This top floor-corner unit is a peaceful oasis with a view that is breathtaking in any season....See the autumn leaves change in New England.....Ski nearby Gunstock mountain in the winter, enjoy the short walk down the hill to lake in the summer. The Lakes Region is near all the wonderful attractions, art galleries, hiking/biking/fishing/golf, shopping as well as the restaurants! Weir's Beach is a long time family favorite and only 1/4 mile away from the condo. There you'll find the beach (of course) as well as the boardwalk, arcades, more restaurants, the scenic railway station and the drive-in movie theater.

Weirs Beach, or "The Weirs" as it is referred to by locals, is named for a wide, sandy, public beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Adjacent to the beach and comprising the center of the village are a boulevard and boardwalk that run along a quarter mile stretch of Lakeside Ave. The main summer port of the Winnipesaukee Flagship Company's MS Mount Washington is located on the boulevard. A large public dock is also evident at this popular stop for boaters on Lake Winnipesaukee. On the opposite side of the street are several seasonal arcades and vendors that have been located there for many years. The Winnipesaukee Pier juts out into the lake from the main boulevard. The pier was constructed in 1925 and was a bustling spot for many years attracting many of the most famous big band groups of the time. Many families come to visit because mom and/or dad came with their own parents when they were kids. It's fun to share the drive in experience with little ones and they love watching the Weirs Beach fireworks from the window in the summer! Family favorites, such as go karts, batting cages, rock climbing and mini golf are also nearby.
The condo is located only 8 miles from Gunstock Mountain. The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion is 4 miles away. And less than a mile from Funspot - "The World's Largest Arcade".
Winter fun abounds at nearby Gunstock Mountain Resort...skiing, snowboarding and tubing! Visit the nearby Ice Castles or watch the airplanes land on the frozen lake in Alton Bay! Or-take advantage of nearby ice skating or sledding down the hill in front of our condos! (BYOSled). If it's too chilly outside then relax inside with a bowl of popcorn and a vast selection of DVD movies in every genre! Or head up the road 1/4 mile to Funspot, "The World's Largest Arcade)!

If you haven't visited our property for awhile it's definitely time to take another look! The entire property was renovated in 2024 - interior and exterior -increasing our amenities and moving the pool adjacent to our building while adding the hot tub, changing facilities and observation looking over the lake.

I think the best part, however, is the hosting. I am retiring in June, 2025 after 30 eventful years in the field of education and I am devoting myself to hosting full-time, on property. It's good news for my guests in the sense that I will be able to lower my hosting fees (and cleaning fees, since I will be doing the cleaning myself). Also I will be nearby if something goes wrong or if you need anything (this was tough to do, living in Maine!) Finally, because I am doing it all myself I will be able to offer early check-in and late check-out - just ask!!!!!!

We are surrounded by many excellent ski mountains. Gunstock Mountain is 23 minutes away, Ragged Mountain is 43 minutes away, and Tenney Mountain is 43 minutes away. There are a few other ski resorts within an hour drive that are all worth checking out. One of our favorite winter activities is checking out local breweries and vineyards. There are several delicious breweries all within a 30 minute drive of the house, some of our favorites being Shacketts Brewing Company, Vulgar Brewing Company, and Defiant Record and Craft beer. Hermit Woods Winery and Eatery is also nearby and serves superb food and wine. And of course, you can always start a fire in the wood burning fireplace and watch the snow fall!

In the summer, we are just a mile away from Sanbornton Town Beach, a sandy beach right on Lake Winnisquam. We're also a 6 minute drive from Winnisquam Marine, which provides boat rentals for both Lake Winnisquam and Lake Winnipesaukee. Laconia, known for restaurants and shopping, is just a short 13 minute drive and Weirs Beach is only 25 minutes from the property, which has another sandy beach, as well as a boardwalk, arcades, wonderful eateries, go karts, and more! Attend local attractions like NASCAR racing at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway or enjoy music and comedy at the BankNH Pavilion in Gilford.

This incredible property boasts an amazing view of Lake Winnipesaukee as well as many on-site amenities. It is a very spacious 440 square feet with two story high ceilings and an enormous sliding glass window. On the opposite side of the street are several seasonal arcades and vendors that have been located there for many years. The Winnipesaukee Pier juts out into the lake from the main boulevard. The pier was constructed in 1925 and was a bustling spot for many years attracting many of the most famous big band groups of the time. Many families come to visit because mom and/or dad came with their own parents when they were kids. It's fun to share the drive in experience with little ones and they love watching the Weirs Beach fireworks from the window in the summer!
This is a typical hotel room set-up with two queen beds. The elevator will whisk you up to the top floor and the condo is tucked in the farthest - usually quietest - corner of the property. Through your private entrance you will find 440 sq feet of expansive marble floors and a soaring cathedral ceiling. The small kitchenette offers the opportunity for light meal preparation and includes: a small refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a sink and a table that seats four comfortably.

There is a private on-suite bathroom adjacent. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is a hair dryer, iron and small ironing board in the closet.

Guests are able to use all on-site amenities. Outdoors we have a full-size swimming pool, a spa, a brand new sports court, a children's play area and a fire pit. Inside there is a family/game room, an exercise room, a small library/business Center, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There is free, unlimited wi-fi.

Andy (my son, or "housekeeping") live in Maine but we have been sharing this condo for a few years now and we are proud to be a "Superhost", offering outstanding customer reviews and a good value in accommodations. We have met so many wonderful people from all over the world and virtually everyone has treated it as if were their own place.

