* Upon arriving and parking in the driveway, you'll step into a screened-in porch leading straight to the front door.
* Upon entry, you find an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen within the cottage.
* Adjacent to the kitchen is a bedroom featuring a twin/queen-size bunk bed.
* Another bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed, is situated next to the aforementioned bunk bed room.
* Adjacent to the queen bedroom, you'll find a full bathroom.
**Please be aware that this cottage does not include a washer/dryer.

* When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. * Dog allowed - The breed and size of your dog are required. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.

* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am

Overlooking Pequawket Pond, close to everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer! 1 mile from Kancamagus Highway, the gateway to hiking, scenic drives, or leaf peeping. A quick drive to North Conway shopping, Cranmore, and King Pine. 15 mins to Fryeburg, ME - 25 mins to Attitash and Story Land. Less than a mile to Tuckerman Brewing and Ham Ice Arena. Great spot for all seasons, working from home, or to just relax (cable/HBO and high speed wifi). Pond is great for boating and fishing.
The space
Two story cottage with back deck. 2 full baths (one up one down) with sleeping space for 6. Amenities include Laundry, Gas Grill, A-C, Dishwasher, Popcorn Machine, Panini maker, toaster oven, crock pot, griddle, microwave, blender, sit down shower. We have recently added a small dock, and there are kayaks available for guest use (seasonally). There is no "beach" area on the property although we do have direct waterfront access. Parking is strictly limited to 2 vehicles.

This cozy cottage sits 20 ft from Pequawket Pond. We are the only cottage in this association that has 2 floors and directly on the pond. It has a spiral staircase that leads downstairs to the bedroom downstairs with walk out access. We are located within minutes to the Mount Washington Valley and all the amenities the valley has to offer. Ski resorts galore!
We also have a kayak and 2 paddle boards available for our guests to use!
The space
This cottage has been newly remodeled inside and out and decorated. We completely updated This Cottage to offer a small kitchen for your family. We also have an electric fireplace for a more romantic time. Our cottage offers a queen sized bed with bunk beds down stairs as well as a pull out tempurpedic couch on the main floor. Guests may also use our gas grill and fire pit but you must bring your own wood. So after a day of great shopping and site-seeing come and relax by the fireplace. You may even use our 2 person Kayak. All we ask is that you wear a life jacket.

The cottage has been completely renovated. Barn door leading to the subway tile shower with glass door. Stainless steal appliances with granite countertops, finished with a subway tile back splash. There is a queen sized bed and couch in this spacious floor plan. Brand new outdoor furniture, patio, and grill.

2 Brand new Paddle Boards and a 2 person kayak will be free to use.

We also own cottage number 6, which is next door. These cottages can be rented together if they are both available at the same time just ask in your message.
The Shower isn't the tallest so if you are 6' 2" or above it will be tricky but the shower does have a wand to make it a little easier.
Please note this is an HOA, so there are other cottages nearby. People come and go and there are some shared areas. Cottage number 6 also will have access to this cottage's shed to use the paddle boards.

Everything has been redone! New floors throughout, two new bathrooms, and new kitchen! 3 bedrooms; master with queen bed (and beautiful views!), two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a queen bed in the last bedroom! A very comfortable living room with wood burning fireplace insert and a great screened porch. Basement with fooseball, pool, Nintendo Wii and more!
The Kancamagus Highway starts just minutes from the property. Diana's Bath, Echo Lake State Park, White Mountains National Forest, Cathedral Ledge, Mount Washington, Saco River Tubing/Kayaking, North Conway, outlets and so much more!
Cranmore - 15 minutes, King Pine - 20 minutes, Attitash - 20 minutes, Black Mountain - 25 minutes, , Loon - 35 minutes (beautiful drive over The Kancamangus), Wildcat - 35 minutes.

Entire property is yours to use! Inside and out.
Multiple kayaks (1-two person with extra seat for small child and 3-one person kayak). One very large canoe. Paddles and life jackets provided.
Please do not use bathroom linens outside.
Snowshoes available in the winter. Please ask.
Other things to note
Trash collected by a service! No taking your trash with you or to the dump like other properties! If the trash is full, please let me know and I will schedule a pick-up. Please note that bears are active in the area. All trash needs to be secured in the trash cans within the bin.
Please strip beds that were used of all linens and start one or more laundry loads with used towels (our cleaner is great and this really helps her out!).
Some basics are supplied in the kitchen. If you use all of something replacing it is appreciated. If you cannot replace it please let us know what product is gone.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Float on the Saco River directly from the Acre wide back yard or hit the slopes at one of the many ski mountains nearby! You can be in the center of town in less than ten minutes, but are nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. Bring the whole family!
The space
This space is great for one or two families or a small group of friends. The yard is very large with two fire pits and access to the Saco River from the back yard. It is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that you keep noise levels down out of respect for our wonderful neighbors.
