Off of the dining room is a nook with comfy seating and natural light. The master suite with king size bed and master bath is secluded at one end of the home and 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and another bath are on the opposite side allowing for privacy. A small room with a comfortable futon is also located on the main floor and can be used for sleeping or a quiet place to read or work. In the lower level there is a room with 4 twin beds, leather couch and chairs in a large area with a 55" smart tv, and Wii gaming system. Not only do we provide the linens but the beds will be made for you when you arrive! Equipped with high speed internet access, WIFI, cable, phone and a total of 3 smart tv's in the house. There are expansive windows to view the beautiful natural surroundings and glimpses of the tip of Moat Mountain. Children are always welcome. Non smoking only, pets considered. The level driveway allows for easy access in all seasons. There is a whole house generator so you will never be without power. The house was built in 2012 and is clean and has been well kept. There is something for everyone all year long!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Conway has a strict noise ordinance and we do not allow parties. The driveway is monitored with security cameras. Between the hours of 10pm and 7am excessive and unnecessary noises are subject to visitation from the local authorities and possibly fines. Please be courteous of our neighbors by being mindful of the noise level during your stay. We do allow a maximum of 2 dogs per visit. There is a $150.00 fee per dog. Any dog(s) need to be indicated at the time of registration.

- "We loved our stay at Ron and Sue’s beautiful property. It couldn’t have been more perfect and elegant with one exception. The downstairs with 4 boys and one adult really need at least a half bath. Nine people had plenty of space except when we were all trying to get out in the morning or for nighttime’s bath and showers. Thanks Ron and Sue for a great family stay!" - "The photos don’t do the house justice; it’s even bigger and nicer. First impressions: the house was welcoming, clean, homey, and cozy. We had a full house (9 people) for the first weekend, so that we could enjoy time with friends who were visiting from the mid-west. The remainder of the week was just a few of us. There was plenty of sleeping space for all, and the kitchen was well stocked to prepare our big spaghetti dinner. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch deck, spending time in the nook, sitting by the fire pit, and exploring the area via bicycle. One friend enjoyed nature walks around the pond, photographing tiny frogs and mushrooms. Ron & Sue were super friendly in their emails and responded quickly to all inquiries. They provided a wonderful welcome packet that was full of detailed and helpful information. Two of their dining recommendations were Elvio’s Pizzeria and Muddy Moose. We thoroughly enjoyed both. We also found a couple of gems that we just had to visit more than once! Leavitt’s Country Bakery provided a rest stop on our bike rides, and a delicious sweet treat. Big Dave’s Bagels is a must for anyone who wants to get a “bagel with a schmere”. And don’t forget to try a kweenie! All in all, the house was comfortable and the location was perfect. There’s so much to do in the area, yet the house had the privacy and quiet we craved to relax & unwind. It was hard to leave the place we started to call “home”. We can’t wait to come back!!"

This little cabin has been constructed in the lower level of my log home. This cabin is fully equipped. It has a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, a full bathroom with full shower, a bedroom with a queen size bed that includes all the bedding (linens, blankets and pillows). The living room has a recliner chair as well as a sleep sofa which can sleep two. The living room also has a TV with full cable. It has WiFi for your convenience (Password will be given once your stay has been secured). It has full heat for winter and cold AC for the summer. The kitchen has all complete cookware, glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, a coffee pot with coffee, powdered cream and sugar. You have your own private entrance. A lock box hangs to the left of the entry way with the cabin key in it. Once your getaway is confirmed you will be provided with the combination. This is an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. This is not a party house. It is not suitable for children. I am pet friendly for a number of reasons. I have traveled with my pets for 30 years and have always found it difficult to find pet friendly places. Most pets are considered family members and most pet owners enjoy traveling with their pets. This property is 1/2 mile off Kancamangus one of the most scenic roads in the US. There are countless hiking trails that range from very easy to very difficult very close by. Biking, canoeing, kayaking, skiing (X-country and alpine), horseback riding and golfing are just a few of the many activities close by. For those less enthusiastic about the great outdoors, the infamous "outlet shopping" stores are a short 10 minute drive. The Conway Scenic Railroad is a five minute drive. North Conway has numerous restaurants which is a short 10 minute drive. Darby Field Inn is a stones throw from the little cabin.

