Cabin sits right on the Moose River and it right next to the dock. Its worth the walk. Beautiful setting.

We were in walking distance of almost everything in Old Forge yet felt like we were out in the woods. The property and cabin are very well kept. The porch that facing the river is screened with a nice ADK style breakfast nook. We were able to keep our kayaks right at the dock and take a paddle in the river any time of the day. Very relaxing spot. The host was very nice and communicated everything very well. We plan to stay again."

This log home features 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the second floor overlooking the vaulted ceiling great room. It has a king bed and also a full bathroom. On the main floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There is a full bathroom on the main floor also. The kitchen, dining area and family room (60 inch tv) are located on the main floor surrounded by vaulted ceilings of notty pine. From there you can walk out onto the deck and take in the fresh air of the adirondacks. From the deck you can watch your kids play on the lawn or in the water. You have a perfect bird's eye view of everything. In the walk out lower level there are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (bunk beds are twin xl). There is also a beautiful bar area to gather around. There is a 60 inch television and some couches to relax and watch your favorite show. From there you can walk directly out the sliding glass doors to the water. There is wireless wifi if you need to use the internet. If you want to experience the Adirondacks this is the place for you. There are deer, chipmunks, ducks and even loons that you can see right from your private log home. Linens will be included in all stays (bedding and bath and hand towels.) Gas Fireplace is not in use.

Vintage log sided cabin with Adirondack charm. It has a three season screened porch as well as deck. Four bedrooms, 1 on first floor, full bath upper, half bath on first floor. 3 bedrooms have double beds, master has 2 twins set as a king. Walking distance to town beach, cinema, churches, restaurants, hiking trails, playground and shopping. Dock has space for one boat, or you can use the kayak and canoe provided.
Because many events are planned for Saturdays, our rental will be from Monday to Sunday in the summer.
July and August, there is a minimum 6 night stay. All other time it is 3 night minimum,

- "My family of five, including a 13 year old boy, a 10 year old girl and s 7 year old girl visited Old Forge for the first time. This property is only 5 minutes from town, yet provides peace and quiet. The outdoor space has multiple fire pits, a large propane grill and two awesome swings attached to a large tree for the kids. The kitchen is stocked with every condiment, utensil and appliance you could possible need. The owner, David, even provides K cups for the coffee maker. We were also very fond of a special pan used to make custom pancakes. David was so gracious that he let us take the pan home with us! Dining room provides seating for 6-8 people and has a pull-out futon. The cabin has a large master bedroom and a smaller bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs is a loft area with two beds and a TV. There are at least 4 TVs in the house. The cabin is on Hollywood Drive which is a beautiful road that runs alongside First lake as you are heading to town. Great place to bike or rollerblade as the morning mist rises off of the lake. Anytime I needed recommendations on things to do, places to eat, David responded in a timely manner, which made our trip even better. Our family is already planning our next trip to Old Forge and hope that this property will be available again next year."

Newly renovated camp with 1st Lake views as well as lake rights. Enjoy yourself on the large 2 tier outdoor deck over looking 1st lake. Camp custom sits on the hill above Hollywood Hills Beach. It is close to all amenities including Enchanted Forest, many hiking Drtrails and downtown Old Forge. Take a quick one minute walk down to the semi-private beach to sunbathe, fish, swim or launch your boat or jet skis. Feel free to use our kayaks to explore the Fulton Chain of lakes. The camp includes WIFI and cable TV in both the living room and master bedroom. The camp has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 7. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook inside or enjoy the views while you BBQ outside. At night enjoy a fire at the fire pit. Please note: As of 2024, docking at Hollywood hills is no longer available. Launching is available with prior notice, as we will need boat information to obtain a pass.

- "My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin down by the pond. We enjoyed sitting outside on the quiet deck and listening to nature. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs with us. The pond was easily accessible from the cabin, and the canoe and kayak were awesome to take out on the pond. Plenty of fishing to be done here. There were games to play both indoor and outdoor. Marie, our point of contact, was a wonderful host and helped us with anything we needed! The indoor pool was a nice touch as the pond was not warm enough yet. Bedrooms were private and had comfortable beds. Plus, to get into town it was a quick 5 minute drive. Can't express how much we enjoyed our time here!"

The Study features a private deck with a stream running underneath. The cabin is newly renovated and features stainless steel appliances and stone bath. This is a multi-level cabin with one bedroom on the first floor, one pullout couch in the glass room on the first floor and two beds in the loft upstairs.

Very close to private beach on First Lake and snowmobile trails.

