We have a laundry room that guests may use during their stay located in the basement, but the rest of the basement is off limits.

The house has Starlink satellite internet. It’s perfect for working remote and streaming. Starlink internet is not equipped for heavy downloading or gaming.

We offer Amazon Firestick on the projector so you can stream Netflix, YouTube, Prime, HBO, etc. Please come prepared with your own streaming accounts as there are only Prime, Netflix, and Youtube accounts.

We ask that guests do not bring gaming consoles or connect any additional electronic device to the projector, sound system, move around furniture, or unplug any wires and cables. This will disrupt the entertainment system for the next guests.

Please be respectful of our home and our belongings. A lot of love, time, and effort has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we hope to share it for a long time.

Getting Around:
Casa Magda is just 2.5 hours from New York City, and while having a car for transportation in the area is recommended, you can also take the Adirondack Trailways Charter bus. The bus departs from Port Authority Bus Termina and conveniently drops you off at Valero gas station, a 5-minute drive from the house.
In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.

Other Things to Note:
** Please note that this house has a sensitive septic system. Guests should monitor toilet paper usage to avoid issues. Proper usage should prevent any problems, but should septic issues result directly from overuse, guests may be liable for septic repair and cleanup costs up to $3500.

For guests who prefer to sleep separately, up to 4 single beds are available upstairs; let us know if you'd like the loft beds made during your stay.

There is a portable A/C in the living room, and fans are provided for all rooms. There is electric baseboard heating throughout the home including heated floors in the bathroom.

The lodge is situated at the end of a long, hemlock lined, private driveway. Once inside the lodge, your group will find great spaces to be together and plenty of bedrooms to spread out and have your own personal space. The main floor has a large kitchen, dining room and great room that is great for gathering groups but cozy and comfortable for any size family or group. Can't go to a your favorite sporting event...? This space is never rented to other guests when you rent the main lodge. The Caretaker's Apartment is attached to the main house with a private entrance. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area and bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a twin day bed with an additional twin mattress underneath. The two chairs in the living room also fold out into beds. The space can be utilized for a variety of purposes: grandparents, newlyweds, group members that require private quarters, a teenage retreat, dedicated work space for corporate groups... etc. Please see the pictures in the gallery.

**To rent the lodge at Dancing Horse Farm, the primary renter must be on site and must be at least 25 years of age. Unfortunately, the property is not available to rent for prom parties, senior school parties, or similar gatherings. A driver's license, state or federal identification is required prior to booking.

Just a 2.5-hour drive from NYC, you can escape to a relaxing, newly built and furnished modern cabin on five acres of wooded land. The house is located just five minutes from the town of Windham, full of great restaurants and shopping. For skiers, the house is only a 5 minute drive to the mountain.

The cabin is perfect for small groups and larger families, as it sleeps 10 comfortably. The house has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and master bathroom complete with a soaking tub. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a king bed and third bedroom with two single beds. The fourth bedroom is in the basement with bunk beds (twin over full), and there is pull out couch in the living room and a large couch in the basement. There are 2.5 baths.

You’ll be greeted the moment you arrive by our stoic Buck Statues found at the entrance of the driveway. Continue onward to find Antler Ridge’s breathtaking Estate, privately situated on 6-plus acres with spectacular panoramic mountain views from just about every room and corner of the property. When you enter the home you will walk into the large family room that boasts a high log-beamed vaulted ceiling and large windows to take advantage of the spectacular mountain views. The room has a large sectional sofa, two armchairs, flat-screen TV, and a floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace. As you move ahead you will enter the kitchen which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island that seats 6. You will also find all plates, glasses, and utensils waiting to be set at the dining table which also seats 6. Continue through to the master bedroom (Bedroom #1) equipped with a flat-screen TV and ensuite which has double sinks, jetted tub, and a stall shower. You can also access the deck from the master bedroom! Walk upstairs to a large but cozy sitting area where you can play chess or just relax and read a book, or even watch TV from the family room below. There are 3 bedrooms individually decorated in a woodland/cabin theme. Bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed, Bedroom #3 has 2 full beds, and bedroom #4 has two 2 full beds. A full bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo is centrally located in the main hall. This home sleeps 14 comfortably. Come back down the stairs and head down to the lower level. Yes, we saved the best for last!… a fully furnished walkout game room that has all the ingredients for a good time: a flat-screen TV, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, poker table, arcade games, a dartboard, bar, and an electric fireplace. This space also leads out to the lower patio with a hot tub, and seasonal seating. And for the kids or gamers who don’t want to leave our fantastic Game Room, you’ll also find bedroom #5 with two twin beds! Lastly, step outside to relax on the deck, soak in the hot tub, grill on the patio, or toast marshmallows around the fire pit! Oh and don’t forget our putting green for the adults to practice and a swing set for the kiddos!! So, come and relax, unwind and enjoy the luxury, quiet, and calmness that the Catskills has to offer. Or, if relaxing isn’t your thing and adventure is, we are located just 4 miles from Windham Mountain which has many trails to ski and snowboard, and snow tubing. There is a sky ride, bike park, golfing, fishing, kayaking,canoeing, and many walking and hiking trails. Although shops and restaurants are only a 10-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful, private, and secluded.

