The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a cleaning post-checkout to prevent any allergy-related illness in the cabin. Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning will be debited from the guest.

Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement. There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

We provide a starter set of household supplies -dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs.

We also enjoyed the hot tub, sledding in the backyard, building a fire and sitting by the fire pit, and skiing, hiking, and tubing down in the town of Windham which is only a few minutes away. Also plenty of restaurants to eat in or take out from nearby. And the host, Derrek, could not have been better! Very responsive before, during and after our stay and even dropped off some kitchen items we were running low on. I have to disagree with some of the recent reviews too. The house temperature was very comfortable (Nest thermostats everywhere), the WiFi was great, and the photos really don't do this house justice - they have updated a lot and there is so much space throughout the house. Our family will definitely be coming back!"

- "Great house for a big group. The pool table was added fun for everyone. The younger ones loved the hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Our group was age 13 and up. We were 10 people but easily could’ve been many more. The house is on the older side, but it’s perfect for a Windham ski week. I would definitely rent it again. Host was super easy to get in touch with, although we didn’t need much as we frequent Windham mountain every winter."

*Honesty Is The Best Policy:*

- Every home in town uses well water. Though our home is overly equipped with (2) 300 Gallon Tanks, our well water filters through the highest quality of filtration systems and can sometimes take some time to refill. Please be conscious of water usage when staying with large groups. Also, we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking.
- Our home sits high atop Mount Pisgah and therefore travel to the top may be difficult for 2WD vehicles in the snow. Our private road and driveway is always plowed in a timely manner but please be conscious of which vehicles you use for your stay. We recommend an SUV or 4WD vehicle in the winter.
- For your safety, we have a surveillance camera at the entrance of the property.
- Privacy on the mountain top does also mean that Wifi can sometimes be spotty. We do our best to provide high-speed, Starlink (SpaceX) satellite WiFi which is extremely fast and includes unlimited data usage but don't forget, you're here to enjoy the great outdoors!

There are several ways to get to Mt Pisgah Rd. Best suggestion is to use GPS. *IMPORTANT - once you turn on Mt Pisgah Rd, continue up to the top of the street. GPS may direct you to turn off of Mt Pisgah which takes you behind the house. Stay straight and our driveway is at the top of the street.

The house includes 2 levels of living area and a finished basement. The main living area offers a handsome 20ft cathedral ceiling, with sliding doors that open up to a 450sq ft. covered deck. The entire house includes baseboard heating and central AC throughout.

On the main level, you'll find:
- Entrance through the foyer, open to the large living/dining area
- Warm, charming living/dining space of 400sq ft. that includes a massive 20ft cathedral ceiling, a working wood-burning fireplace, a large living area that can comfortably seat 6 people, and a dining table that sits 8
- Large, covered deck featuring outdoor seating/dining as well as a gas grill that can be enjoyed year-round with stunning views of the Windham mountains and ski resort depending on the season. Patio furniture is outside only between Memorial and Labor Day.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans and standard kitchen and cooking equipment
- 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double + twin bunk beds

On the upper floor, you will find:
- 2 mezzanines offering an ideal working space on one side including a monitor with possible laptop connection, and a lounge reading nook on the other side
- Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom complete with both a shower and bathtub

In the basement, the garage is not accessible for cars as it is set up as a mud room for you to comfortably gear up for ski or hiking days. A study room with minimal furniture offers a second working space with a desk and monitor, as well as access to the laundry room which includes both a washer and dryer for guest use.

There are security cameras on the property, monitoring 24/7. To respect your privacy, no cameras are inside the guest-accessible part of the house. Tampering, disconnecting, blocking visibility, or any other alteration of the security cameras' proper function is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of deposit and immediate cancellation of booking. Please let us know if you have any questions related to the security cameras.

Cars can be parked either in the large driveway, or up to 2 under the deck if you prefer to avoid inclement weather. There are steps to access each floor (including the main floor) of the house.

Snow plowing (winter): The house is located on a private road which is plowed and cleared when snow reaches ~3in. During periods of snow or ice, residual snow will be present and a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. No refund of any kind will be provided for inclement weather. Due to shortage of staff/resources, the snow removal company does not clear out the steps to access the main entrance door, but a broom and shovel will be easily accessible if need be and should only take seconds to clear out.

With access to summer and winter activities all within 5-minute drive, this house is the perfect blend of quiet retreat and accessible attractions all year long. Local attractions include:

The chalet is located in a private road, 5 minutes away from the Windham Mountain.

Garbage will be collected on Mondays. Our service provider will be entering the garage/mud room to collect and dispose of garbage, so do not be surprise if you see him coming in.

