- "The efficiency apartment was well located with access to the water on three points and filtered views of the water. While the bathroom is small, the space allows for complete privacy. Pat, the owner is most gracious and accommodating but respectful of your privacy. Great location with easy access to Bath, Brunswick, Popham Beach, and the Botanical Gardens. We also enjoyed just relaxing at the property." - "The apartment was spacious and light-filled yet with a cozy feel, very comfortable bed and chairs, and all the implements we needed. Sitting on the porch in the morning was delightful as was waking up to the sun through the large windows in the bedroom. The property is very spacious with many comfortable places to sit and amazing views out over the bay. It was tempting to just sit in the hammock and read while occasionally looking up to take in the beauty of it all. Pat was a wonderful host and gave us recommendations that turned out really well. We enjoyed everything about our trip--the planned and unplanned parts--and choosing this location with Pat as the host made that possible."

We renovated the entire apartment inside out and decorated to a homey and delightful feel so that you would like to just stay inside and have some quality family time. We are located within walking distance of the historic green bridge connecting to downtown Brunswick, you can also take another historical hanging bridge next to the trail to do a beautiful loop jogging. While you reach to downtown Brunswick, you will find a big variety of restaurants, shops, bakeries, and a famous gelato shop. You can also explore the boutiques and have a picnic in the downtown garden. You'll also love being just 2 minutes from Topsham Fair Mall, where there are grocery, gyms, and shops. I-295 N and S are also minutes away, only 15 minutes to Freeport, 30 minutes to Portland and 45 minutes to Augusta.
- "As advertised: a lovely place to stay, extremely safe and quiet area, close to conveniences. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly & friendly. Only marked 4 stars on cleanliness due to some cobwebs and area in front of door had grass clippings that could have been cleaned off. Would definitely stay here again!" - "I loved this well appointed, cozy. chic apartment during my visit to Bowdoin College. It couldn’t be more conveniently located."

We renovated a pottery studio behind our garage to create this unique apartment space. Guests have off-street parking and a private outdoor space with grill and fire pit. Relax on the couch and enjoy a 55" TV, fast internet and a dedicated work space. Sleep comfortably on a Nectar mattress - there's a queen sized bed and then a second full sized mattress in the loft! You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets sitting outside. Bring your dog and enjoy walking in our peaceful neighborhood.
Bowdoin is three blocks away and you can easily walk into town. We are a short drive to many beautiful spots where you can walk and enjoy Midcoast Maine! Wolfe's Neck State Park is a 20 minute drive where you can watch ospreys hunt and nest. Reid State Park and Popham beach are easy day trip and beach towels and a cooler are provided!
Brunswick has wonderful restaurants. A few options for fantastic dinners include 555 North and Enoteca. Grab a delicious burger at the Sea Dog in Topsham, overlooking the Androscoggin where you can often see sturgeon leaping completely out of the water! Make a day trip down to the shops in Freeport and grab a lobster roll for lunch at Harraseeket Lunch and Lobster. Spend the day kayaking or exploring in Harpswell and enjoy a beautiful dinner at the Dolphin Marina.
The apartment has a kitchenette with a microwave that doubles as an air fryer and has a convection oven feature, counter top stove burners, a toaster, Nespresso machine, regular drip coffee maker, small fridge and freezer.
We will be coming and going during your stay and available if you need anything but will give you privacy to enjoy the space and make it your own during your stay. Smoking is allowed outside.
- "Great, cozy apartment in Brunswick; close to Bowdoin College. Comfortable bed, and nice outdoor table for breakfast were nice features for this converted studio. The A/C worked fine, and the host put together a basket of beach towels and other items ready to take to the beach. The shower was a little small, but it all worked out well. We would happily stay again." - "Our overall stay was great. But like other guests have mentioned the shower is too small. And you can't move the shower head. I don't wash my hair every time I take a shower and there was no way to take a shower without my hair getting wet. Loved the location and bed was very very comfortable. "

- "We loved the area. Host was friendly and attentive. Immensely enjoyed our stay" - "Lovely apartment!" - "It was just as advertised. Cute, clean and comfortable." - "I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. I was at Bowdoin for my 50th reunion and wanted to be able to walk to campus. It is about 1.5 blocks to the west end of campus (think Walker Art bldg.). The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. I didn’t use the kitchen and really only slept and showered there. It worked great for that. It isn’t fancy but it was clean and a great location in a very nice neighborhood. The host was very responsive."

Spacious studio apartment located just one mile from Bowdoin College and 1/2 mile to Maine Street. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, The Eveningstar Theater, and shops. This studio was newly built in the summer of 2016 and is ready for weekly stays. I welcome guests for 6 and 7 night stays only. Studio boasts vaulted ceilings, sky lights, very open and spacious. Entire space is on first floor so easy access to guests with physical limitations although not ADA compliant. I welcome faculty and staff at Bowdoin College for longer term stays at a reduced rate.
During COVID I did have a long term tenant that had a cat so if you have pet allergies, this is not a recommended rental.
The studio is behind a two car garage. with access to back yard amenities. Please note that I am the property owner and live in the home on site.

Light and bright upstairs loft style apartment with huge windows and style to spare. This is one of three apartments in the upper floors of an awesome renovated historic building in the center of Downtown Bath's historic district. Large livingroom windows look out over Centre Street where you'll find restaurants, a bookshop, bakery, art gallery and Bath Natural Market.
A shared washer/dryer is in the building and there is off street parking for your use, free (one car).
- "This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the bedroom stuffy in a warm week in June despite the two fans provided. Kitchen and living room are nice, location is delightful for walking around Bath, and we enjoyed our stay!"

This is a beautiful and stylish studio apartment with private entrance on first floor, a perfect home stay in Maine. This studio is a part of a historical brick building, one of the most unique buildings. Open layout gives plenty space for 2, couch can be pull out sofa bed, providing sleeping for extra 1. Full motion TV makes great entertainment. It's in a nice & safe neighborhood walkable to downtown Brunswick and there is a bonus water front trail down on the road for a nice walk.
- "Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice. Although it would have also been nice if there was a guidebook of sorts that provided food recommendations and nearby stores. Also would have been nice to have a box fan in the unit. There is a window until which is great, but the air doesn't reach the bed area very well so plug in fans would be a nice addition. The unit was very clean with the exception of under the bed. My son had dropped a toy that rolled under the bed and it was apparent that area had not been cleaned in awhile. Overall our stay was very nice and we were in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!"
