40 minutes you have the towns of Mont Tremblant, St.Donat, St.Jovite, Ste.Agathe, Val David & St.Sauveur.

There are weekly and 3 night minimum rentals during specific months and Holidays. Summer months: June, 5 night minimum & in July and August, rentals are weekly and usually start on Sunday.

Christmas, New Years & Spring break are also weekly rentals starting on Friday however we can be flexible if possible. Monthly and Seasonal rentals are available and the prices will be discounted by us directly, please inquire and check the calendar please. We are offering a seasonal rental for the winter, November 2025-March 2026, 5 months at $2000. a month + heating bill or Jan.7 -April 7, 2026, 3 months @ $2200. a month + heating bill. Please inquire on what dates work for you.

Please contact us ASAP and we will give you flexible date options and pricing. For correct pricing, check the website in English and US dollar or whatever currency you want the rate converted. Note that unless a different currency is selected at the top of the website, it will automatically be in US dollar. On holidays, renting for less than a week is only an option if available. If at any time, the Laurentians have travel restrictions imposed due to Covid, we will modify the cancellation policy.
The cottage will be cleaned and disinfected after every rental.

There is a maximum of 6 adult guests overnight or a total of 7 people with adults and children. Small dogs will be considered. Pet cleaning fee is an additional $50.

How we differ from other riverfront properties in the area: Our cottage is in an area where you'll feel more secluded with neighbours only at a distance. Perfect for a couple's time away. We are closer to the resort, at the corner of the linear ski/bike/ride trail and a main road drive away to skiing than comparables. Most other riverfront cottages are concentrated in an area in front of the Campground, have more of a community feel and are probably best suited for family vacations.

Our lodge has five bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a powder room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The veranda can be used as a reading, relaxation, cooking or dining area. The spa and sauna are available year round. Our property can easily accommodate up to 14 people. It’s the perfect place for a getaway! There are also 3 sofa beds on the property.

- "Our family really enjoyed our time at the cottage … the cabin is just beautiful and is well situated on the lake with ample privacy from neighbouring properties. The lake is very clean and perfect for swimming and diving off the dock. The open layout and size of the main floor also made it very comfortable for our large crowd with lots of seating for meals. The downstairs bedroom layout worked very well for two sets of parents with children … our grandchildren loved the bedroom with the bunk beds. The older adults used the two bedrooms on the top floor and found them very comfortable. Communication with our host was fast with queries answered very quickly. The floating trampoline and hot tub at the cottage were HUGE hits with everyone… as was the wide selection of outdoor cooking equipment. Our son-in-law did most of the outdoor cooking/grilling on the Blackstone grill which was perfect for cooking large quantities of bacon and pancakes for a hungry crowd at breakfast. We also appreciated the generous availability of paper products and coffee pods during our stay too. Our family loved our stay so much, we would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend the property to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing cottage vacation."

Gorgeous post and beam construction chalet in the heart of the Laurentian. Full kitchen and accessories, dining room and living room. All the bedrooms have they own washroom and are furnished w top of the line mattresses and bedding. All linens, duvets and pillows are provided. I promise you, you will have the best sleep in this place. The custom drapes in the rooms are great, completely black out. You will find your trip to be restful and revitalizing, with the entire chalet all to yourself and or your group. Hot tub is in the lower level of the deck and you may get lucky and have deer walking by. Amazing restaurants, skiing, shopping and activities in walking distance from the chalet. Property backs onto the La Villageoise de Mont Tremblant Trail, which takes you right to the mountains. It is picturesque.

- "Our overall experience was great! We had a group of people who skied and some that did not. The trail right out back of the cottage was fantastic to hike along, very well groomed. To top it off we had fresh croissants made for us on our last morning. One comment was it was a bit tough to get to the hot tub through the snow on the deck/stairs. The check in process was rated lower as the app was not fully functional at the time, but Martha was easy to contact and provided what was needed via text."

Beautiful log homes located near the small town of Rivière-Rouge 35 minutes from Tremblant. The cottages are beautiful log homes. One is a big three story cottage that can accommodate 12 to 14 people. There is also three other smaller log homes cottages that can each accommodate 6 people.
There is a pool and a spa on the deck of the biggest log home.
The land is perfectly located by the Rivière-Rouge. There is a private beautiful beach on the river. There is also a wet zone area and a small lake that has trout in it for fishing. Beside this beautiful land there is a small mountain that you can climb an admire the beautiful landscape of the Laurentiens mountains. This property is so peaceful and perfect!

THE SPACE
This cottage has only one floor. It includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom which includes the laundry room. You can park up to 4 cars in the driveway.

The kitchen is well-equipped to allow you to prepare your delicious meals. There is a dining room and a kitchen island where you can enjoy your meals also.

The living room has a marvelous sofa that allows you to configure the backrest or simply just make it into a one person sofa bed.

There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and the other one has a queen size bed, both with firm mattresses. The 2 bedrooms also have curtains that can obstruct daylight.