Stanley’s Mountain Getaway is named after our 4-year-old Sheepadoodle! The 12-acre property has plenty of room for your furry friends to run and play and even has a .75 mile private trail into the forest. Save space while packing; we’ve got a pet bed, bowls, toys, and treats for your stay.

For our guests without dogs, don’t worry! We take extra care to make sure all of our guests are as happy here as our four-legged friends!

Surrounding Area:

Just 2.5 hours from NYC and 3 hours from Boston, the cabin is a 3-minute drive from downtown Windham, NY where you can enjoy great bars and restaurants in “The Gem of the Catskills”. Our personal favorite is Millrock for their fresh-caught fish and brick oven pizzas!

The property is located right in the middle of the Catskills where you can enjoy hiking, skiing, mountain biking, fishing, ATVing, archery, snowshoeing, and a host of other outdoor activities.

If skiing or snowboarding is your thing, we’re less than 20 minutes from two great ski resorts (Windham & Hunter) and 45 minutes from Belleayre.

All guests who book will be emailed our complimentary guide to the area including restaurants, bars, hikes, and other things to do.

We live here in the off-season, and store our personal belongings in the space above the garage, hence the locked door. Don't worry you're not missing out on our hoards of family photos :)

Guests will be able to check themselves in with a wifi-enabled keypad, the code is changed after each stay!

We are situated on a private lane with 2 other homes, we rarely see our neighbors beyond driving in. We are located through the log arch at the end of the long driveway.

We are located on a private lane, and 3 min from Downtown Windham. There's no public transportation or Uber within the city, we will provide you with the local Taxi number when you arrive. Also, there is ample parking in the driveway.

- "The stay at your beautiful cabin should be on everyone's bucket list to do! We've stayed at many cabins over the years and this one by far has been the best yet!!! This awesome house built from top to bottom with wooden logs has so much detail, it's just amazing to study and enjoy as it's so unique! It felt welcoming from the minute we walked in! Everything is well kept, organized, and clean. We cooked many meals in the large kitchen with double oven and used the grill as well, and nothing was missing from those kitchen cabinets! The huge family room held our extended family of 13 with room to spare! The beautiful wood burning fireplace kept it cozy and warm. The high ceilings made it feel so roomy and awesome to enjoy. The table was long enough all 12 could sit at the table for meals. The extra game table was great as we left the playmobile etc. set up the whole time there. The hot tub was so new and beautiful it also had so many cool light features. The fact that its steps from the bar made it really convenient as well! She also left us beach towels which was great. The huge garage fit all four of our cars which was so convenient for unpacking as it was pouring rain when we got there. It is perfect for all ages as we had our grandchildren there and they enjoyed the seesaw and the darling treehouse. The adults enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor fire pit. Such a private setting you can see any neighbor from the property it feels like your own oasis! The host Kyra was so accommodating and was even able to make a date switch at no extra fee when we had something come up in the family. She was a pleasure to work with. We will be back and for longer next time!"

We especially appreciated the host's help in determining if we would be comfortable since my wife uses a wheelchair, and they sent us all the information we asked for! So grateful. - "House is in great condition and property is nice. Location is convenient - just beyond the village of Windham. Fire pit was great during our summer stay." - "The location and layout of the home was ideal for our family, but we were underwhelmed by the condition of the home. Many of the ceiling lights were not working, and the main living area was very dark. Plan to eat most meals out and you won’t be disappointed as the kitchen was not well stocked to prepare food (no spatulas or measuring cups) the ice maker made ice but did not dispense it and the filter for water was due to be replaced. The washing machine did not work and despite addressing it on the second day of our stay, it was not fixed. The linens are kept under lock and key so make sure you confirm the number of towels and sheets you need prior to your arrival. We were provided with the wrong contact info in our welcome email so there was delay in reaching the property manager. The property had a nice slope which was great for our kids (who are too young to ski) to sled. The basement was fun and spacious."

