Your VRBO is apartment1 on the first floor. It consists of Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Roku smart TV and complimentary coffee in kitchen. Towels and toiletries in bathroom along with clean linens for bedrooms. Quiet hours after 11pm. The bathroom is off the small bedroom and the couch is very comfy for one person to sleep. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located in a 2-unit building, and there is a detached one-bedroom apartment on the property. Each of those units are occupied by one long-term tenant, both who are very friendly and low key :)

The apartment is approximately 1,500 square feet. For summer comfort, each bedroom has a window AC unit to keep things cool. There is baseboard heat throughout the entire unit for the colder months. The driveway offers parking for up to 5 vehicles. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—your personalized code will be provided before check-in.

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

Honeymoon Secret is super clean house, brand new house built in 2021. Elegantly decorated high standard beddings, plus leather chairs for large groups including high technology Massage chair and a 85 inch smart tv to watch Netflix and compatible apps. Also there is free Wi-Fi available.

Your sleeping area is on the second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor.

There is driveway parking for a max of two cars (there is no other guest parking, including on the street). You'll hear some noise from the well-traveled street in the summer when windows are open, but fans typically mask it.

*Please note that a dog lives here full time when we're home, though he won’t be around during your stay. I keep the place very clean, but those with severe pet allergies may not be comfortable in this space.

This is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It is a short drive from downtown Westbrook. It is a 20-25 minute drive to the Old Port section of Portland, depending on traffic.

The space
The building is a multi-family apartment house. This studio apartment is one of four units in the building. The apartment has a small kitchenette where you can heat and refrigerate food. There is a microwave oven, coffee maker and a small stove/oven. You will need to rinse the dishes you use so that the cleaners can wash them after you check out. There is no dishwasher in this space. The bathroom has a shower stall (no bath tub), toilet, vanity/sink and a stackable washer and dryer. This is a studio apartment so there are no walls between the dining area, living room area and sleeping area. There are 2 ceiling fans in the space.

There is one queen size bed. For an additional fee, we can set up either an air mattress or portable crib. Register a third guest and the extra guest fee will apply. We provide bed linens for the air mattress. You will have to bring your own linens for the portable crib.

You will enter the building from the front via a door directly off the driveway. There is a short (about 10') common hallway inside before your reach the apartment door. This is apartment #4. The hallway is shared by the occupants of one other apartment. There are no steps from the driveway to the apartment.

The exterior door and the apartment door have combination locks. On the check in day, I will message you the door code. It is the same code for both doors. Please leave both doors locked when you leave the property.

We do not allow gatherings or events of any kind at this property. We do not allow outdoor structures, even temporary ones. Gatherings in excess of the numbere of registered guests is strictly prohibited. All guests must be registered (with their first and last names) on the reservation.

The Maine Governor has issued an Executive Order to limit the effects of COVID-19. The order applies to short-term rental properties in the State of Maine and is effective until April 30, 2020 (end date may be extended).

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located in a 2-unit building, and there is a detached one-bedroom apartment on the property. Each of those units are occupied by one long-term tenant, both who are very friendly and low key :)

The apartment is approximately 1,500 square feet. For summer comfort, each bedroom has a window AC unit to keep things cool. There is baseboard heat throughout the entire unit for the colder months. The driveway offers parking for up to 5 vehicles. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—your personalized code will be provided before check-in.

Other things to note
- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
