Come getaway to this modified a-frame in the trees...it really feels like a tree house! Just over 1,300 sq ft with a lot of light, modern rustic feel, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms comfortably sleeps 6. Upstairs master bedroom has private 1/2 bath and large windows looking into the forest backyard. Mid-level guest bedroom includes a queen bed and bunk bed (twin bed on top, full bed on bottom). Kitchen includes stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, mini waffle maker, and is stocked with dish/glassware, cooking pans, utensils, and basic spices. Large deck with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, and a grill all overlooking the yard. Large fire pit with Adirondack chairs that can be used year round. The house has wifi and a Smart TV with guest access to Netflix and Hulu and sign-in to your personal accounts. The walk out basement is newly finished, with a couch, TV with Apple TV, and is stocked with children’s board games and books. There is also a washer/dryer for use, but we are requesting guest not use the wood stove at this time. Sleds and river tubes available to borrow. Private river access to the Ammonoosuc, across the street of our drive known for fishing and floating.

Note: This is a wild and natural setting, complete with bears, bugs, critters, spiders, oh my! While this may be eye opening for some, our guests come here for the nature time and all that comes with it.

- "The cabins were absolutely amazing. Better than I expected. Will be booking again for our next ski trip!!" - "The Rosewood Villa cabin is a gorgeous, full featured and well-stocked accommodation in a gorgeous location with mountain views. It's a nice mix of that classic rustic cabin alongside more modern amenities, such as a smart TV and fast WiFi. What made me decide to take a star off is the fact that the shower drain froze, the floors were extremely cold and the cabin took a long time to heat up. This was due to the cabin being on stilts and not having skirting, no heat tape on the pipes, and likely inadequate insulation under the floors. Craig, the host, really tried his best, for almost two hours, to fix the frozen drain. I do not fault him at all. Also to his credit, in addition to his substantial efforts to thaw out the pipe, Craig also offered to let us use the shower in one of the vacant cabins. He treated us very well. I think it would be very beneficial to add more insulation below the floors. It was below zero, so maybe this likely would not have happened on a warmer day, yet I also think measures like heat tape and skirting would prevent it on colder days/nights, like when we stayed. It's pretty important to have a functioning shower, especially in this price range. Aside from the above issues, we were happy with the Rosewood Villa and would stay again, especially if the issues with freezing pipes and heating were resolved. Thanks again to Craig for doing his job so well."

- "This was such a quaint and adorable property. Having our own individual cabin was great. The view from our deck of the pond was so pretty. Would love to come back during warmer weather to enjoy a nice sunset or morning cup of coffee out there. Our only complain was the mat when we first walked in was very sandy and dirty (needed vacuuming) and upon getting into bed there were some white stains on the underneath of the main comforter which we ended up not sleeping with. Besides these few cleaning things we did love our stay and would come back again."