Guest access
Private beach for Hollywood Hills Community members is available for your use. It is on Hollywood Hills Road just near the turn onto Mohawk Street.

Entrance to snowmobile trail 4 is at the end of Mohawk street about 1/4 mile from property.

Other things to note
Garbage should never be left outside as the bears will get into it.

Transfer Station information is posted on refrigerator. All garbage should be removed from property when you leave. There is no fee to dispose at transfer station.

If you are snowmobiling, you will need trail passes if you don’t already have a seasonal pass. They are $55 for 7 days and can be purchased in person at the Town of Webb Visitors Center or in advance at http://oldforgeny.com/snow/permits.html

The space
Enjoy life in the Adirondack Park with a queen bedroom downstairs and a loft with 2 twin beds upstairs. Wake up early, brew some coffee and sit out on the porch. If you'd like to stay home and cook in, you can prepare a delicious meal in our well appointed kitchen. You'll be sure to get a great night sleep waking up ready to get back outside and explore all that Old Forge has to offer. We are minutes from the town, the lake and Enchanted Forest Water Safari. We have direct access to trail 4 through Pawnee and plenty for parking for a trailer, driveway is a U so drive-in and drive-out right.

Other things to note
For winter rentals an all wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle would be required. The driveway is plowed but will always have a packed snow base requiring a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Driveway will be plowed by contractor but guests will need to shovel steps.

The space
Located on the summit of the Hollywood Hills, you will find our private oasis perfect for a couples getaway or a small family retreat. Our 2-bedroom home is nestled among the trees in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end road. Its proximity is just a short two mile drive to downtown Old Forge or a quick 10-minute drive to our adorable, neighboring Town of Inlet.

We have many activities for any adventurer nearby. Enchanted Forest Water Safari and Calypso's Cove is a big hit with the kiddos in the summertime. If you are looking to be more physical, there are biking and hiking trails galore within minutes of the house. The expansive mountain biking trail system at McCauley Mountain will be sure to add a thrill to your day. Wear a helmet! If a day on the water is what you are feeling, check out the local town beach, rent a kayak from Mountainman or a motor boat from Rivets Marina. Are you a golf enthusiast? Thendara Golf Club is one of the most pristine, 18-hole public golf courses around and includes a driving range. You can also get competitive with the kids at Nutty Putty mini golf and finish it off with Benny's Ice Cream as a treat.

The best part to start or end any day, is relaxing on the large deck while enjoying the sounds of nature. Grab your morning cup of coffee or your afternoon cocktail and soak in the peace and quiet. After you have filled your days of adventure, just plan a day to stay home, grill a steak and build a campfire.

For the wintertime enthusiasts, we have McCauley Mountain nearby. It's one of the best little ski mountains in the east that offers trails for any ability. We also live in a snowmobile mecca. Although the snowmobile trails can not be accessed from the house, we do have room for your trailer parking. There is also plenty of trailer parking by the nearby trailheads to get your snowmobiles to and from.

No matter what your visit entails, we are the perfect base camp for adventures in any season.

The Study is a newly built cabin on Fourth Lake in the Adirondacks at Palmer Point. The cabin sleeps 5 and includes a sleep loft and bedroom, spacious private deck, washer/dryer and dishwaher at a living room with 20 foot ceilings.

The property includes a sandy beach and fire pit for your use. The swimming area is sandy and gradual. It’s great for kids. We have kayaks and canoes you can borrow (some restrictions apply) too.

My comfortable 2-bedroom cabin has everything you need for your Old Forge trip. Perfect for a couples get away or family retreat. The cabin is equipped with a washer/dryer, self check-in, and free coffee and tea. In warmer months, enjoy the large deck, big yard and screened in porch. It is an ideal base to explore the Adirondacks.

Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to launch your boat to enjoy the Fulton Chain of Lakes. We will provide a sticker to use the Property Owners boat launch. Keep in mind, dock parking is first come, first serve there.

Just 5 minutes from the quaint Town of Old Forge, which has so many great outdoor activities; hiking, kayaking, boating, swimming, mountain biking and in the winter access to over 1,000 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Also just minutes from skiing a McCauley Mt and a little over an hour from Gore Mountain. Enjoy everything the Adirondacks has to offer.