Lawn care (spring through fall): lawn mowing is scheduled every 2 weeks, our team will work as quickly as possible to minimize any disruption.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors and will result in loss of security deposit. Additional fees may incur if odors or damages are noticed. Smoking outside is permitted but proper disposal of cigarette in the trash is required to avoid loss of security deposit.

Pets are permitted but please contact us prior to booking with pets as some breeds and sizes have restrictions due to the terms of the insurance policy.

House is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Additional cleaning services can be provided at a fee for longer stays.

We offer high speed cable internet, allowing ample broadband to download and stream on multiple devices at once (200Mb download speed). Note that upload speeds are limited to 10Mb (cable internet in the country has lower upload speeds); this is sufficient for several people to work at the same time (and be on Zoom calls), but if you require to upload significant sized files, you should expect longer upload times.

Please ensure you fully understand our cancelation policy. Even the best-laid plans can change, given the current Covid-19 pandemic and the potential for travel restrictions in some states, and the unpredictability of travel interruptions, such as, weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc we highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.

By booking, the guest agrees to sign our house rules, and pay an additional $500-1,000 deposit prior to check in (amount depending on groupe size and booking history). Booking guests acknowledge that access to property will be denied until deposit is paid in full or reservation is forfeited without refund. Our family loves vacationing to the Catskills and we want to make your family stays as easy as possible so we have numerous child friendly amenities such as a high chair, pack and play, children’s dinnerware and children’s books.

Walk up the stairs to the cozy loft area where you can sit on an oversized arm chair (or two) with a book or perhaps challenge a friend or family member to a game of chess – all while enjoying the wonderful view of the mountain.

The primary bedroom on the main floor has one king bed and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub.

A second bedroom upstairs has one queen bed.

A third bedroom also has one queen bed. The third bedroom features a staircase that leads up to an oversized attic with vaulted ceilings. The attic space features two full beds and two twin beds (one of them being a trundle bed). While the queen bed is in a separate space from the attic (separated by a staircase), there is no door separating the bedroom from the attic (which is why we do not consider the attic space to be its own bedroom).

A fourth bedroom features a queen bed as well as an en suite Jack and Jill style bathroom.

Take advantage of the fully furnished basement that features a second living area pool table, foosball table, board games, and even an in home gym with a bench, free weights, yoga ball and oversized gym mirrors.

There is a wraparound deck with outdoor furniture to take in the view from the deck. There is also a fire pit and Adirondack chairs facing the mountain. Enjoy the view while cooking using the outdoor Weber grill.

There is high speed Internet for you and your party to easily stream on multiple devices.

This house has 4 bedrooms and can easily sleep 10. We have a master suite with a king bed, 2 rooms with a queen bed and a room with 2 bunk beds. Plenty of space for you to relax after a long day of fun and adventure. It has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen and fast wifi for streaming or work.

For the nature lovers, the house is a short distance from the Windham mountain and Windham vineyard (they are basically our neighbors). It’s also surrounded by many other outdoor spots (hiking trails, golf etc.). When you get hungry after the adventures check out the amazing bars / restaurants in our very cute town of Windham (Don’t forget to try out the local Catskill brews).

Spending time indoors is as much fun as outdoors. You can start with a few rounds of pool with your friends and family followed by some dart board. Once you get tired you can cozy up next to the fireplace to play some board games. And if it’s nice and sunny outside we have a volleyball net to burn those calories. Not done yet, don’t forget to gather around the firepit to watch the sunset, go al fresco with a lot of seating next to the fire pit or sit in the hot tub with a view of the mountain. We also have a brand new grill for the chef inside you.

Whichever amenity you or your guests decide to enjoy, there is plenty to choose from to create a truly memorable experience.

- "We stayed here on a ski trip with friends. The property manager forgot to have the house cleaned before we came, and as a result the cleaners arrived when we arrived to check in. We wanted to eat dinner at the house but were forced to go out for dinner since it was not ready. The house was missing any blinds in 2 of the three main bedrooms (a big deal for parents with kids who wake up with the sun), and the tv did not work. The main toilet was brown and disgusting and master toilet was not working. When toilets flushed, water spouted out of a sink and sprayed all over the floor. We were later locked out of the house for 45 mins since the front door keypad doesn’t work well. The house is not in great condition. When we complained, the property manager did come and put up some blinds and fix the tv and sent a plumber. But this was halfway through our stay. Truthfully i don’t usually write bad reviews but the owner was so unfriendly and did not acknowledge any of the issues which should have led to a price reduction, which really left a bad taste in our mouths. This house was very over priced for what it was. I would recommend staying closer to the mountain for cheaper and nicer accommodations. "

A short walk or drive from the charming town of Windham, you're perfectly located for a winter or summer country getaway. The town itself is a wonderful mountain community with many great shops, restaurants and activities all within a short drive. Or just relax by the fire or with a view of the mountain from the hot tub.

