Close to everything & on the Mousam River's edge is our newly renovated guest suite surrounded by beautiful gardens. The unit has its own entrance in the back of our home with a private seating area that looks out over the river. The suite has LR/kitchen area (Queen sofa bed), one bedroom with King size bed and one bath with shower. Home is located 10 minute walk from downtown Kennebunk. The Kennebunk beach is a 4.5 mile drive. Portland is a 30 minute drive.
Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks and enjoy time on the river. We have a dock for easy access, though water levels can vary depending on the season and rainfall, so launching may not always be ideal directly from the dock.
Beach parking pass is available during the season.

I am new to VRBO but I am a highly reviewed 9 year host on the other popular platform. The studio has a comfortable Queen bed with luxury sheets and beautiful quilts. It is equipped with a 32 inch Roku TV for watching your own favorite Netflix, Hulu or Amazon subscriptions. Wifi throughout.
The kitchenette has a table for two, an apartment sized refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, skillet, Keurig coffee maker with pods and all dishes & utensils for the convenience of morning coffee, at-home dining & picnic makings. Also enjoy our backyard BBQ grill for your outdoor lunch or dinner. Have your morning coffee in the backyard and listen to the birds.
The studio has a large clean bathroom with shower (no tub).
This unit is suitable for one or two people with the possibility of an additional baby or small child under 2 in a provided pack-n-play (upon request), however the studio is not child-proofed.
Linens & towels are provided as well as beach chairs, beach towels, cooler & picnic basket. Don’t worry about overloading your car with these beach necessities!
Other area features besides the beaches and shopping & dining include the Eastern Trail biking/hiking system as well as many other secret (just ask!) trails nearby. Some guests have enjoyed bringing or renting a kayak to paddle the Mousam River which leads to the ocean. Just yards from the Inn, you can enjoy coffee shops, restaurants, bowling, the Saturday morning farmer’s market and Wednesday evening concerts in the park. … all quaint unique Maine experiences.

- "Property was exactly as listed. Perfect for 2. Very clean & had most of everything we needed for a long weekend. The house is very big and separated into different units which allowed for privacy for everyone. Sherry was always available via text & answered any questions, including great suggestions for restaurants, promptly. Remember that the unit has no stove but you can bbq if you wish outside. The hot tub was great, especially on a rainy evening when walking around the town was out of the question. My only suggestion would be the unit could use a cutlery set or at least steak knives. This property is located in Kennebunk, not Kennebunkport so you have to drive if you're heading to Kennebunkport, which is just a few miles away. But Kennebunk itself is just a stones throw away with great restaurants, an awesome bowling alley with award winning menu & lots of antique and/or vintage shops walking & driving distance on the main strip. The locations is excellent as it allows for you to visit all the major town attractions in minutes. Great host, great location, great environment & great price."

The Apartment is located right in the center of all the fun in Lower Village Kennebunk & Kennebunkport. Step outside your door to beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants or walk to the beach for the day. This spacious and bright two bedroom apartment is owned by an interior designer and was just completed in the Summer of 2020. Special attention was paid to providing a gorgeous functional design and quality furnishings and fixtures.. The 2 bedrooms have King sized beds in each with high end bedding and Casper pillows.

Situated within a short walk to beautiful downtown Kennebunk, this cozy private bedroom & bathroom has its own private entrance and street-side parking directly in front of your first floor unit.
Formerly a bed & breakfast, my 1890 home/Inn is best described as a boutique-style motel. I have 4 private units on one side and my private home on the other.
This unit is freshly painted and the decor is a mix of antique & new with a Paris theme.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station and breakfast nook. The private bathroom with shower and tub is accessed thru a small 3 foot private attached hallway.

A beach parking pass is provided which is a value of $25 per day. The beach parking pass is for Kennebunk town beaches only which include Gooch/Kennebunk beach and Mother's beach, two beautiful beaches that are a 5 mile drive from my home.
I share my rustic backyard with a "camping vibe" with my guests and enjoy chats by the fire or over a morning coffee. The inflatable hot tub for two is privately shaded with a canopy tent. A griddle style grill, patio dining set and sun loungers are also part of the backyard amenities.

This quaint, no frills, apartment above the garage is steps from Middle Beach (Rocky Beach) with ocean views. Quick walk to KBIA, Edgcomb and Webhannet. It is a 2 bedroom (one queen, one bunkbed), 3/4 bath (no tub) and has a pull-out couch in the living area. Full kitchen.
The apartment is adjacent to a home that is also available. The properties share a two car garage. There is no access between the two properties.
The is a rare opportunity to be so close to the beach for such a great price.