Welcome! You are viewing our cozy 3500-square-foot cabin tucked away on 5.80 acres in the beautiful and scenic hills of Windham, NY. Our house is located on a private road, within an 11-minute drive to Windham Mountain, a 25-minute drive to Hunter Mountain, a 50-minute ride to Woodstock, and a 40-minute drive to the Town of Catskill. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape.

The home comfortably accommodates 11-13 guests and more if needed with 3 other couches, cots, and sofa beds. This home is the perfect getaway and offers an outdoor fire pit, indoor state of the art wood stove, outdoor barbecue, deck, front porch, and proximity to the best hiking in the state.

You'll have full access to the entire space and property. We just ask that you respect the items in the two locked sheds on the property.

We provide a grill, indoor wood stove, and outdoor fire pit. Guests are welcome to bring their own grilling utensils.

This beautiful natural pond-front secluded cabin on a 5 acre wooded property with a creek running along the property. Relax on the wrap around deck listening to the sound of nature. Guests should not attempt to access the storage area as it will be locked and also the crawl space.
Important Note - Due to the extremely dry spring and summer this year the pond level has gone down significantly causing an aggressive vegetation growth in and around the pond.

Chalet sleeps 6 people and comes with a 6 person Bullfrog Hot Tub facing the mountain.

EXTERIOR: At night time, relax and star gaze from the deck or the hot tub. Maybe snuggle up around our cool Preway Chiminea (outdoor fireplace) and make some s'mores. During the day time, BBQ with our state of the art 5 burner stainless steel grill while taking in the mountain views. The Chalet comes equipped with a: functioning, professionally maintained 6 person BullFrog Hot Tub, an outdoor Preway Chiminea, an outdoor dining table with fire pit, 4 outdoor chairs, string lights over the deck and a fiveburner stainless steel BBQ grill. Propane for the grill and complimentary firewood are included with your stay.

INTERIOR: The interior of the Chalet is rustic and evokes the countryside with beautiful wood paneling, exposed wood ceilings and beams. It is well appointed with the amenities that you need to unwind and relax. Hi-speed cable internet WIFI is included with your stay.

SMART HOME: Cozy Catskill Chalet is a tastefully designed "smart home" with state of the art stainless steel kitchen appliances, smart thermostats, smart fire detectors/CO detectors, smart security system including 2 outdoor cameras, smart lock, Apple TV and smart hot tub sensors designed for your comfort and safety.

Living Room - Comes with an indoor fireplace with large screen TV (42" in wide) above it. The TV comes equipped with Apple TV 4 and complimentary Netflix.

1) Minimum Stay is three nights for holidays and/or special weekends. This includes but is not limited to: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Trailblazer Fest.

3) Guests may not check-in, bring or "invite" additional people to sleep at the Chalet beyond the number of people declared on the official Airbnb reservation. If you show up to the Chalet with more people than are declared on the official reservation I will a) notify Airbnb b) cancel your reservation and c) reserve the right to involve local Law Enforcement including the Greene County Sheriff's Department or the New York State Police as appropriate to have you escorted off the property immediately. You will not get a refund. As disclosed on the listing there are outdoor security cameras for check-in purposes, you cannot fool these cameras - so don't try. If you need to update the number of people in your party just call, text or message me in ADVANCE of your stay so we can prepare the chalet accordingly.

4) The Chalet is equipped with outdoor security cameras and internal & external noise level detecting equipment (based on sound; no recording). This is not a home to throw a party or bring "extra guests".

5) The chalet is equipped with a noise "alarm" decibel meter. If you are too loud with music, you will get notified by the alarm and/or may get a text from me. Your privacy is important to me. It does not record voices, it measures decibels only. Have a fund time, but remember that blasting outdoor speakers at full volume late at night is not respectful. Even though the chalet is private, noise does travel to our neighbors across the open field.

6) No children under the age of 5 years old in the hot tub; NO EXCEPTIONS. It is for their safety. The CDC and the Mayo Clinic both have issued guidance around this topic. Note: The nearest reputable hospital is about an hour away in Albany.

7) No pets (unless you declare them in advance).