I must say the beds are all super comfortable with soft blankets and pillows. Even my teenage boys made a point to tell me that which is saying a lot, teenagers are hard to please! Lol I have had several back surgeries and this is always a problem for me every vacation but not here!!! We never had a jacuzzi before on vaca so that was a hit for sure. We did Diana’s bath, tubing, arcades, swimming at the lake, and ATV’s. Great location, highly recommend this place!"

Wonderful screened in three season room for warm summer nights or cool fall evenings. Cozy up by the pellet stove in the winter after a day of skiing!

Enter the home through the side door and find a nice space to leave bags and coats after a day in town. Kitchen equipped with standard appliances and is outfitted to cook a full family meal. The home can sleep 8 comfortably and offers 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and two twin beds. The bathroom is on the main level and offers a double vanity and full shower with tub. WiFi is available and we offer YouTube Tv and Disney+ but feel free to login to your own subscriptions via Roku. The main living room is spacious and has a pellet stove. The secondary living room is perfect for the kids to hangout. Washer and dryer can be used at your convenience in the basement. Outdoor space is great for games or cooking on the grill. Take a walk on the path through the woods on the property and have a seat on the bench to unwind.

NOTE: The house is not child proofed although, there is a pack n’ play and high chair available for use.

NOTE: You MUST file for a permit in order to utilize the fire pit. Firewood is not provided, and you can pick up a bundle at most local stores.

NOTE: We try our best to make sure there is propane for the grill, but it is possible you may need to get it refilled. In this case you can bring it to many different places and we will reimburse you, just need a photo of your receipt.

This home is the perfect home base for a mountain resort vacation, as we are within an hour of several world class ski resorts, with Cranmore only 20 minutes away! Located directly outside of the White Mountain National Forest, our large, private home is perfect for larger groups, such as families getting together for a reunion or long-time friends looking for a weekend away together. This home was recently constructed and combines the open-concept design of modern living with the rustic charm of rural New Hampshire. The open living room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining large groups and is perfect for those large holiday gatherings, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the 4th of July!

Our home has 3 private bedrooms, with the following set-up:

First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS! This is a residential area, and we must respect our neighbors. Noise must be limited, especially no loud music or noise after 10 pm. The home is outfitted with a NoiseAware device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $500 fine, and will be asked to check out with no refund.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG

The space
The upstairs, large, cozy room is totally private from the house and you never have to worry about making too much noise. The space is comfortable with plenty of room for each person to spread out. There is a queen and double bed and a couch the size of a twin. The second room has a couch that converts to a bed, the bathroom and space to heat food and share meals with your family and friends.
The house is surrounded by natural beauty and within 5 minutes there are wooded trails for hiking, back woods cross country skiing or snowshoeing. We are located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley where you have a choice of 7 ski mountains, and most of New Hampshire's four thousand footers. We are a mile and a half from the famous, scenic Kankamungus highway.
There are dozens of restaurants, a children's museum, storyline, hundreds of stores, Mount Washington observatory and much more.
Charles and Tina are usually available if you need help deciding how to best enjoy your time here.

You will have two rooms and a bathroom. In the summer you can sit on the porch, out on the double swing seat, or in the large yard. If you plan on using outdoor space just let us know so we dont overlap.

This one-bedroom one-bath apartment is cozy and comfortable. Located right downtown on Main Street (Route 16) Conway, it is walking distance to local restaurants, cafes, and breweries. This easy access location is the perfect starting point for hikes in the Whites, shopping in North Conway, and skiing at any of the half dozen ski areas in the region.