The space
The space is perfect for a large family or multiply families looking to get away for the week. The second floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have gorgeous lakefront views. The living space is huge with a beautiful stone fireplace. On the first floor is the kitchen, another bathroom, dining room and two bedrooms. Outside the first floor is a huge stone patio with charming lakefront views, a grill and a firepit with all new Adirondack chairs. Sit back, relax and enjoy all your meals outside on the patio while enjoying lakefront views. We did have to remove the screened in porch due to fire codes for renting. The basement is finished and there is a twin bed. There is a nice bar in the basement with an indoor basketball shoot. Great for hanging out after hours if the kids are sleeping. The basement is a great place to put all your winter or summer gear.

Both bathrooms were remodeled April 2021.

There is also a dock area right in front of the lake with a fire pit for your use. When facing the private beach and the water the dock area is to your right. Pictures will be provided upon check in. The dock spots are rented for the season and not available for renters boats. However you can try parking your boat at Hollywood hills beach or at the pond in town.



There are NO parties allowed here. No more than 12 guests at any time. This is strictly enforced. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a person over 25. Please bring your own water for drinking as we are on well water. Also, grab your own firewood on your way in.

The Lake House is a four bedroom cabin on the sandy beach at Palmer Point. This cabin is rustic. It was build over 100 years ago and modernized for today's guests. The screened-in porch is magical for tranquil morning coffee and afternoon maps or just sitting and watching the loons on the lake. Fire pit nearby, and weber grill for barbecues.

The space
The cabin has a large combined living room and dining area that looks over the water. One bedroom is on the first floor. Three more up a flight of stairs. Full bath with shower on first floor. Full bath with bathtub only on second floor. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

As guests, you have access to the sandy beach and lounge chairs, fire pit and docks, pond and walking trail. We also provide a 10% discount for all boat rentals. Kayaks and canoes can be reserved for a daily rental and returned that evening free of charge, upon availability.

We ask you be respectful of our toys and belongings in the shed as we wanted to leave the space available to renters for convenience.
Downstairs and garage will be locked as it is currently unusable.
The boat slip is available for an additional fee of $50/ day or $300 for the week.

The Palmer House at Palmer Point is close to The Donut Shop, Inlet, Eagle Bay, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, great views. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the screened in porch on the lakefront, the campfire, the beach area. My place is good for families (with kids), family reunions and big groups.

The space
The living room is spacious yet cozy. There is a big screened in porch right on the water. It is my favorite spot for morning coffee.

There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds on the main floor (plus one full bath) and upstairs are the three remaining rooms (one double bed; one with two twin beds and one with a futon). plus the 2nd full bath.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You'll love the beautiful views of 4th lake and eagle creek. This four bedroom home boasts Adirondack style and charm. Open concept kitchen dining room. With views of the water from nearly every room. Enjoy sitting on the boardwalk style dock along the water's edge or by the fire pit in the evening. Take a short drive to Inlet and Old Forge, or nearby hiking trails. Rent a boat worry free and tie up on the dock to keep at the house.

Lockbox code will be given when arrival date is close. There is a private driveway with room to park at least three cars. The eagle creek road splits as you enter, stay to the right, and the driveway is the first on the left.

Beautiful and recently remodeled lakefront home with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located off of South Shore Road, on the channel, between the Old Forge Pond and First Lake.

The kitchen was beautifully remodeled with new cabinets, granite counter tops and wood floors. The wood floors continue into the family room and the first floor bedroom. All bedrooms were redone with all knotty pine walls and brand new carpets!!

The space
The camp has 5 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and sleeps 10!

The entire camp has knotty pine walls and is beautifully furnished. The camp was re-painted in 2019! It is so cozy!

The living room has a wood burning fireplace and plenty of windows facing the lake! The living also includes a cable TV with a DVD player. High-speed WiFi is also provided.

The Kitchen is fully furnished and includes a nicely sized dining area. The camp has two bathrooms. One on the first floor with a bathtub and one on the second floor with a shower. The first-floor bath includes a washer and dryer! There is one bedroom with a full-size bed on the first floor!

There are four large bedrooms upstairs! One with a king bed, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds!

Please note: Linens are not included in the rental. There are bedspreads and pillows on each bed!

Enjoy the sandy bottom shallow waterfront, perfect for swimming and fishing. There is plenty of space to dock your boat or PWC’s in the boat slip. In the evening, enjoy a campfire or cook a wonderful dinner on our new outdoor gas grill! Dine on the deck as the sun goes down. Enjoy all that the ADK has to offer!

During the summer months of July and August, Main House is rented Saturday to Saturday. The weekly rate for Main House is $3060.

We offer a 5% discount on the weeks of June 22-29 and August 17-24, a 10% discount the week of August 24-31, and a 15% discount the week August 31 - September 7.
