This spacious home offers four large, cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms upstairs on the third floor and one family suite on the lower level.

The primary bedroom is a stunning room with high ceilings and wood flooring. The large windows allow in natural light during the day and the comfortable recliners in a sitting area near the window create a beautiful quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the treetops, mountains, and Lake Winnipesaukee.

The other two upper-level bedrooms also offer lovely views of the surrounding landscape and a cozy mountain lodge aesthetic with solid wood bed frames, large windows, and plush carpeting. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other a twin-over-full bunk bed.

On the lower level, there is a family suite that comfortably sleeps four, making it the perfect place for a group of kids or a couple with children.

Two elegant living rooms are placed across two levels of this beautiful home, each with a large TV and unique style, making it easy for your whole group to spread out.

The lower-floor lounge is a great movie room with its reclining sofas and massive HDTV. The backyard patio has outdoor dining furniture and is a special place to light up the grill and enjoy delicious meals with a view. A sliding door from the lower-level living room gives direct access to a pathway to the driveway.

Year-Round Driveway Restrictions: Due to the unique nature of our property's long, steep driveway, guests are prohibited from accessing the premises with trailers, vehicles equipped with lift gates, or low-clearance vehicles. Unfortunately, there is nowhere in our driveway, on the property, or on the street that you would be able to park a boat or a trailer carrying another vehicle. Please plan accordingly!

This restriction is in place to ensure the safety of our guests and to prevent potential damage to both the vehicles and the driveway.

We love dogs! We warmly welcome your canine companions to our home! For the safety and comfort of all, we kindly ask that you keep your furry friends on a leash when outside, pick up after them with poop bags, and be mindful of other dogs in the neighborhood.

We respect your privacy! There are no interior cameras. We do have a doorbell camera at each exterior door for your safety and for the security of our home.

Quiet hours are from 8pm-8am and we ask that you take all conversations inside after 8pm because neighbors will (and have) complained. We have a noise monitoring device outside, under the deck. Our noise monitoring device only measures the sound level, and will not record private conversations.

Please do not tamper with these or any safety devices - it is a violation of house rules. We are super easy going and flexible, but we are serious about this. If you tamper with any safety devices on our property, you will be asked to leave, and we will not issue a refund for any portion of your stay. Thank you.

Please enjoy this fun log cabin set back in the middle of the woods, right off arguably the most beautiful street in Gilford. It is set in the back of our 3.5 acre lot, surrounded by woods, with conservation land behind it. When you are here, you don't hear anything except nature and the occasional speed boat echoing off the lake. Enjoy the large manicured yard with with a new swing set and lots of yard games and toys for both the adults and kids. There's also a fire pit to enjoy drinks and smores around at night, and an amazing screened in porch, which is a favorite of all our guests. Our cabin is a great place for families, or a few couples to come and enjoy themselves while taking in all the lakes region has to offer. We are walkable (.7 miles) to the bank of New Hampshire Pavilion and a 5-10 minute drive to many other local hotspots such as weirs beach, beans and green, ellacoya state park, gunstock mountain and more.

Charming, quintessentially New Hampshire log cabin at the top of Gunstock Acres. The cabin is in the perfect location to enjoy all the Lakes Region has to offer! Just an 8-minute drive to Ellacoya State Park, 7 min. to Gunstock Ski Resort, 10 min. to Bank of NH Concert Pavilion, 15 min. to Weirs Beach, and 30 min. to NH Motor Speedway. The house has a deck with a gas grill, a spacious front porch, and a selection of yard games to enjoy the peaceful outdoor surroundings.

When we purchased the cabin, our goal was to furnish and decorate it in a way that would encourage us to unplug and unwind. We love vintage New Hampshire style, so you'll find fun little touches around the house.

The home has three smart TVs, so you can easily access your Netflix account. The living room has a Bluetooth sound system that hooks up to the TV and phones, so you can listen to your favorite playlist. If you're in the mood to unplug, there is a library with an assortment of books, along with a record player with a small collection of vintage records.

You'll have access to the entire cabin and yard. You're welcome to use anything in the house!

The cabin is located on a street of beautiful homes, at the very top of Gunstock Acres. When you first turn on to the street, you'll notice the incredible views of Lake Winnipesaukee across the street. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Washington in the distance. The neighborhood is hilly, so a challenging, scenic hike is just outside your door!

The cabin is driving distance to some of the Lake Region's best amenities.

Ellacoya State Park:
There are a lot of photos of Ellacoya State Park on their website. There is a fee to access the park. Admission is $5 for adults; $2 for children ages 6-11; children ages 5 and under are free.

