- "Large and very well designed house sitting on a beautiful piece of land. Well supplied in amenities. Quiet area though close to all conveniences. Annie is a thoughtful, efficient owner. Dr Yvan Allaire" - "My wife and I spent a month during a hot summer period. This is a lovely spacious well-appointed house. It is large enough for a large family or multiple couples. The house is well-windowed and is very bright with sunlight and white walls and clean new wood floors. The kitchen is large and well-equipped and lends itself to having multiple cooks sharing duties. There are many fun features like ping pong, billiards, outdoor whirlpool, outdoor table with large easy-to-set-up umbrellas for shade, climbing frame for children. There is effective air conditioning in each room. The house is set back from the country road on a large manicured lawn, with lots of room behind the house for games of football or tag. While there is greenery all around, one does not feel hemmed in. There are broad vistas from the house and lovely views of Mount Bromont. While there are other homes on the same country road, the lots are very large and one does not have the impression of being close to neighbors. It is very quiet; the road that passes by is very low-traffic. The house is less than one hour drive from the Champlain Bridge and it was possible for us to commute to work to Montreal. It is 5-10 minutes drive to the center of Bromont with its shops and restaurants. The locale is surrounded by cycling opportunities. We are gentle "unprofessional" cyclists and we were able to regularly do an easy 20 km bicycle trek heading out from the house on flat terrain with little or no car traffic. Annie is an attentive and responsive host. We only had one problem. The bbq did not work when we arrived; Annie sent a repairman the next day. The only downside was the absence of a nearby swimming pool or pond or lake. One has to drive 15-20 minutes to a public beach on a lake. We spent a month in this rental and enjoyed it immensely. "
