Built during the development of the ski area and thoughtfully renovated since then, this cabin with thought vintage ski decor, classic furnishings, & patterned textiles that exude character & warmth. Come home from a day on the slopes (a short walk away from Cranmore Mtn and under a mile from North Conway Village) or a fall drive on the Kancamagus Highway & relax in the warmth of the pellet stove.

This home is practically equidistant from the center of North Conway Village (half a mile west) and the base of the historic Cranmore Mountain Resort (less than half a mile east). You`ll have no shortage of activities and attractions at your fingertips, whether you choose to go outlet shopping in town, take a ride on the Conway Scenic Railroad or the Kancamagus Highway, or tee off at the North Conway Golf Course. In addition to the slopes of Cranmore, you`ll be close to several other beloved mountain resorts, including Attitash (nine miles northwest), Wildcat (18 miles north), and Bretton Woods (30 miles northwest).

The main level has a living/dining room (with a second flat-screen HD TV as well), kitchen, bedroom and a full bath. The upper level has 2 bedrooms (one is a loft). The mountain lodge design will remind you of Big Sky Country! Take the five-minute walk to Echo Lake for swimming. Snowmobile, cross-country skiing and mountain bike trails from the front door! The Saco River is 1/2 mile away for tubing, kayaking and canoeing. Diana's Bath waterfalls are just a mile hike or drive away as well.

Private get-away: Our home is located in a small, quiet neighborhood next to Echo Lake and the national forest. Nearby homes are obscured by trees so the back yard is private. Relax on the deck or in the screened porch or outside deck. Stake out your spot at the beach and watch climbers scale the face of Whitehorse Ledge. This home sleeps 6 comfortably, with 2 full bathrooms and multiple living spaces to spread out. Open concept with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything needed for an easy stay - along with standard appliances (refrigerator w/ ice maker, gas stove, dishwasher) there’s a Keurig, toaster, microwave and a crockpot.

Home also has a washer /dryer, Weber grill, fire pit, window A/Cs in the bedrooms, 4 flat screen TVs with You Tube TV, Amazon Fire, & Apple TV capabilities (for your account access) and an xbox in the basement TV and WiFi.

Well behaved, trained dogs (no furniture dwellers, please) can be considered with limited access to the finished basement only, for an additional fee .

Note, there is an outdoor camera facing the driveway for security purposes for when the house is not in use.

This house is not child-proof, please bring any items you may need to keep small children safe. The property has a small easy accessible pond - children MUST be supervised at all times.

Note to previous renters - We are no longer offering access to the hot tub as maintenance has too many challenges. The local hot tub service is terribly unreliable and thus we don't feel comfortable offering use of the hot tub any longer.

**WINTER NOTICE** - Roads get plowed after every snow fall but it might take some time for the plow to get to our road, please be aware that older or small cars without All Wheel Drive may have difficulty driving to the cabin while it is actively snowing. INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, Downstairs has 1 Smart TV with many channels including sports, upstairs loft has a smart TV, Livingroom has a cute bar area set up with 3 high-top chairs, books, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, 10-person dining table. For families with small children, we provide a Delta foldable crib with 3"mattress. We ask you to bring your own crib sheets. Please reach out for exact measurements.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook meals, and there is even a Nespresso coffee machine and tea bar with complimentary Nespresso pods assortments of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate!

PETS: We ask for visitors not to bring more than 2 pets. Pet fee of $100 applies per stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture/in bed. We ask that any pets that stay with us be well behaved and house trained. Please make sure they are up to date on their flea and tick medications since there are a lot of trees on the property. If you choose to leave your pets alone in the house please make sure they are crated (one large crate provided, please ask for its storage location). Thanks!

GENERAL: Washer & dryer on the first floor, Wall AC centrally located in the Livingroom and fans circulate the air throughout the house.

FAQ: Please purchase your own wood available from most local stores and gas stations, bedroom & bathroom on 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and loft on the second floor.

SPEED LIMIT: Cabin is located at the end of the dead end street, please proceed slowly, there are a lot of kids and pets in the area, we want everyone to be safe!

This cabin is privately centered in the heart of North Conway close to many ski resorts, outlets, hiking trails, 15 minute walk to a beach on the Saco, and restaurants. Get ready to relax and enjoy all the pleasures that this rustic Cabin has to offer, including the private courtyard with a hot tub, grill and fire pit to enjoy after a long day of skiing, hiking, or exploring!

About the cabin: This is a rustic cabin with modern features. It is furnished with Green Mountain Furniture and décor throughout to complete the cabin feel. The cabin has all new appliances and a new ductless mini split system (heat and AC) for your comfort during all 4 seasons. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the gas fireplace in the living area. There is patio furniture on the screened in farmers porch to enjoy 3 seasons. The courtyard has a hot tub, grill and fire pit!

30$ per night for 1 dog. Must clean up all pet waste and keep off all furniture or bring your own covers for beds & couch. If there’s dog waste left behind anywhere or excess dog fur or other signs of the dog on furniture the extra cleaning fee that our cleaner charges us will be charged to you.

Please be advised-- the bedrooms are connected which is better suited for families and close friends. (To get to the queen bedroom you must walk through the bunk bedroom.) We have installed a curtain divider for better privacy!

Our cabin is serviced by a private well with a water treatment system, ensuring water is safe for showering and cooking. For drinking, we recommend using bottled water, as the well water may occasionally have an unpleasant odor or taste (though we drink it without issue). The hot tub, filled with treated well water, is thoroughly cleaned and balanced between each guest to ensure a refreshing experience, though minor staining or scale may occur due to the natural mineral content.

This is a Cabin in the woods of New Hampshire. There may be bugs and other wild life outside of the cabin depending on the season. Bugs & other wild life may end up in the house if the doors are kept open too long. We do have a monthly subscription to keep the pests at a minimum.

There are security cameras on property. Disabling and/or tampering with them is a violation of the rules and subject to cancellation with no refund.

Camera 1 is a spotlight facing outward, toward the porch.
Camera 2 is a spotlight located on the side, facing outward toward the driveway.
Camera 3 is a spot light located on the home facing the yard and swing.
Camera 4 is a spot light located on the garage facing the driveway.
The cameras do not look into any interior spaces or the private courtyard. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device. The cameras are used for security of our property including; confirm the cleaners have arrived, necessary maintenance has been performed, guests have checked in / out at the correct time, there aren't any unauthorized guests or pets and all rules have been followed.

The Cabin is located on a 5mph private dirt road. 4X4 / AWD may be necessary in winter / spring. Please be advised it can get dusty when it’s dry and muddy when it is wet!

There is a beach on the Saco that is a 15 minute walk. There is no parking down at the beach as it is private to the neighborhood. If you’re interested in walking to the beach let me know and i can explain how to get there!

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please remove shoes when entering the home and use the entrance to the right of the house in the winter if you have ski equipment.
The back yard is not fenced in.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided.
The indoor fireplace is not available for renter use at this time.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

The two full beds are on the landing above the living space and are not completely private.
Parking on the driveway for up to 3 cars only.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.

Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the pine flooring.
When using ski equipment please us the entry to the right of the house and leave any ski equipment in the back porch area.
Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use at this time.
We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any).
Please be respectful of our neighbors - especially between 10pm and 8am - we have a great relationship with them and would like to keep it that way.
