This lovely studio cottage is perfect for two! This waterfront cottage is the simple escape you have been dreaming about. Share this special space with someone you love (or just like a whole bunch). Located on picturesque Varney Point in Gilford, enjoy beautiful views, swim across to Gilford Beach, or splash your feet in the water from the dock and soak in the sun. The kitchenette has a sink, a microwave, an electric oven, and an apartment-size fridge. No dishwasher, oven, or range is provided. There is a gas grill for cooking on the deck. Guests have use of one side of the boat dock for their boat or water toys and every guest has open use of the kayak and swim raft.

The boat dock was on the other side of the host house. Not quite as picturesque as I had imagined. The door and screen didn't fit the openings very well. It provided a place for us to bunk for the NASCAR race. We would consider renting the place again." - "We were a little nervous when we pulled up that it was going to be too small. But it really was perfect. For two people we didn’t need anymore. It was very clean and supplied with pretty much everything you need. The space
The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare all your meals. Kuerig, toaster, full size oven and microwave for all your meal prep needs. Limited toilet paper, kitchen cleaning products and paper towels are provided.

The queen bed offers a comfortable night’s rest, and a queen sleeper is an option for an additional family member. The main sleeping area is open to the living area. There is an privacy divider for the bedroom and living room.

Sheets for the queen bed, a comforter and 4 pillows are provided. 4 bath towels are provided as well and there is laundry onsite in Building 2 and the beach building

The condo is in Building 3 which is located in the back of the property. The parking spot is labeled and is in the back of the building by the pool on the far left facing the woods.

There is an outdoor pool directly behind this unit, and the private beach is across the street and shared by all of the condos in the community.

There is also a gravel path near guest parking that leads directly to the entrance to the Bank of NH pavilion.

NEW suite located on the lower level of the home, 480 sf, 1 room private entrance suite facing the backyard. Gorgeous new bathroom, super comfortable King size bed with extra blankets. Kitchenette has a full size fridge, large AirFryer, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. Outdoors you can enjoy your coffee by the brook, BBQ, play seasonal Badminton, Bocce Ball. Have coffee on the patio or down by the brook on this acre size property. Say Hi to the Chickens and Roosters. Night time you can enjoy the colorful forest with a campfire down by the brook if you like!

Other things to note
We will always try to keep dogs inside on arrival but please keep a look out for our fur babies when you come down the driveway. They sure like company and sometimes don’t want to wait until you get out of the car to say “Hi”
We also have chickens and 2 roosters (oops 😂) You will hear them in the morning. They free range in the day so you will see them around the house. We will keep them inside the coop at your request. Just let us know. We also have a fan, earplugs and a white noise machine in the suite if you are a light sleeper. Everyone so far finds endearing since you don’t hear them that long or often. They just doing his job. 😊 If you think this will be an issue than this is not the place to choose.

Our driveway is long and fairly steep but we assure you you can turn around at the bottom. Your best to take a wide right turn when entering.

Enjoy all the wonderful things the Lakes Region has to offer in this two bedroom condo suite across the street from Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy the peek a boo views of the water from the deck while sipping your coffee.
Amenities include air conditioning, internet, onsite laundry facility, outdoor pool, gas grills, and covered parking. Located close to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and fun! There are two on-site restaurants, shopping, simulated golf, massage and yoga.

The space
This condo suite is located at Condominium Suites at Lake Winnipesaukee - voted #1 vacation rental in the Lakes Region in the 2020 Best of the Lakes Region contest and second place in 2021 and 2022! Though the building is an older brick building, the condo suites are all very tastfully decorated and comfortable.

We are located 3.3 miles to the back parking lot of Bank of NH Pavilion and 4.5 miles to the main entrance. Don't want to drive? Call Bah Hoppah! They are a shuttle service and will pick you up in the parking lot and take you right to the concert venue and then bring you home! Ride Gannon has also been used by many guests who have been very happy with their ride service.

Although we are across the street from the lake, we do not have direct access. Weirs Beach is 12 minutes down the street. Weirs Beach has shops, eateries and arcades.

Weirs Beach Go-Kart Track has bumper boat rentals, a climbing wall, and several miniature golf courses like Pirate’s Cove.

Also nearby is Gunstock Mountain Resort, with outdoor fun all four seasons of the year in their Adventure Park

Funspot, the largest arcade in the world, is located right up the street from Weirs Beach!

Kellerhaus is also just up the road from Weirs Beach. They have homemade candy and homemade ice cream as well as a fabulous gift shop. You can choose to have your ice cream with no toppings, with sprinkles only, or upgrade to a sundae and make a pass through the toppings smorgasbord, which includes hot fudge, butterscotch, strawberries, chocolate sauce, homemade whipped cream, marshmallow, pineapple, macaroon crunch, banana chips, M&M's, sprinkles, and more. Pile on as much as you can! When you are done creating your masterpiece, instead of a cherry, top it off with an American flag.

Ellacoya State Park is 9 minutes away. You can make a beach reservation 30 days in advance.

There are two gas grills located in the pool area for guests to use during your stay.

Plenty of parking for boats, trailers and jetskis! Bring the toys!

Downstairs you will find shops, yoga, massage and simulated golf!

Fabulous on-site restaurant! Myrna's Classic Cuisine open for dinner at 4:00. They are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Taste of Legacy Cafe is also located in the building and serve breakfast and lunch. They are closed Sunday and Monday.

Come enjoy our 2 BR condo and relax on the balcony that looks right out at the gorgeous Lake Winnipesaukee and White Mountains. We are steps from the beach and crystal clear water and about a 5 minute walk to the Bank of NH Pavilion to catch many great concerts! Plenty for the kids to enjoy and adults just the same! Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from as well. BR 1 has a queen bed and BR 2 has a double bunk bed and trundle equaling 5 twin beds.