In the bathroom, you will find the washer and dryer where you can do your laundry. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

Outside the cottage, you will find a BBQ, a large dining table, the hot tub and the campfire. There is also a large field where you can do group activities. Enjoy the hot tub in both summer and winter, marvel at the beautiful stars on your lovely evenings or simply relax by the campfire.

Heating, air conditioning, electricity, and propane gas (for fireplace and barbecue) are included in the rental. There is a 65" Smart TV (no streaming service included) and unlimited 400 Mbps Internet is provided. No refunds or compensation will be given for service interruptions.

PARKING & SNOW REMOVAL
You can park up to 4 cars. During winter, there is a snow removal service. You will also have 2 shovels available at the entrance of the cottage.

There is a central vacuum, 2 brooms, and a Swiffer WetJet. The iron and a small ironing board are available for your use in the storage room.

BATHROOM

Cozy newly renovated chalet with private access to a small pond. The chalet is located in La Minerve, 30 minutes away from Mont Tremblant and about 40 minutes away from Reserve Faunique Papineau-Labelle, a vast wildlife reserve full of a wide variety of outdoor activities.

The space
The cottage is recently renovated and everything inside is brand new. The property has an electronic lock for easy check-in/check-out, two bedrooms with a queen bed in each one, a pull-out couch in the living room, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a deck overlooking our private pond.

Note that there is no Wi-Fi at the cottage and limited cell phone reception

Guests have access to all spaces inside the house as well as the private pond just outside the cottage.

Other things to note
Note that the pond is only 2 meters deep and the bottom is mostly muddy. The water is clean as there is a stream that passes through the forrest and keeps the water moving. Good for quick swims or to float around on some inflatable mattresses.

Small pets are permitted. Note that Pitbulls are not permitted on the property due to insurance limitations.

Keep in mind there is no Wi-FI and cellphone reception is very limited at the cottage. You may get some service on the main road depending on provider.

Looking for a break, try our lovely 2-level 1,000 square foot cottage. Wood burning stove bring your own firewood, etc. 4KM to Mont Tremblant National Park. The space
Two level; lower level, living room with wood stove (not for use during warm days or nights - April to November - bring your own kindling, starter and firewood - we do not supply) and full bathroom with a big bathtub and separate 3' x 5' glass shower with access to the hot tub (shared with other one bedroom cottage). Watch a movie, TV series on our 50" LED TV equipped with Fire TV (Amazon Prime, Crave, Netflix, etc.) no cable TV. Upper level has 2 bedrooms, powder room, dinning room, island with seating for 4 and full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave.
One bedroom has a queen bed and looks out through the patio door at the lake. The second bedroom can be set as a full king bed or two singles giving you an option for 3 beds in total for four guests maximum.
Enjoy the lake and mountain views, plus the wildlife.
You will find all the dishes and utensils you need and an array of cookware. For breakfast a toaster and Keurig coffee maker (we supply the pods). You will also find robes and extra towels for the hot tub where you can soak with a view the lake.
No BBQ during the winter months.
We have two friendly dogs on the property. They cannot go to the cottage.

The entire 1,000 square foot cottage is yours to enjoy. Our home is 40 feet away, providing you with your space but we are close by if you need us.

The lake is beautiful in all seasons.
You have 2 parking spaces steps from the front door.

The hot tub is shared with another one bedroom cottage, each cottage is invited to use the hot tub exclusively. If some one is using it, wait for them to leave. We rigorously maintain the chemicals to ensure sanitation. During the summer we have kayaks and related equipment, three single person kayaks, one tandem, two SUPs and lifejackets, these are required when using our watercraft.

This cottage is located on a property where there are three buildings in total, the boathouse one bedroom cottage, this cottage (two bedrooms) and a main house (where we live). The property has 275 feet of waterfront and is on the north side of this beautiful lake, giving us sun all day.

We have 2 friendly dogs on the property. They are used to interacting with guests (5 years) as well they are limited in their territory by an electronics fence.

We are at the water's edge and Quebec regulations that the first 10 meters from the lake be left in its natural state. We have tall grass, shrubs, etc. We tend to let our grounds flourish with wild flowers for the bees and hummingbirds.

Other things to note
If you need groceries we have a gourmet grocery (L'etalage) store 1 minute away by car, they have everything, baked goods, meats/fish, vegetables and fruits, a wide variety of beverages and it is an accredited SAP agency so they have good wines, liquor and a wide selection of micro-brewed beers.

Also close by, less than 2 minutes by car you will find our restaurant Le Rustique, a 90 year log building filled with history. The food is based around local produce and wild fish and game (venison, Wapiti, Dore, etc.).

Our properties are completely authorized; we have a municipal permits, registered and inspected by the CITQ # 298403 and well as fully insured as short term rental units. We pay federal (GST) and provincial (QST) sales tax and Quebec's accommodation tax. Please consider this as you compare prices with other rentals.

Cozy chalet in the forest located on the edge of a very intimate lake which is an excellent outdoor and/or relaxation base. Indoor and outside fireplaces. Chalet very well equipped for families: pedal boat, small beach, children's swing, table football table, games, pocket game, home theater, etc.

The chalet is located just 20 minutes from downtown Tremblant!