8) NO PARTIES

9) No Hunting or Archery on the premises or open carrying of firearms.

10) No riding Dirtbikes or ATVs on the property.

11) Do NOT remove the smart hot tub monitor out of the hot tub. It is in the hot tub for your comfort and safety.

12) The antique and rustic firearm mounted above the snowboard is real, however it has been decommissioned and is compliant to be a piece of "wall art". I spoke to Airbnb and my insurance company and this is no longer considered a "weapon" and therefore is not declared as such on the listing.

Just 2.5 hours from NYC and 3 hours from Boston, the cabin is a 3-minute drive from downtown Windham, NY where you can enjoy great bars and restaurants in “The Gem of the Catskills”. Our personal favorite is Millrock for their fresh-caught fish and brick oven pizzas!

The property is located right in the middle of the Catskills where you can enjoy hiking, skiing, mountain biking, fishing, ATVing, archery, snowshoeing, and a host of other outdoor activities.

If skiing or snowboarding is your thing, we’re less than 20 minutes from two great ski resorts (Windham & Hunter) and 45 minutes from Belleayre.

We are a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom farmhouse nestled in the Great Northern Catskills. Babbling along the property is the Batavia Kill & the Mill Brook, creating the perfect soundtrack to your relaxing getaway.

Approximately 2.5 hours north of NYC, we are just a short drive from hiking, Main Street of Windham, Windham & Hunter Mountains for skiing and plenty of other nearby attractions.

While conveniently located on a main route, the home offers a large private backyard and spacious deck to relax, grill and unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the creek, the mountain view and 3 fireplace/pit options to use during your stay.

The house is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway including a fully equipped kitchen, an Internet enabled 75" Smart TV, Alexa enabled Sonos bluetooth surround sound system, and all linens and bath products. We have a fully equipped bathroom on the first floor with a rain head shower, handheld with slide bar, and a clawfoot soaking tub. The upstairs bathroom is a half bath with a toilet and sink. Outside we have a finished deck equipped with string lights, outdoor lounge & dining set, propane grill & propane fire pit table. In the yard is a rustic fire pit fit for the perfect s'mores situation. If you need to use washer & dryer, please just ask and we can send instructions. Otherwise, it is reserved for our cleaning team only.

This house was created with a lot of love, so we please ask you to be respectful of the home and its' belongings. We wanted to keep the original charm of the house, therefore, you will find some original furniture, vintage art & objects, 2 clawfoot tubs, and items dating back to the 1800s. Due to the historic nature of the home, the bedroom ceilings are lower than typical modern homes in some points. Taller guests or guests with mobility issues may want to take note (please review our photos.) The historic charm is what we loved about the home and we hope our guests feel the same. Please, do not remove anything from the home.

The house is on a full acre of land and is backed up to the state protected Batavia Kill to the south and the Mill Brook to the west. In the summer you are welcome to fish, walk, and swim in the creek. You are welcome to use the entirety of the grounds with the exception of the land beyond the rock line to the east of the property, which is our neighbors land, and the land on the other side of the creek, which belongs to the town.

The barn is currently unfinished and, therefore, will be locked and off limits.

We are easily accessible off a main highway and our driveway can comfortably fit 3-4 cars. In the winter we recommend using a car with four-wheel drive.

Please note the driveway curves in and down once you pull in, as can be seen in the pictures. It can be a little tricky to back out of, therefore, we do recommend backing in if you feel comfortable doing so. Also, being a straight line it is one in one out meaning the last car in will block in the others.

Other things to note
The home is officially located in Ashland, NY, but both Windham & Ashland addresses lead you to the same home! The addresses get a little wonky up here based on a few town lines- so don’t be confused once you pass the Ashland town sign.

We are located along a main route, you may hear cars driving by from time to time.

Some outdoor items like the grill, chairs around backyard pit and outdoor dining are winterized and put away during the cold winter months to detract from snow damage. We will keep the deck seating and propane fire pit table out during these times.

If you are here for a week day stay, there is the possibility of hearing some machinery from the quarry in the mountains back in the distance. They only work on normal working days/hours and not on the evenings or weekends. If you are out and about it is not an issue.

We have a laundry room that guests may use during their stay located in the basement, but the rest of the basement is off limits.

The house has Starlink satellite internet. It’s perfect for working remote and streaming. Starlink internet is not equipped for heavy downloading or gaming.

