Guests will enjoy full access to the inn, pub, commercial kitchen, guest rooms, pool, hot tub, and all common areas. The property is entirely private—no other guests will be on-site, and the inn is not open to the public. You will be able to relax and get a sense of yesteryear, the Owl's Nest is located in the heart of North Conway Village, although only a five minute walk to down town shops and restaurants, it is set in a quiet and safe area of town. it is an open concept and also has a separate bedroom with a full size bed and a twin bed as well as a large flat screen Tv.The master bedroom and living room combine to make a roomy and bright area to relax and socialize , with an electric fireplace and large flat screen TV as well as a blue tooth stereo.The deck sits up high and you can perch and soak up the fresh air and sun while rocking in a chair.Outside you have an area with a private grill and sitting area, there is storage for your ski equipment and other cargo in the hallway leading to the entrance.Be aware that there are stairs leading to the house in case you or your dog have mobility issues! We are committed to providing you with a safe environment and follow the recommendations of the CDC when cleaning and sanitizing , we provide a fresh hypoallergenic mattress pad ( you are responsible for bringing your own sheets blankets and pillows ) we can provide bedding at an additional charge per bed if you prefer needed.We provide towels.

- "Very convenient location. North Conway Village was a five minute walk and everyone had their dogs with them. The Owl house was very clean and was very well stocked with everything you needed. We were able to bring our two dogs with us they both were very comfortable staying here. We will definitely be back to same house and location. We were also able to check out Diana’s Bath, which is a very beautiful waterfall and was only 6 minutes away from the Owl House location. We have only been in this part of NH in the winter time and we will definitely be back for the spring/summer time again!"

This cozy, hillside retreat in the heart of North Conway Village offers a comfortable stay in the White Mountains! A part of historic North Conway hillside houses, this unit offers a fenced in private space and garden along with an outdoor sitting space, picnic table and grill for those warm summer evenings. Inside, the open concept with a look-through loft makes it feel like you're in an airy and spacious cabin, despite its smaller footprint. Walk down the hill and be in town in minutes!

The space is given a retro theme that is bound to catch some eyes. I have set it up to be fun and inviting as well as a cozy place to stay for your time in the valley! The loft looks down to the main floor, so please note there is not a completely private bedroom. The unit is not a large place so the main floor is cozy and laid out to maximize space. The couch in the living room folds back and turns into a wide twin sized bed that could fit one adult.

I work my hardest to ensure a special and enjoyable trip to the valley. That's why I like to be transparent about the unit. Please note that this is a converted apartment unit and shares a wall with one other unit. The long-term tenants of the building are all very respectful and kind, so I hope that you will be the same to them. Please no major noise after 11PM. The parking lot is also shared, so please do your best to park as far down as you can and there is a maximum of two (2) cars allowed for guests. Lastly, the space that is being paid for is the unit and up to the fenced in area. Please do not venture beyond that as it is common area that the long-term tenants utilize. I wanted everyone to have their own private space and neither to be encroached upon.

Please note the following:

- Be respectful of long-term tenants space and privacy and stay within the bounds of the fenced in area. It was put there to allow ample private space for both Airbnb guests as well as the long-term tenants.
- The wood stove in the apartment cannot be used by guests.
- Coin operated washer and dryer can only be used by guests staying for a week or longer. There is not general access as a key is needed.

Our first floor offers a spacious kitchen with an island where you can wind down after a fun, adventerous day. Cook a homemade meal using our stainless steel pots and pans, crockpot, air fryer and enjoy it at our table for 6 or on the island - whichever you prefer! If you use the air fryer please turn on the microwave fan as it sometimes sets the fire alarm off. You can also order takeout /pickup from an assortment of delicious local restaurants. We have a Keurig with the drip coffee pot. We supply an assortment of kcups and herbal teas with creamer, sugar and Splenda. We also have an electric tea kettle and a waffle maker - be sure to purchase some local maple syrup to enjoy with your waffles. Our living room has a 65in smart tv with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu. We also have a brand new queen size pull-out couch from West Elm. We have an electric fireplace that can be turned on using the switch above the fireplace. It is used for decorative purposes but does give off heat.

Our second floor has two bedrooms - king bed in the master along with a full bathroom and a beautiful view of Moat Mountain. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with the bathroom located in the hallway. Both bedrooms are equipped with 32in smart tv's with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu. The rooms are perfect to relax in and get cozy before bedtime. The blackout curtains in each room provide the perfect darkness for sleeping in. Both bedrooms are equipped with down alternative and microfiber pillows as well as the extra pillows

When turning on tv’s in all 3 rooms press the home button (house icon) and it will be you to the main screen to then choose Netflix, Disney+ or Hulu. We do not offer live tv at the moment.

We installed new carpets on the second floor so please be careful with food and beverages.

Our basement is unfinished but you can use the washer and dryer. Please be careful as it is unfinished.

In the basement we have tons of kids toys, 2 radio flyer scooters, pool noodles (8 in total - if you bring them to the pool please make sure you bring them back). We have a kids table with 4 chairs. All toys can be brought upstairs for your children to enjoy.

The property has a pool that is located across the street along with tennis and basketball courts. There are tables and charcoal grills (you will need to buy charcoal) that you can use along with a bathroom and changing room. No glass cups/bottles allowed so bring reusable cups. There is no trash barrels at the pool so please be sure to bring your trash with you and do not leave anything at the pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We will provide you with a key for access, please do not loose the key and be sure to leave the key on the shelf or window sill. The key is on a big yellow keychain so you don’t lose it. No floats are allowed in the pool but we will have a few water toys for kids and noodles that you can use. We also have pool towels for you to use. Please do not take these to lakes/rivers as they are only for the pool. You can bring your own to take off the property.

We have a nice back patio to enjoy on a nice night along with a large backyard that has access to hiking trails, biking and cross country skiing. You can also take a walk/run in our neighborhood.

Amazing views, updated cozy master suite will bedside wall electric fireplace, fresh linens, private deck, with potential access to the pool, hot tub & fire pit in the lock off suite in the 1785 Inn. Other guests may occupy the Main Inn with their own private space, and this may limit use to certain amenities. Great location, XC Ski & walking trails to a sandy beach on the Saco & restaurants. Please DO NOT REQUEST PEAK TIMES IN ADVANCE, we will not accept since we prefer to book the entire Inn.

The space
You are reserving a private suite lock off with its own private entrance inside a large Inn. When we lock this off you will have access to your own cooking area, dinning area, living area, deck, patio, king bedroom, with built in wall mount bedside electric modern fireplace, private bath and parking. The Hot tub, pool, and fire pit by the hot tub MAY NOT BE AVIALALBE if the larger part of the Inn has reserved with exclusive use of these amenities.

On the entrance, lower lever is the bedroom and bathroom and than head upstairs to the living room, dinning area, kitchen and deck. beyond the living area is a shared game room and laundry area.

You will have access directly out your door to paths and trails for xc skiing, hiking and to the Saco River! You can walk to nearby restaurants on these paths to the Moat, local grocer, the Distillery and More!

PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.

Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.

Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we can not guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