If you haven't visited our property for awhile it's definitely time to take another look! The entire property was renovated in 2024 - interior and exterior -increasing our amenities and moving the pool adjacent to our building while adding the hot tub, changing facilities and observation looking over the lake.

I think the best part, however, is the hosting. I am retiring in June, 2025 after 30 eventful years in the field of education and I am devoting myself to hosting full-time, on property. It's good news for my guests in the sense that I will be able to lower my hosting fees (and cleaning fees, since I will be doing the cleaning myself). Also I will be nearby if something goes wrong or if you need anything (this was tough to do, living in Maine!) Finally, because I am doing it all myself I will be able to offer early check-in and late check-out - just ask!!!!!!

Welcome to Misty Harbor! Our cozy condo is the best way to spend your summer days at Lake Winnipesaukee! Take a walk to Bank of NH Pavillion and enjoy a show, play at our various sports courts, swim at our brand new pool or plant yourself at the lake and enjoy some of the most spectacular views of the lake. Condo sleeps 2-4 with full amenities , including, large bathroom and shower, 1 free parking spot, full kitchen, private patio and free basic wifi.

The space
The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare all your meals. Kuerig, toaster, full size oven and microwave for all your meal prep needs. Limited toilet paper, kitchen cleaning products and paper towels are provided.

The queen bed offers a comfortable night’s rest, and a queen sleeper is an option for an additional family member. The main sleeping area is open to the living area. There is an privacy divider for the bedroom and living room.

Sheets for the queen bed, a comforter and 4 pillows are provided. 4 bath towels are provided as well and there is laundry onsite in Building 2 and the beach building

The condo is in Building 3 which is located in the back of the property. The parking spot is labeled and is in the back of the building by the pool on the far left facing the woods.

The resort provides wifi- although during peak times and on weekends it is unreliable. If WiFi is of utmost importance, please plan accordingly.

Lovely sunshine filled apartment in a historic rural home yet easy access to Route 93, ski areas, Bank of NH Pavilion, hiking trails, lakes, rivers and nature trails. Excellent base for exploring all the Lakes Region and White Mountains have to offer. There is a stone patio overlooking a field with outdoor seating, gas grill and a fire pit. Host has a wealth of knowledge on local hiking, skiing, kayaking, dining establishments and local breweries so you can get the true NH experience.

Our 2nd floor apt is in a quiet little town with plenty to do nearby. We have called it MeANNDUR as we like the outside and nature. Mill City Park is within walking distance--New England's first whitewater park. Highland Mountain bike Park, hiking trails, disc golf, pickleball etc. We are 10-15 minutes from I-93 where N or S bound offers even more. Hospital(s) are close by too. Grocers, restaurants and local brewers just a short distance. The cohost lives on site and can help if needed.

The space
A very sunny upstairs apartment set up with all essentials for your stay. The central area splits the two bedrooms. The kitchen is simple but will meet your needs. Alexa can turn on the bedroom and living room light when needed. A small work space is in second bedroom for remote workers. All linens provided. NOTE: Co-host/owner lives in downstairs apartment and is available to help if needed.

****Although we do welcome well behaved pets, they must be included on the reservation, if you would like them to stay. Please note, if your pet has anxiety issues when you leave it and barks constantly when you are gone, this is an apartment and is not a good fit if you intend to leave it. We will notify you and you will need to rectify the issue. (I am sorry that this even has to be on the listing)

We welcome a well behaved dog (more than one is approved on an individual basis) to stay but ONLY if you put them on the reservation when you are booking. Please note too if your fur baby gets nervous while you are gone and continuously barks, you will be asked to return to your pet. The owner/cohost lives downstairs and so if this is the case our home may not be a good fit. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting cats.

We are a mom and daughter team and do our best to provide a clean and comfy place to stay.

Top floor unit. Recently renovated condo has full kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. There is a toaster oven, tea kettle, and Nespresso machine. Nice breakfast bar with stools. Master bedroom has a TV, king size bed, closet, and en suite bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom has a TV, two bunk beds and en suite bathroom with tub. Private balcony off the livingroom faces the back where there is a playground and tennis court. Pool and barbeque area is conveniently located next to the building. All linens are provided. The space
Adorable studio on the water level of the Lord Hampshire.  Located right off Laconia Road.  Steps away from restaurants (Dox in Winnisquam, Lobster Connection, Winnisquam Country Store) and Pirates Cove Miniature Golf.  The Lord Hampshire has a large day dock with new polywood lounge chairs and picnic tables.  A large sandy beach with a floating dock for your swimming and floating pleasure.  Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks/paddle boards, but they need to be stored in your vehicles - as beachfront storage is limited.  There are two director's chairs for lounging out front of the unit.  

Please not that trailers are not allowed on property. Local storage units can be contacted for storage options.

Unit is also close to Concord Hospital in Laconia and Franklin, Speare Hospital in Plymouth, and a quick 25 minutes to Concord Hospital in Concord. Also convenient to Steele Hill Resort and Gunstock for year round fun.

Longer term rentals available from September through May. Perfect for traveling medical professionals or seasonal work at the local resorts.

Guest access
The unit is accessed via a lockbox attached to the light fixture outside the unit. Guests have access to the studio unit, the day dock and beach located on the southernmost part of the property past the cottages, and the game room located under the office facing the water. Please do not use any of the kayaks or paddle boards stored by the beach, as they are privately owned.