We offer Amazon Firestick on the projector so you can stream Netflix, YouTube, Prime, HBO, etc. Please come prepared with your own streaming accounts as there are only Prime, Netflix, and Youtube accounts.

We ask that guests do not bring gaming consoles or connect any additional electronic device to the projector, sound system, move around furniture, or unplug any wires and cables. This will disrupt the entertainment system for the next guests.

Please be respectful of our home and our belongings. A lot of love, time, and effort has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we hope to share it for a long time.

** Please note that this house has a sensitive septic system. Guests should monitor toilet paper usage to avoid issues. Proper usage should prevent any problems, but should septic issues result directly from overuse, guests may be liable for septic repair and cleanup costs up to $3500.

For guests who prefer to sleep separately, up to 4 single beds are available upstairs; let us know if you'd like the loft beds made during your stay.

There is a portable A/C in the living room, and fans are provided for all rooms. There is electric baseboard heating throughout the home including heated floors in the bathroom.

For safety reasons, it's important to note that our home is not child-proof–we do not supply cribs, highchairs, changing tables, and similar items. We do not advise the accommodation for children below the age of 12. If you intend to bring infants or children, please notify us at the time of booking.

Welcome to Antler Ridge Estates! A beautiful, fully furnished, modern but rustic log cabin nestled in the Catskill Mountains of Windham, New York, only 6 minutes from Windham Mountain Ski Resort and 17 minutes to Hunter Mountain.

True to its name, this is home to many white-tail deer and it is very common to find them grazing early morning and late in the afternoon in the field.

The space
You’ll be greeted the moment you arrive by our stoic Buck statues found at the entrance of the driveway. Continue onward to find Antler Ridge’s breathtaking Estate, privately situated on 6-plus acres with spectacular panoramic mountain views from just about every room and corner of the property. When you enter the home you will walk into the large family room that boasts a high log-beamed vaulted ceiling and large windows to take advantage of the spectacular mountain views. The room has a large sectional sofa, two armchairs, flat-screen TV, and a floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace. As you move ahead you will enter the kitchen which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island that seats 6. You will also find all plates, glasses, and utensils waiting to be set at the dining table which also seats 6. Continue through to the master bedroom (Bedroom #1) equipped with a flat-screen TV and ensuite which has double sinks, jetted tub, and a stall shower. You can also access the deck from the master bedroom! Walk upstairs to a large but cozy sitting area that overlooks the family room where you can play chess or just relax and read a book, or even watch TV in the family room below. There are 3 bedrooms individually decorated in a woodland/cabin theme. Bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed, Bedroom #3 has 2 full beds, and bedroom #4 has two 2 full beds. A full bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo is centrally located in the main hall. This home sleeps 14 comfortably. Come back down the stairs and head down to the lower level. Yes, we saved the best for last!… a fully furnished walkout game room that has all the ingredients for a good time: a flat-screen TV, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, poker table, arcade games, a dartboard, bar, and an electric fireplace. This space also leads out to the lower patio with a hot tub, and seasonal seating. And for the kids or gamers who don’t want to leave our fantastic Game Room, you’ll also find bedroom #5 with two twin beds! Lastly, step outside to relax on the deck, soak in the hot tub, grill on the patio, or toast marshmallows around the fire pit! Oh and don’t forget our putting green for the adults to practice and a swing set for the kiddos!! So, come and relax, unwind and enjoy the luxury, quiet, and calmness that the Catskills has to offer. Or, if relaxing isn’t your thing and adventure is, we are located just 4 miles from Windham Mountain which has many trails to ski and snowboard, and snow tubing. There is a sky ride, bike park, golfing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and many walking and hiking trails. Although shops and restaurants are only a 10-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful, private, and secluded.

*Honesty Is The Best Policy:*

- Every home in town uses well water. Though our home is overly equipped with (1) 150 Gallon Tank, our well water is of the highest quality in the area and can sometimes take some time to refill. Please be conscious of water usage when staying with large groups.
- Our home sits atop a fairly high hill and therefore travel to the estate may be difficult for 2WD vehicles in the snow. Our road and driveway is always plowed in a timely manner but please be conscious of which vehicles you use for your stay. We recommend an SUV or 4WD vehicle in the winter.
- For your safety, we have outside surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property.
- Privacy on the estate does also mean that Wifi can sometimes be spotty. We do our best to provide high-speed, Starlink (SpaceX) satellite WiFi which is extremely fast and includes unlimited data usage but don't forget, you're here to enjoy the great!
