- "We had a wonderful stay at the Dragonfly Cottage. The cottage is beautifully designed and decorated. We enjoyed the deck and comfy bed. We appreciated that the hosts seemed to really be thinking of the guests- there were extra toiletries in the bathroom , spices in the kitchen, and cozy blankets near the couches. The cottage is super spacious and there was more than enough room for the 3 of us. It was a great place to hang for a few days. Thanks for having us!"

With 3 bedrooms and a giant loft featuring 4 beds, The Evergreen Cabin offers spacious and comfortable accommodations for your family or group of friends.

Our cabin is a relaxing retreat that exudes a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, inviting you to unwind in front of the gas fireplace or soak up the serene surroundings on the deck. It's the perfect spot to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature. Be sure to stop by a local farmers market to grab ingredients to create a special meal in our gorgeous new kitchen with high-end appliances.

For entertainment, we offer something for everyone. Our cabin includes a downstairs game room stocked with board games, books, and more! Upstairs, you will find ample seating areas, including a gas fireplace and a separate TV room. Simply close the gorgeous barn door, and everyone can enjoy the space. Plus, The Evergreen Cabin is family-friendly and dog-friendly, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure in Vermont!

The space
New construction above garage 1BR 1BA apartment located on a private lot. You will have the whole property to yourselves. A King bed with Casper mattress is in the bedroom. A very comfortable pull out Queen sofa bed with built in air mattress will sleep up to 2 additional guests comfortably in the living area. 1000sq ft of living space.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire upstairs apartment and outdoor area. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Other things to note
You will be given a key code to access the apartment door via self check in.

For Summer and Fall bring your golf clubs, hiking shoes and sense of adventure to enjoy the amazing outdoors. The Green Mountain National forest are steps away with amazing hiking trails. The Long Trail, Appalachian Trail and Prospect Rock lookout is a great 2 mile uphill hike from the door with a mountain stream flowing down parallel to the trail.

The Summer Horse show Festival is a 8 minute drive away while Bromley, Stratton and Magic Mtn resorts have outdoor activities and entertainment going on most of the summer.

After a fun day outdoors, you can relax in the cabin with the full kitchen or try one of the great restaurants Manchester has to offer. 3 of the best restaurants in town are within walking distance from the property

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the owner's closet and the cleaning supply closet. Basic cleaning supplies will be available under the sink in the kitchen.

There are stairs separating the second and third bedrooms, but there is no door between the two rooms, offering a semi-private layout ideal for families or close groups.
