The owner generously provided some nice surprises in the kitchen and fridge which we appreciated. Our only negatives: (1) parking is limited/expensive. We ended up using the free lot on Parrot Ave for overnight, which was an easy 5 minute walk. (2) Had a little trouble finding it. No checking in/out on Saturday or Sunday (try to stick to this, but if have open, may allow check ins if not rented/last minute). Please read all House Rules before booking. There is no hot tub in this unit, it is listed in error and we are unable to change.

New England Beach Community! This is a house that was fully renovated in 2013 with new maple hardwoods in the living room, hallway and bedroom. Slate tile in the kitchen with new cabinets, crown molding, under cabinet lighting and a tiled back splash with decorative border. The bathroom also has slate floors with a tub that has decorative tile border and pedestal sink. Fresh paint everywhere. This is the nicest 2 bedroom in Seabrook Beach so book early.

It sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and has 1 bath. This house is perfect for a beach week getaway. Has flat screen TV in living room. Queen size bed in 1 bedroom, the second bedroom has bunk beds (full size mattress on bottom with twin on top). Outside shower available and is a short walk to beautiful Seabrook Beach, also a short walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach. Linens are only provided for an additional fee $50 per bedroom, towels $10 per person.

FOR SUMMER - We are now doing flexible days, but you will get the best rate if you rent for 7 days. We recommend Friday to Friday rentals, as they allow you to travel on a day that is not so busy, have the whole weekend at the property and have the fireworks on the night before you leave (check HamptonBeach.org for events/fireworks schedule). We prefer 2 week rentals in the summer time. Inquire about multi week discounts. We REDUCE WEEKLY RATES by 20% two weeks prior to arrival and another 20% one week prior (but not below minimum rental noted below), if not rented by then (so please inquire about this with us if your arrival date would be within two weeks of the rental). Note that our minimum rental on this unit is $1,200 (we would book this rate only in the week before the rental if it had not rented).

During the off season November 1 - May 31 this unit may only be occupied by up to 3 guests. Parking during the off season is limited to 1 vehicle.

Located on a beautiful property on a dead-end road, long driveway to a secluded home on a wooded lot. Bright studio space with kitchen full of supplies, living space, desk/workspace, kitchen table, and a loft space with the queen bed. Access to the loft does require climbing a ladder. Apartment does not have cable TV, however there is an Apple TV and a Roku hooked up to TV and fast WIFI for streaming Netflix, Hulu etc. Sorry, we are unable to allow pets due to allergies

This two bedroom downstairs apartment is in the desirable island section of Hampton Beach. It abuts the state park with easy beach access and is walking distance to the Hampton boardwalk and amazing restaurants and nightlife. This is the best location to have it all. We offer a one bath cozy studio-efficiency apartment equipped with a kitchenette. It is only a 4-5 minute walk or a quicker bike ride to beautiful Wallis Sands State Beach.

After you enjoy a day at the beach, come back and relax with a cold drink on your circular patio and gaze out over a sea of ferns in the state forest at the rear of our property. You can cook out on your grill or take a short drive to downtown Portsmouth.

The studio has a private entrance and access to fully equipped kitchenette w/microwave, 2 burner gas range and mini-refrigerator.
We supply linens and towels, and a very comfortable queen-size pullout couch with a Memory Foam mattress. The studio is two rooms - one room with a pullout couch and kitchenette and the other a private bathroom.

Guest access
The studio has a private entrance and to the left side of the door is a key lock box that opens with a code and contains the door key. Once you unlock the door, you enter directly into the studio.

Closer to your arrival, we will send more detailed information about the studio, amenties, and places to eat and explore.

Other things to note
There is very poor cell service in our area, thus, it is important to turn on wifi calling in the cellular settings on your phone. The unit has wifi included, so problem solved.

Under new ownership and recently updated, spacious studio in one of Portsmouth’s original historical buildings. The space
The space of this apartment is very small but it has everything you need compacted into a space to provide a functional stay but guests should know if you don’t like tight spaces this isn’t the place for you. It’s a first floor apartment so there are no stairs in the apartment and only a couple stairs required to use to get through the front of the building. The apartment is also in an older building and is nothing fancy. When booking this place it’s more for the location than it is the space.

The living room and kitchen are a part of the same room. All kitchen appliances are there to do what you need to do for cooking. The living room has a small love seat and a chair that can be used for the pull up work space or to watch tv. The furniture gets the job done for what you need to do but is also small and guests should not have high expectations for the furniture of the living room.

The bedroom features a king size memory foam mattress. It is the same mattress I use at all my properties and I get a lot of positive feedback about how comfortable it is. The bedroom has a closet that can be used for clothing storage.

There is a full bathroom that is also small but has a tub/shower combination and will be stocked with all the supplies you need