Welcome to the heart of Kennebunk. My beautiful country/glam private bed & bath is perfect for your visit to the area. This listing is new to VRBO but I am a highly rated super host on the other popular site so rest assured that you are in good hands.
This romantic bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a mini refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, Keurig and 43” smart tv. An exposed chimney with mood lighting sets the ambience. The bathroom is sparkling clean.
You will love the proximity to the amenities of downtown Kennebunk from my location such as restaurants, our upscale bowling alley with 5 star dining and a bar, Saturday farmer’s market, shops and parks. We are just a short walk or bicycle ride into town. Several area beaches are only 5 miles away. We are just 2 miles to the Maine turnpike and just 4 miles from Kennebunkport.

The windows of the studio are high up in the trees and overlook the woods and a small portion of our back yard. Our private residence faces the other side of the property so we never see you! The entire grounds around the studio in the fenced in area are available to the guests. The outdoor shower is private for the studio loft guests only.

The Lofts are where style meets luxury, designed with a chic boutique hotel in mind. Rich velvet black out drapes throughout the apartment. A new queen bed with higher end bedding, a noise machine and fan, 2 bathrobes, and smart TV to help you relax to the fullest and enjoy peaceful nights' rest. The living room features a very comfortable and cozy Crate and Barrel couch and great rocking chair. The custom built in allows for privacy between the living area and the bedroom, but is also a design feature with live plants, decor, an electric fireplace, and 2 smart TVs on the living and bedroom side. The kitchen is brand new with stainless steel appliances, warm rich butcher block, pots/pans, dishware, utensils, toaster, Keurig machine with complimentary accoutrements, and more. The bathroom has new flooring, toilet, vanity and sink, and has a shower. There are toiletries, and other amenities one may need while traveling.
With a number of large windows, enjoy looking out into Dock Square. An excellent and convenient location, just literal steps from a plethora of popular stores and restaurants. The most popular beach, Goochs, is a short mile away with sidewalks the entire way. The location of the Lofts cannot be beat with everything you could want at your finger tips!
Enjoy all of the festivities of the famous Christmas Prelude right from your door and window! Watch the fireworks from the building or right inside the apartment from the windows. Explore with your special someone for Paint the Town Red - The "Month of Love" in February. A romantic month in town where shops and restaurants alike deck out their spaces with red lights, hearts, fun specials, and all things Love.
There is a fantastic retail store below that sells handmade and custom leathergoods such as dog collars, coasters, key chains, cocktail glasses, and belts. They also offer a “make your own belt” which is very unique and a fun experience!
There is a washer and dryer available upon request only, as it is often used for apartment linens and may be used by other guests at that time. It is free and located at the bottom of the stairs to the left as you enter the building. Beach gear can also be found in the laundry room- chairs, coolers, towels.

This building, while impeccably located for walkability to all shops and restaurants in the center of Kennebunkport (dock square) and lower village, this also means that it is in the heart of the bustle. The building is on an intersection so there may be some ambient noise. Rest assured there is a sound machine, newer windows, and black out curtains for those lighter sleepers to make sure you still sleep peacefully!
The apartment is outfitted with smart TVs for streaming only - there is no regular cable.
Please be mindful that the set up of the Lofts is similar to a small boutique hotel and that there are other guests staying in the other units. We ask that you please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for those guests, and the retail spaces below.
Parking for one vehicle. If traveling with 2 vehicles, please let us know ahead of time.

The Hillside Guest Suite is a boutique space, approx. 750 s.f. located above non-living space, which makes it very private. The suite presents with it's own private entrance. The space is completely yours. The suite has a full eat in kitchen, open concept with a 65" smart TV, DirecTV programming, Amazon and Netflix for streaming. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator with ice/water in door, electric cooktop and stove, microwave, dishwasher and a Cuisinart coffee maker. The bedroom has a luxurious Queen bed with a separate room for luggage/dressing area. Provided are all bed linens, bath/hand/face towels, hair dryer, iron and board, coffee/creamers and salt/pepper/sugar.
In addition, guests will find outdoor furniture to relax in, catch rays or enjoy the afternoon breezes and a dining area. There is a shared gas grill with utensils.
Renting on a monthly basis is for 1 person. Daily basis is for 2 persons.

The entire grounds are open to guests. Parking is permited only in designated area. For your comfort, we spray the entire property every 30 days for ticks and mosquitos.