The space
Split level, 2 beautiful and sizeable living spaces - both with large smart TVs (with Netflix, Prime and more) and fireplaces (one real, one electric), 3 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (one ensuite, one upstairs, one down), and a fully equipped kitchen - everything you need for a stress free vacation.

When you arrive, we will make sure there is coffee and tea in the kitchen and if you have any special requests, simply let us know and we'll do what we can to make them happen.

There is a large garden that's just perfect to play some catch or build snowmen together with an unbridled view of the Windham ski / mountain biking area.

The town itself has plenty of lovely restaurants and a handful of antique / stonework and other craft stores. In the summer at the weekends there is also a wonderful farmers market!

The Fernwood Chalet has 2 levels and 2 entrances. Enjoy nature and Mountain Views from every window in the house. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home featuring a wrap-around deck and hot tub off the master bedroom. The design esthetic is updated vintage, mid-century with some quirky twists.

The main floor entrance is off the deck. Walk into the perfect place to gather with your crew. Enjoy the open floor plan featuring a kitchen/living room with a wood-burning fireplace/dining room/loft. This great room features a high ceiling and pine walls with large windows giving you the perfect chalet vibe. Smart TV on the mantle above fireplace. The Master bedroom and other king-size bedrooms and full bathroom are on this level too. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV.

The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need and features a full coffee area (coffee pot, espresso cappuccino maker, and milk frother). Tea kettle and
assorted teas are provided as well. The kitchen has a dishwasher/instapot/toaster/ninja/mixer/baking pans/roasting pans/cast iron skillet/Dutch oven ...

The second entrance is to the second floor below leading to the painted, fern-adorned mudroom. Opposite the mudroom, you will find the custom bar area with beverage fridges perfect for your aprés ski. Next to the bar area is another comfy living room with a large projector for your movie night! 2 more bedrooms on this level, one queen size and one twin-size bunk. Full bathroom, and laundry room.

Outside enjoy the the wrap-around deck with a full dining area, BBQ, loungers, and gas fire pit to enjoy sunsets, and during the summer beautiful flowers and ferns are everywhere! Walk further on the lawn and you will find a full fire pit area with Adirondack chairs, perfect for s'mores under the stars.

Make your stay extra enjoyable and take advantage of the spa amenities offered on the property including the infrared sauna and the hot tub. We have a wonderful massage therapist we work with if you care to schedule her please let me know!

The Windham Hilltop Chalet features 30 acres of complete privacy atop Windham mountain, minutes to Windham shops and base lodge. You’re so close to the stars you will feel like you can grab them. Let all of your troubles escape you. 4 bedrooms, chefs kitchen, game room, fire pit and hot tub.

The space
The house itself is occasionally visited by deer, hummingbirds, wild turkeys, and other various wildlife. The house can comfortably host eight people; children and pets are welcome. High-speed internet ensures you can stay as connected as you like. You’ll stay cool in the summer with split unit HVAC systems and a window unit in the upstairs bedroom. There’s plenty to do on the property, and you’re just a short ride away from the many attractions of the Catskill region.

We are open year round, however do not accept instant bookings for Nov-Mar. For advance notice winter reservations please send us a message and we can make your dates available for booking if you agree to the safety precautions and all guests will have 4WD.

Exterior:
The house sits on 30 acres at the top of a mountain. Instead of seeing neighbors, you’ll have a beautiful view each season: the verdant green canopy of trees in the Spring and Summer, the explosion of autumnal colors in the Fall, and mountain view’s all year long.

The home features a large wrap around gated deck with an outdoor dining table and lounge area. Step off the deck to enjoy the fire pit. Swing-set for young children also recently installed. Hike our 30 private acres with Mountain View’s, stream and waterfalls.

Common Area:
Relax in the great room, which features a vaulted wood ceiling that evokes the warmth of a ski chalet. The living room area leads into the dining area and kitchen.

Kitchen:
Bring home your bounty from the farmer’s market and enjoy whipping up the region’s fresh produce and meat in our fully equipped kitchen. There you’ll find a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, and all the needed cooking equipment from pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, measuring cups, etc.

On the first floor, 3 bedrooms 2 with queen size beds and one with a full size bed

On the second floor is one additional bedroom with a king sized bed and rocking recliner. You’ll also find an amazing bonus room to occupy the kids or adults. The bonus room features a large flat screen TV, comfy seating, massage chair, a pool table, shuffleboard, football, and various board games.

There are two full bathrooms, both on the first floor with gorgeous tiled showers.

Work & Play:
High-speed internet makes the space great for remote working or binge your favorite series from one of our smart TV’s. Or unplug with one of our various board games, game of pool, foosball, or shuffleboard.

