This spacious cabin is perfect for a family that is looking for a little more privacy during their stay! Bedroom has 2 queen beds and en-suite bathroom. Living room has a pull-out sofa bed. Full kitchen with 2nd bathroom off of it as well as sliding glass door that opens up to a private deck! Pets considered for an additional $15 daily pet fee and refundable $100 pet deposit (taken at check-in)

- "Spacious cottage within walking distance to the beach" - "Great location, the beach is right across the street. Pet friendly. Pool was small but they kept it up, providing lots of tables and chairs with towels. Fire pits at night as well as many bbg grills with tables. Cabin was cute, needed updating. Rugs were so dirty we had to wear shoes inside or our feet would be black. Listing stated a/c. I specifically asked through email if the a/c was throughout the cabin and was told yes. That was not true. The only bedroom had no a/c as well as the attached bath. When we arrived the 1st 3-4 days were in the upper 90's. You literally couldn't breathe in the bedroom. They offered us a loud box fan that we had to prop up on the luggage table that didn't help with the heat. Only some electric sockets worked. The worst part is there was only wifi 40% of the time. I mentioned it every day to multiple employees and everyone acted confused. Sometimes it worked, most times it didn't. If the a/c and wifi were as listed I could have over looked the quality of the cottage."

This winter, 2024/2025 we renovated our cottages. They look like brand new cottages. Many of the furnishings inside are brand new, as of March 2025. Brand new queen size beds, new couches, tables & chairs, along with fresh paint both inside and out. Our cottages are no longer white with pink trim. They are now white with an ocean blue trim. We hope you will like our new look!

The living room has a comfortable couch, coffee table and a flat screen, Smart TV where you can enjoy logging in to your streaming network channels like Netflix, Prime & Hulu.
The open kitchen area has a stove top, a medium size refrigerator & freezer, and all the necessary kitchenware like pots & pans, dishware, glassware, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (individual k-cups) and more...

We provide all the necessary linens, bed sheets, duvets, pillows, pillow cases, bath towels & beach towels for up to 6 people.

This spacious, charming cottage features two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a brand new queen bed and new mattress (March 2025), the other bedroom has two bunk beds, for a total of 6 people maximum. The open kitchen, dining, living room area has cathedral ceilings. The bathroom offers his & her sinks, shower and whirlpool tub.

Cottage 7 has an assigned parking space on Reggio Ave, it faces cottage no. 7, which is the other side of our cottages, as our cottages are located between Odessa Ave & Reggio Ave. If you are traveling with two vehicles, you may park on the street, either on Odessa Ave or Reggio Ave. Parking is free.

Can I bring a pet with me?
Being dog owners ourselves, we understand how attached people are with their pets. There is a pet surcharge of $50 per night.

Can I request an early check-in, and, or a late check-out?
Yes, you may. The earlier you request this, the more likely we may be able to accomodate you.

Is it too cold to enter the sea in the summertime?

Absolutely not! beach goers are in the ocean throughout the summer. In mid July 2021 the ocean temperature reached 74 degrees!

Can I walk into town from this property?

Yes, of course. The downtown area of Old Orchard Beach is only 2/3 mile. One can easily walk along the beach to the pier and up the main street. Or one can walk along West Grand Ave. It too is a nice walk with safe sidewalks on either side of the street.

Do you rent in the off-season? fall, winter and early Spring time?

Yes. We rent our property year-round. Popular off-season dates include Columbus day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years' Eve, Valentine's day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend.

I am trying to book for next summer but I cannot locate any available dates why is this?

We have opened our calendar to accept new bookings for the summer of 2025 as well as 2026. We accept both short and long term reservations. If the dates that you are looking for are unavailable do look further on our website as we have a total of 8 cottages, two of which, are two-bedroom cottages, while 6 of the cottages are one-bedroom. Just 1 block from our cottages are 8, two-bedroom condos, and 1, four-bedroom condo. We also have 5 & 6 bedroom beach houses, suitable for large families & groups. See listings below.

Can we reserve a cottage for just 2 or 3 nights instead of having to book an entire week?

Yes, in the summer we have a 2-night minimum stay for our cottages & condos. Occasionally, a 1-night stay may become available. In the summer the beach houses have a 7-night minimum reservation requirement. In the fall, winter & spring one may book a cottage or condo for 1 night only.

I am not sure what the final number of guests will be. I understand above 4 guests you charge $50 per person per night. Can I let you know what the final number will be closer to the date of my booking?

Yes, absolutely. This is very common. As soon as friends or family members see photos of the beachfront property their busy schedule often opens up, and they wish to come along.

Other than the beach what do you recommend we do with our children?
Fun Town USA - theme park
Splash Town USA - water park (they are attached to each other. The park is located in Saco, the town next door.
Aquaboggan theme park. More suitable for younger children. Also located in Saco.
Palace Playland - you can walk to. It is a fun theme park with amusements. It is located in front of the pier. A very pleasant 15 minute walk!
Pirates Cove - mini golf. This place is a fun favorite for my family. It is an easy 10 minute walk, it is open in the day & at night.
The Memorial Park has basketball & tennis courts and a fun playground for your younger children.

Cape Elizabeth light house with its' Shale Beach is something we highly recommend visiting. It is an amazing site, you can sit outside on the picnic tables and eat lunch whilst admiring the beautiful ocean views. It is approximately, a 25-30 minute drive.
Downtown Portland has so many amazing restaurants to explore. Great shopping in the Old Port & Wharf. A great outdoor activity to do, especially on an overcast day!
How far is the Old Orchard Beach train station from your property?

It is approximately 0.5 mile, or a very comfortable, 10 minute walk. We invite guests traveling from Boston who want to get away for 2 or 3 nights to travel by train. It is a great / fun alternative travel option.

If there are any issues on the property, who do I contact and how quickly are you able to resolve these issues?
All guests are given my personal cell phone. Should there be any major problem inside the house I ask guests to contact me right away. I will be sure to address any issue as expeditiously as possible.

Located in Old Orchard Beach, this quaint 2-bedroom cottage is a short walk to town and short drive to the beautiful Grand beach. Cottage is great for a small family or two couples. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is also a futon couch in the living room. Cottage comes equipped with WIFI, Direct TV, an A/C wall unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms, and a fan in the second bedroom. There are twooff-street parking spots that can fit up to six cars if parked back-to-back. There is a full bathroom on the first floor with a shower stall (no tub). The space
The living room has a pullout futon couch for 2 additional guests while the bedroom offers a queen size bed along with a chest of draws and side table.
Full size shower, sink & toilet. Kitchenette comes with 4 hobs for cooking, a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot. We supply all dishes, cups, glasses, pots & pans and silverware.

As of Dec 2024 the property has undergone a recent facelift. Where the cottages were once white with pink trim, they are now white with blue trim. Brand new beds and mattresses, new windows, enforced insulation, inside painting and updating various kitchen appliances & kitchen necessities have been added to all or our cottages.

Clear parking signs are now visible for every cottage.