Our location is very convenient to the Port, downtown Kennebunk, Wells, Rachel Carlson Wildlife and bird sanctuary. There are lots of walking trails close by and bike paths. We are approx, 1.3 mi straight shot to the 3 Kennebunk Beaches and about another .5 mi to a 4th. I provide a beach pass for guests for FREE parking at our beaches. It saves our guests lots of $$$ for parking.
The suite is provided with free access to beach towels and beach blankets, various size beach chairs, various size coolers, beach umbrellas. All you need to bring is YOURSELF!!

This charming 1863 farmhouse apartment is cozy and inviting. The space is well suited for couples but can accommodate a third person. There is a full kitchen, dining table, and living room on the first floor. The stairs are a bit steep (old house) and the second floor has a larger bedroom with a queen bed a small bedroom with a twin bed and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. Onsite laundry, linens, towels, A/C and heat, and a stocked kitchen are all provided. Property is routinely sprayed for mosquito control.

Due to the pandemic and to assure the studio has had adequate time between guests, we decided to limit availability blocks to Thursday thru Sunday nights. This allows only one renter per week this season. Please visit our wonderful area!

The studio is located in a quaint seacoast neighborhood. Close to local shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, farmers market, Kennebunkport, area beaches and hiking/walking trails. A tastefully decorated, bright and sunny space. The studio has a private entrance leading to the 2nd floor over the garage of the main house. Ample on-site private parking. Air conditioned for your comfort. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. Linens and towels provided. Perfect for 2 people.
The greater Kennebunk area has much to offer. Beaches, coastal inlets, protected bays, rivers and Kennebunk Land Trust Preserves with multiple hiking/mountain biking trails offering a wide variety of outdoor activities. Take a kayak or paddleboard for a paddle, spend a relaxing day on one of the local area beaches, hike or mountain bike the Kennebunk Land Trust trails, or browse the many Kennebunk and Kennebunkport shops.
After a full day of exploring, head to one of the many eating establishments in the community. Whether you want 5 star dining at the White Barn Inn or looking for live reggae music and a cool margarita on the deck at Pedro’s, your choices are endless.
If you want to venture out of the Kennebunks, Portland is a 25 minute drive to the north, Portsmouth NH is a 30 minute drive to the south, and the many beaches of Wells, Ogunquit, and York are all short drives south. Each respective area offers its own unique experience and you will be minutes away from it all!
If you are adventurous, it is convenient to day hike in the White Mountains and the Evans Notch areas. Hiking Tuckermans during the day and having an early evening cold drink on the deck of the Wharf in Kennebunkport has been done numerous times. If you are interested, the owner is a resource for any of these outings and can recommend activities based on ability.
Getting back to the studio after a full day of adventure and good food, relax in your own air conditioned home away from home space. Kick back and enjoy a movie……… Read a book……….. Take a stroll into Kennebunkport and Lower Village Kennebunk to check out the historic points of interest and multitude of shops, restaurants and pubs. It’s a very easy location for a get away since it’s walking distance to almost everywhere you would want to go. Restaurants, bars, live music, and shops are right in your neighborhood. Or actually... around the corner, so you can still have a good night sleep.
And just a short walk( about 15 to 20
minutes to the beach.
Bicycle and kayak rentals are just a short walk to get to, sailing excursions also walking distance, golf course and tennis courts just a short drive from us.
Kennebunkport is a town that stays alive all year long! A few places close down for the winter but unlike other vacation resort towns, Kennebunkport is still hopping all year especially on the weekends.
Restaurants, bars, and most shops are still open throughout the year making it a great destination in the off season!
And while you won’t want to lay on the beach in the off season..... it’s still a beautiful place to walk and visit!
Also dogs may be considered on a case by case basis. Guests would have to share information about their dog so that we may make an informed decision and there is a one time pet fee required.

This unit has a beautiful kitchen with a breakfast bar, original beams overhead lets you know you are in the presence of history and New England character! In addition to the breakfast bar this unit has a stylish round dining table facing the front bay window with very comfortable dining chairs. The Cove Side unit has 2 bedrooms, one king room and the other a queen and a twin bed. It’s fitted with two full baths, one on each floor. Each bathroom has a shower with glass sliders, no bathtub.
Happy cove views from the kitchen and bedrooms. 3 smart Tv's with Netflix, Amazon and local programming. Tons of sports channels for the big game! Full washer and dryer in unit all stainless steel appliances.

Two bedrooms are on the second floor as well as one large full bathroom, and a full size washer and dryer. The wide pine flooring was saved during renovation on the second floor and staircase.
The first floor has a new comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living area and a 1/2 bath and a new private outdoor shower! So essentially, a two bedroom, with two full baths.
The loft is open concept and includes a full kitchen with bar area. The back yard is near this unit and there’s a new balcony off the master bedroom.
The living room and each bedroom have ceiling fans operated from a wall switch only.