The apartment is located in a mixed-use building with both commercial businesses and apartments in the building. The apartment has an open concept kitchen/living room that is perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The loft above is accessed by a full sized staircase and includes a two queen sized beds. The full bath has retro vibes with modern updates. The Rinnai propane heater can quickly warm the space to thaw you out after a day on the slopes. The second queen bed is. It featured in the photos. As soon as we have updated photos they will be added.

Parking for the apartment is located on the far side of the mustard building along the river. When you are facing the entrance to the apartment these spaces will be directly behind you approximately 75' away. Overlooking Pequawket Pond, close to everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer! 1 mile from Kancamagus Highway, the gateway to hiking, scenic drives, or leaf peeping. A quick drive to North Conway shopping, Cranmore, and King Pine. 15 mins to Fryeburg, ME - 25 mins to Attitash and Story Land. Less than a mile to Tuckerman Brewing and Ham Ice Arena. Great spot for all seasons, working from home, or to just relax (cable/HBO and high speed wifi). Pond is great for boating and fishing.

Two story cottage with back deck. 2 full baths (one up one down) with sleeping space for 6. We have recently added a small dock, and there are kayaks available for guest use (seasonally). There is no "beach" area on the property although we do have direct waterfront access. Less than 100 yards away is our beautiful new bathhouse, complete with showers and toilets.

This cozy cottage sits 20 ft from Pequawket Pond. We are the only cottage in this association that has 2 floors and directly on the pond. We are located within minutes to the Mount Washington Valley and all the amenities the valley has to offer. Ski resorts galore!

We also have a kayak and 2 paddle boards available for our guests to use!

The space
This cottage has been newly remodeled inside and out and decorated. We completely updated This Cottage to offer a small kitchen for your family. We also have an electric fireplace for a more romantic time. Our cottage offers a queen sized bed with bunk beds down stairs as well as a pull out tempurpedic couch on the main floor. Guests may also use our gas grill and fire pit but you must bring your own wood. So after a day of great shopping and site-seeing come and relax by the fireplace. You may even use our 2 person Kayak. All we ask is that you wear a life jacket.

The Shower isn't the tallest so if you are 6' 2" or above it will be tricky but the shower does have a wand to make it a little easier.

Please note this is an HOA, so there are other cottages nearby. People come and go and there are some shared areas. Cottage number 6 also will have access to this cottage's shed to use the paddle boards.

The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One room has a king sized bed, and the other is a queen. In addition to that there is a pull out sleeper sofa with a queen mattress.

The driveway can easily fit 3-4 cars, but please be careful backing out as it is a main road. You can use the dirt shoulder by the mailbox to back into before pulling into the street.

There is a grill and a picnic table on the back porch!

Overlooking Pequawket Pond, close to everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer! 1 mile from Kancamagus Highway, the gateway to hiking, scenic drives, or leaf peeping. A quick drive to North Conway shopping, Cranmore, and King Pine. 15 mins to Fryeburg, ME - 25 mins to Attitash and Story Land. Less than a mile to Tuckerman Brewing and Ham Ice Arena. Great spot for all seasons, working from home, or to just relax and take in the view. Pond is great for boating and fishing.

The space
Single level cottage with back deck, full bath (with bathtub), and sleeping space for up to 4. Amenities include AC (Minisplit in main room), Gas Grill, Dishwasher, Panini maker, toaster, crock pot, griddle, microwave, blender, and . We have recently added a small dock with direct access to the pond. There is no "beach" area on the property although we do have direct waterfront access. Parking is strictly limited to 1 vehicle.

The cabin is located off Kancamagus Hwy, one of the most scenic roads in the US. The outdoor activities are endless, from hiking, biking, snowshoeing, alpine/x country skiing , golfing, horseback riding and tons of shopping at the infamous "outlet stores" You’ll love the cabin because of it's rustic motif, quiet neighborhood, and fresh mountain air. The cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers, biz travelers, and furry friends .