The space
This chalet has 3 closed bedrooms each with a double or queen bed, as well as a double sofa bed and a single bed which are located in the basement. there's is also a sofa bed in the mezzanine. One of the bedrooms also has a crib. There are two working stations in open spaces and excellent internet for remote working. The chalet is very well maintained and very well equipped, you will find all the necessary amenities you need. There's a babyfoot table and a home theater with a 100" screen projector in the basement.

There is a fireplace in the living room, and you can make a campfire outside (summer and winter) in the designated area only.

Winter season: Enjoy private hockey rink (till end of January) and a snow slide right on the lake.

Summer season: Enjoy nature and swimming in an almost private lake (only 5 other houses around the lake). There's a sandy access to the water with a floating to bathe in the sun or jump in the water and a canoe available to navigate around the lake or for fishing.

Enjoy a cozy cottage experience with private kid-friendly beach on a pristine lake in the rolling Laurentian hills. This is an ideal place to reconnect with your loved ones, with nature and with yourself.
Our spacious 1400 sq ft, three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow is set on a one-acre private property that gently slopes to the water and offers stunning lake views. Minimal stairs inside the cottage and none needed to get to the lake makes it perfect for young children or elderly visitors.

The space
The property:

The private sandy beach faces south in a quiet section of the lake and is protected from boat traffic by a small raised peninsula. You can enjoy sun at the waterfront for most of the day, or use the shade of a beach umbrella provided. Mature trees provide shade in the afternoon.

The property is about an hour and 45 minutes from Ottawa and two hours from Montreal. Mont Tremblant is just 45 minutes away.

Inside the cottage:

Living spaces: The main living space includes a stone fireplace, flat screen TV, large windows facing the lake, two couches and a dining room table that comfortably seats six. A large adjacent room has windows on three sides, sliding doors to the driveway (north) and back deck (south), a games table (a second dining table), comfy chairs, a drinks fridge, and a futon sofa. A playpen, highchair and comfortable rocking chair will accommodate the smallest of guests. A heat-pump/air conditioning system offers four-season comfort. Two families can share these spaces comfortably.

Bedrooms and Baths: The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a pull-out trundle bed. There’s also a double-size futon in the sunroom. There’s one full bathroom and a second half bath with laundry facilities (washer and dryer). There are a few stairs up to the bedrooms from the main living space.

Kitchen: For the culinary minded, the fully-equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (Keurig pod and drip, French press and espresso machine), tea kettle, dishes, glassware, pots/pans, utensils, dish towels and cloths. The water is potable (UV filtered). We also supply dish, hand and dishwasher soap and some basics: sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oils, and basic spices. A propane grill and prep table are accessible on a small deck off the kitchen.

Outdoor features:

The waterfront has plenty of seating options for you to relax and enjoy the views. There’s an L-shaped dock set with Adirondack chairs, a bench on the peninsula and chairs on the beach. The small sandy beach provides safe entry for even the smallest visitor. Beyond the beach, rocks and waterlily beds provide abundant opportunities to discover frogs, crayfish and small fish.

The cottage has two small decks. Off the kitchen, a west-facing deck features a BBQ, clothesline and two Adirondack chairs with a forest view. Off the sunroom, a shaded south-facing deck offers a small seating area and waterfront view--a perfect spot for a morning coffee and birdwatching. A large cedar picnic table next to the beach makes an ideal lunch spot during warm summer days.

A grassy area in the front yard spans the width of the cottage, providing a gently sloping area for outdoor play with provided equipment for croquet, badminton, soccer, etc.

Remote working and entertainment:

The cottage has strong WIFI and cell reception for those want to catch up on work, read the news or stream content.

Please note that mid-May to end of June is black fly season in the Laurentians. The days are warm with cooler nights, so pack accordingly.

Summer(July and August - high season):

7- night minimum booking in July and August (Friday to Friday).

Warm summer days are ideal for enjoying the sandy beach, chilling on the dock, swimming and enjoying water sports. You’ll have the use of a canoe, paddleboat, three adult and two child-size kayaks, a floating swim mat and selection of beach toys. Bring your own stand-up paddleboard to enjoy the quiet bay or nearby public islands.

One of our favorite summer activities is a lake swim (with spotting boat and proper water safety) to a small public island about 500m away. The dock has space for a runabout, without limiting opportunities to dive and swim. Let us know if you plan to bring a powerboat. We’ll provide detailed instructions on where to wash & launch and local boating rules. With a Quebec fishing license, you can fish right off our dock. Finish your day with a campfire and star gazing. The cottage is equipped with air conditioning for comfortable sleeping.

Fall (September - November):
Autumn is the perfect time to enjoy the beautiful seasonal colours on the local hiking trails or driving through the Laurentians.

Winter amenities:
The drive to Mont Tremblant is only 45-minutes for those who want to downhill ski. Right outside our front door, enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobile & ATV trails.

Hike or snowshoe to find peace and tranquility in the beautiful Papineau-Labelle nature reserve. We provide a listing of local trails and two pairs each of adult and child-size snowshoes.
Finish your day with an indoor fire and a movie (Netflix and Disney+ provided).
