Two car garage under with space for car - perfect for winter convenience; pro plowing around your schedule. Decks on each level accessible. Quiet neighborhood for walks or runs, access to walking trails and conservation land. Nearby parachute jumping school if you want to take a daring first jump too as my most recent guest did! My horse is stabled at lovely private dressage facility on edge of extensive trail filled state park and is happy to have a visitor with carrots in hand. Pick your own produce farms a few miles away. Visiting downtown Portsmouth for historical, art and fine dinning is not to be missed as well as beaches and mountains.

Feel free to use the living room and simple use of kitchen, any of the multiple decks. Garage bays are under, keep that car warm. Driveway is plowed to accommodate your schedule. Walking trails and friendly quiet neighborhood for jogging or walking. You will be the only guest.

Quiet 3 BED/2 BATH home on the south end of Dover. Located on a dead end street but near the Spaulding Tpk. Comfy 2nd floor room with very comfortable twin bed. Nicer 100% cotton bedding for comfort. Neighborhood is perfect for an evening stroll. Close to UNH and WD/ Mass General Hospital, 6 miles to Portsmouth. Walking distance to Dunkins, Irving gas/grocery. The beaches are a short drive. 2 stops to UNH on the Wildcat Bus. Dog friendly and very good AC in the room. Be my guest!

The space
The bedroom itself has plenty of room for a traveler, with a dresser, nightstand and a deep closet with hangers.. The room has a lock on the door. Peaceful house. FYI - there is one cat on the property...She goes in/out at will. There is a comfy woodstove in the living room for those chilly nights and a fire pit if you enjoy cocktailing outside on the patio.

Kitchen, Living room and two bathrooms and a porch and patio area with fire pit. You are absolutely welcome to cook meals in the kitchen. I have all the cookware you will need and provide cooking oils and spices. and space inthe fridge and cupboard for your groceries.

My place is great for travel nursing, work from home, university, or solo adventure. It's 2min to the hospital, 5min to UNH, 13min to Portsmouth, and walking distance to Downtown Dover. There is a standing desk at the end of the bed with a large Smart TV which doubles as an extended monitor for docking.

It's exceptionally clean, comfy, and well-appointed. You can enjoy ambiance, outdoor space, professional/personal atmosphere, Nectar mattress and down comforter!

The space
Located directly across from the Atlantic Ocean, this private bedroom & shared full bathroom in a shared 3-bedroom house has a shared entrance with other guests & shared yard area.

Sleeps up to 5 guests if guests are willing to share two full-sized bunk beds & one pullout trundle bed in private bedroom. There is a fee for extra guest so PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LIST & PAY FOR ALL GUESTS ON THE RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING. NO VISITORS ALLOWED.

Pets allowed if guests notify host, book & pay for them in advance.

One full shared bathroom, free washer & dryer, central heat & window AC’s are also included in the unit.

One free off-street parking spot included on-site, additional parking may be provided upon request if available, additional fee may apply. In addition, street parking may be available, guests will need to pay meters to park on the street from April-October, snow bans may limit street parking from November-March.

Early checkin & late checkout could be possible based on availability & additional fee. This is a shared space, other guests will be staying in other two private bedrooms in house, guests must coordinate their checkin time with host.

There is a chance guests could get switched to one of our almost identical private rooms nearby, depending on availability, and especially with last minute same day bookings. All of our private rooms have nearly identical decor, locations & amenities. Please inquire in advance if you prefer to only stay in a particular room/location.

It’s about a 10-min drive to Jenness Beach in Rye. Boardwalk, bars, restaurants & shopping are easily accessible by car. It’s about a 7-minute walk to a local coffee shop & a 30-second walk to the ocean.