The space
This is an apartment in the lower level of my log home. You have your own private entrance. I live on the main floor. I am pet friendly because I have a dog and often foster a dog in need, plus I love pets and I know how difficult it can be to find a "pet friendly" place while traveling with what most consider their best friends and family members.
This cozy "cabin within a cabin" is nestled in the heart of the White Mountains. It offers easy access to enjoy all the outdoor activities one could ask for. It is a short 10 minute trip into town, yet is located in a scenic, quiet area.

Guest access
This "cabin within a cabin" is the lower level of my log home. I renovated it to be a "mini cabin". Guests have their own private entrance with a "Welcome Guest Entrance" sign that directs you to the entry door. There is a lock box that hangs to the left of the door that you will be given the combination to as your arrival date approaches as the combination is changed often.

4WD/AWD highly recommended to get up and down driveway in winter months (or really good snow tires!). Mt Washington Valley not "Uber" friendly, but we do have a local taxi service.
PET POLICY: This cabin is DOG friendly only. No other species of animals are allowed. My requirements for your dog is that that your dog be house trained and nondestructive. It's irrelevant if your dog doesn't like humans or other dogs. It's not required that I meet your dog, nor that your dog meet mine.

The space
The house is a 3 bedroom 1.5 Bath 1,000 sq. ft. ranch that has a completely remodeled interior and exterior, with all new furnishings. Bedrooms are roughly 10x12' primary bedroom with Queen and large closet, 10x10' 2nd Bedroom with Queen and closet and 9x10' 3rd Bedroom with twin bed. All bedrooms have a 27" Roku TV.
Living room has large sectional with comfy chair to watch the 65" TV.
Kitchen and dining area is a large area with all appliances and kitchen ware you'll need for your stay. There is a dining table for 4 with 2 chairs and bench.
Out back door is a 10x12 composite deck.
Plenty of ample parking and located on Route 16 in Albany allows easy access to all the attractions, just 4 miles North is the start of the Kancamagus Highway and Conway Village.

Grill is provided between May and November and propane is provided.

Please note that we do not shovel a path to the fire pit in the winter.

The full bed on the landing above the kitchen space and is not completely private.

The downstairs room has a queen bed, there is a full bed on the landing above the kitchen (perfect for the kids) and an additional full bed in another room upstairs. There is also a full pull out sofa in the living room and two twin beds in the landing area upstairs behind the curtain if you prefer to use those. This house sleeps a maximum of 8 people at any time, including children.

We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.

Multilevel, end-unit located off a quiet, private road. This condo has a cozy open concept kitchen & living space on the first floor and 2 large bedrooms plus a full bath on the second floor. This rental is the perfect base camp for your vacation in the White Mountains, only a short drive to downtown North Conway village, Cranmore ski resort, the Saco River, Story Land, shopping outlets, and many hiking trails and waterfalls off the Kancamangus.

The space
This is an end-unit featuring a private deck and picnic table. The complex is located on a quiet, private road owned by the condo association. Guests will have the entire condominium to themselves during their stay, however we do keep a few spaces locked which store our personal belongings. There is ample parking for multiple cars in the dirt parking lot adjacent to the unit.

Our condo does not have cable but is equipped with high-speed internet, a smart TV with Netflix, Google Chromecast, and a plentiful amount of board games!

Very conveniently located townhouse, 15 minutes from all the shops and restaurants in North Conway center. 15 minutes to King Pine Ski Resort, Cranmore Mountain Ski Resort and 30 minutes from Attitash Ski Resort; 45 minutes from Wildcat and 50 minutes from Bretton Woods. This location makes for an ideal winter getaway! All sites and activities within reach and at the end of a busy day, come home to a quiet and relaxing, cozy home!

Very bright and tranquil townhouse with minimalist/Asian inspired design. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, an office space, furnished living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed and private bath, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bed and an open-space loft with 1 queen bed. There are two full bathrooms and 1 half bath. There is a patio with a table and umbrella, grill and comfortable couch seating. The condo community offers exclusive access to a pool and tennis/pickle-ball court. There are also pond views and hiking trails right out the back door.

Guests have access to all rooms in the house except for a utility closet off the front hallway. Guests also have access to the association pool and tennis court/pickle ball court.
