- "This unit seems newly renovated and was well-equipped. Walkable to lots of shops, dining, sites, and boat tours. The owner generously provided some nice surprises in the kitchen and fridge which we appreciated. Our only negatives: (1) parking is limited/expensive. We ended up using the free lot on Parrot Ave for overnight, which was an easy 5 minute walk. (2) Had a little trouble finding it. A photo of the street door and an identifier on the inner door would have saved us some trouble."

This unit is a 2 story multifamily duplex. The 3bedroom is half of the house upstairs and downstairs. The other side has the 2br upstairs and my business downstairs.
WINTER RENTAL 9/22/25-5/14/26 $2,500/month if you take entire time. Higher rate if you book less than 6 months.

No checking in/out on Saturday or Sunday (try to stick to this, but if have open, may allow check ins if not rented/last minute). Please read all House Rules before booking. There is no hot tub in this unit, it is listed in error and we are unable to change.

New England Beach Community! This is a house that was fully renovated in 2013 with new maple hardwoods in the living room, hallway and bedroom. Slate tile in the kitchen with new cabinets, crown molding, under cabinet lighting and a tiled back splash with decorative border. The bathroom also has slate floors with a tub that has decorative tile border and pedestal sink. Fresh paint everywhere. This is the nicest 2 bedroom in Seabrook Beach so book early.

It sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and has 1 bath. This house is perfect for a beach week getaway. Has flat screen TV in living room. Queen size bed in 1 bedroom, the second bedroom has bunk beds (full size mattress on bottom with twin on top). Outside shower available and is a short walk to beautiful Seabrook Beach, also a short walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach. Linens are only provided for an additional fee $50 per bedroom, towels $10 per person.

FOR SUMMER - We are now doing flexible days, but you will get the best rate if you rent for 7 days. We recommend Friday to Friday rentals, as they allow you to travel on a day that is not so busy, have the whole weekend at the property and have the fireworks on the night before you leave (check HamptonBeach.org for events/fireworks schedule). We prefer 2 week rentals in the summer time. Inquire about multi week discounts. We REDUCE WEEKLY RATES by 20% two weeks prior to arrival and another 20% one week prior (but not below minimum rental noted below), if not rented by then (so please inquire about this with us if your arrival date would be within two weeks of the rental). Note that our minimum rental on this unit is $1,200 (we would book this rate only in the week before the rental if it had not rented).
