It's quiet and not too hot as there are a lot of woods around. Would love to stay here again when coming back to the upper valley area." - "Great place would definitely rent again." - "We waited two days for glassware (there was none), coffee mugs (there was one), dishwasher detergent, hangers, dish drainer, bathroom night lights, mixing bowls to be delivered. The reading light outlet in the bedroom needed replacing. The shower handles in the upstairs bathroom came off if you used them, and the toilet seat was broken. The furniture was mismatched and funky. There were only 4 chairs for the dining table in a place that sleeps 11, and a 2 cup coffee maker. There were no chairs for sitting on the deck. the closets were a mess, and the entire place needs a serious deep clean. There were no house numbers at the driveway or on the house, making it difficult to be sure it was the right house. The mattresses were mismatched with the "box springs". I believe the sheets were clean. We had to purchase a connecting cable in order to make the TV work. TV's in every room were advertised, but there was only the one, and no "fitness center," only an exercise bike in the living room. We felt we did a service to future renters, having left it in better shape than we found it. For that service we felt it fair to ask for a discount refund, but have had no response. I regret leaving such a critical review. The apartment may be suitable as a college "crash pad", but it did not meet our expectations."

Two bedrooms (one with king bed, one with queen bed and trundle bed with two twins), full bath, living space. Living space has large, super-comfy sectional couch, smart TV with apps, kitchenette including mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, and toaster (coffee included). Exercise area includes elliptical and exercycle. Perfect for families visiting Dartmouth, Dartmouth alumni, and leaf-peepers.

The space
Experience the charm and comfort of a fully renovated Cape built in 1793. Five miles from Dartmouth College and Hanover N.H. in the beautiful Connecticut River Valley.

The space available for rent is the second floor of my home. The second floor has a large bedroom, large sitting room, private bathroom, and private entrance.

Bedroom includes queen size bed, armchair, chest of drawers, built-in closet, full-length mirrors, and iron/ironing board.

Sitting room includes couch, armchair, desk, infrared sauna (dry sauna), and a compact kitchen. The compact kitchen has a small fridge, small freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and portable stovetop. The second sink in the bathroom is used for water/washing dishes.

Washer and dryer provided in basement of house. A single inside car space is available in the garage.

Utilities included. Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, and kitchenware are provided.

The space
You will be staying in one of three air bnb guest rooms for single occupancy. Two are located on the second floor. This third and separate entry rental is at the basement level. Each of the guest rooms are decorated in antique New England style. The two upstairs rooms share a full bath that is maintained to covid standards in between guests..The third has its own. Extra blankets available for the asking..Kitchen available ans shared with owner.

During your stay
I respect that most guests want privacy but may also enjoy interacting from time to ti.e during their stay. I am always up for casual conversation about your days adventures and usually have various ongoing projects keeping me busy when I am not at my day job.