The home has 4 levels, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
The master (king) bed and bath is located on the top floor.
3 additional bedrooms are on the split level off the main floor, along with the second full bath and an Outdoor Shower.
Beds on this floor include: 2 queens (1 in each room) and a Full/Single bunk bed.
All bedrooms have an AC window unit and there are additional fans around the house.
The main floor has a kitchen with all the cooking utensils you need, dining (seating for 8 with leaf installed), couch, recliner, TV (with Roku), Sonos, fireplace and access to a large outdoor deck.
There is also a bonus room downstairs with a large TV (with Roku), surround sound, fireplace and desk.
Washer/dryer are located off the bonus room.

Guest access
The entire home and back yard, including fire pit (during the summer), is available to guests.

The space
Rustic meets modern! The house is a quintessential log cabin, a cozy getaway but with all the modern day amenities including 3 televisions with Sling TV (cable), Netflix, Xbox, Nest thermostats and bluetooth speakers plus a touchscreen hub. Two fireplaces, two large porches, porch swing, outdoor fire pit, foosball table... lots of spots to relax and enjoy one another's company.

The Log Cabin is close to Lake Winnipesaukee for swimming and boating in the Summer and ice fishing in the Winter. Gunstock Mountain (1.5 miles away) is home to year-round activities including zip line adventures, a mountain coaster, beerfests, and skiing/snowboarding/tubing.

Also close to the Bank of NH Pavillion, Ellacoya State Park, Weirs Beach, Gilmanton Winery & Vineyard, Tanger Outlets Tilton, NH Motor Speedway, and many other Lakes Region attractions.

You have access to the entire house and yard except for the garage. There is plenty of parking in the driveway.

At this time, we only accept renters who have a positive review on AirBnB.

The house is in a neighborhood so house rules state quiet hours (i.e. no music) outdoors starting at 9pm.

In the Summer (May through September), our landscaping company visits bi-weekly to keep the yard clean for guests.

Our waste management company visits bi-weekly on Friday mornings to empty the dumpster in the driveway. We share the dumpster with one of our neighboring houses so you may see them walking through our connecting wooded area to use it.

Our cozy cabin is located within walking distance to Silver Sands Marina, Meadowbrook Concert Venue, Patrick's Pub and local shopping! We are a short drive to Weirs Beach, local brewery's, Gunstock Mountain and more!

The cabin is on private 4 acre lot surrounded by woods & wildlife. Enjoy your coffee on the farmers porch or screened in deck with hot tub.

The space
The first floor of the cabin consists of one (1) bedroom with queen bed, full bath, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, and open concept living room that has queen size pull out sofa. Walk out on to the farmers porch or sit on the back screened in porch with two person hot tub.

Our second floor "loft" consists of a cozy queen bed with drawer space over looking the living room.

The cabin sleeps six (6) comfortably. We have a porta crib available if needed, please request in advance.

There is no smoking of any kind in the house. The gas grill is located outside the screened porch. Garage is off limits.

A $500 security deposit is required for any damage or lost items (beach access pass). $125 Cleaning fee.

Linens and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking needs.

The space
During your stay, you’ll have the entire house to yourself—perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The main floor features a full kitchen, open living and dining area, two bedrooms (each with a queen bed and cable TV), one full bathroom, and one half bath. Step out onto the full deck with a BBQ grill, just off the enclosed porch—great for outdoor dining.

The lower level includes another bedroom, a full bathroom with washer and dryer, a second living area with cable TV, and French doors leading to a patio.

The driveway accommodates up to 5 cars (please note: no street parking).

Central A/C runs throughout both floors to keep you comfortable.

Guest access
Guests have access to three deeded right-of-way beaches, perfect for swimming, sunning, and day docking. Boat docking and valet service are available through Fay’s Boat Yard on Varney Point. The home is also within walking distance to the private Gilford Beach—a day pass will be provided for week-long rentals or longer.

The space
When we purchased the cabin, our goal was to furnish and decorate it in a way that would encourage us to unplug and unwind. We love vintage New Hampshire style, so you'll find fun little touches around the house.

The home has three smart TVs, so you can easily access your Netflix account. The living room has a Bluetooth sound system that hooks up to the TV and phones, so you can listen to your favorite playlist. If you're in the mood to unplug, there is a library with an assortment of books, along with a record player with a small collection of vintage records.

Please note: the fireplace is decorative only and not available for use.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire cabin and yard, and you’re welcome to enjoy everything the space has to offer!

Other things to note
The cabin is located on a street of beautiful homes, at the very top of Gunstock Acres. When you first turn on to the street, you'll notice the incredible views of Lake Winnipesaukee across the street. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Washington in the distance. The neighborhood is hilly, so a challenging, scenic hike is just outside your door!

The cabin is driving distance to some of the Lake Region's best amenities.

Ellacoya State Park:
There are a lot of photos of Ellacoya State Park on their website. There is a fee to access the park. Admission is $5 for adults; $2 for children ages 6-11; children ages 5 and under are free.