The chalet is 5 minutes to Main Street Windham, with a diner, convenient stores, market, and restaurants. Enjoy hiking, biking, and golf within the greater township. Visit Hunter mountain as well in under 15 minutes!

There is a reverse osmosis filtration system installed in the kitchen for drinking water and ice maker.

The Primary Renter certifies that they are at least 30 years of age and will provide a valid government-issued photo ID. The Primary Renter will be present with the group during the entire Rental Term. Should the Primary Renter misrepresent the purpose of their stay or the number of occupants, they will be evicted immediately without refund. No third-party rentals allowed.

If you are below the age of 30, please send us an inquiry, describing the group size and travel purpose for pre-approval.

The Primary Renter and Occupants shall comply with the following rules:

A. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the property.
B. Do not tamper with the smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors or alarm system.
C. No Fireworks of any kind are permitted on the Property, this includes sparklers.
D. The Propane / Gas BBQ Grill is intended for outdoor use and shall not be moved from its outdoor patio location. The Grill is not part of the
cleaning service. Please clean grill after using.
E. Comply with any and all rules or regulations covering the Property including but not limited to local ordinances, health or safety codes.
F. Dispose of any and all waste properly in accordance with Homeowner instructions.
G. Do not obstruct any structure intended for ingress, egress, passage or otherwise providing access to, from or through the Property.
H. Refrain from all activities that will cause unreasonable loud noises or otherwise unduly disturb neighbors and/or other residents. No parties or events are allowed at the property. Please be courteous to the neighboring homes and keep noise levels down late at night and early in the morning.
I. Keep the Property and furnishings in good order.
J. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
K. Parking: Parking is limited to our driveway. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
L. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service during your stay. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
M. Fireplace: The fireplaces are wood burning. You are responsible for following the guidelines located near each fireplace for preparing a safe fire including building an appropriate size fire. No more than 3-4 logs are permitted to be concurrently burned in a single fireplace.
N. Toilet Usage: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that foreign materials or feminine products have been flushed, you shall be found liable for damages to plumbing and septic systems.
O. No hunting or firearms are allowed on the Property. This includes BB, Airsoft, Bow, Compound Bow or any other similar type weapon.
P. No illegal activities permitted on the Property.

Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna Rules:

P. Use of Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna is at Guest’s Own Risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using these facilities.
Q. No Glass or Breakable Items are permitted in or around the pool, hot tub, or sauna areas. Please use only non-breakable drinkware outdoors.
R. Shower Before Use. Please rinse off before entering the pool, hot tub, or sauna to help maintain cleanliness and proper water chemistry.
S. Hours of Use: Pool, hot tub, and sauna may be used only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to ensure safety and respect for neighbors. Use outside of these hours is not permitted.
T. Noise: No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is permitted in the pool, hot tub, or sauna areas at any time. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evening.
U. No Diving or Rough Play. Running, diving, or horseplay in or around the pool and hot tub is strictly prohibited.
V. Cover and Secure After Use: Please securely cover the hot tub and pool when not in use to preserve heat, ensure safety, and protect from debris.
W. No Food or Beverages in the Hot Tub or Sauna. These areas are for relaxation and health purposes only. Bringing food or drinks into the hot tub or sauna is strictly prohibited.
X. Health Considerations: Do not use the hot tub or sauna if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions, or other serious health concerns unless cleared by a physician.
Y. Proper Swimwear is Required. Nudity is not permitted in any outdoor areas of the property.
Z. Outdoor Towels and Slippers: We have provided designated outdoor towels and slippers for your convenience, located near the entrance to the hot tub from the basement. Please use only these towels for outdoor activities. Bath towels must remain indoors to avoid unnecessary damage and wear.
Do not walk indoors with wet slippers — the stone flooring can become extremely slippery and may cause accidents.

AA. Outdoor Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior surveillance cameras are in place covering outdoor areas including the pool, hot tub, and sauna entry. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private interior areas.

AB. Report Any Issues Immediately. If you notice any malfunction, damage, or safety concern with the pool, hot tub, or sauna, please notify us right away so we can address it promptly.

In the basement, the garage is not accessible for cars as it is set up as a mud room for you to comfortably gear up for ski or hiking days. A study room with minimal furniture offers a second working space with a desk and monitor, as well as access to the laundry room which includes both a washer and dryer for guest use.

There are security cameras on the property, monitoring 24/7. To respect your privacy, no cameras are inside the guest-accessible part of the house. Tampering, disconnecting, blocking visibility, or any other alteration of the security cameras’ proper function is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of deposit and immediate cancellation of booking. Please let us know if you have any questions related to the security cameras.

Guest access
Cars can be parked either in the large driveway, or up to 2 under the deck if you prefer to avoid inclement weather. There are steps to access each floor (including the main floor) of the house.

Snow plowing (winter): The house is located on a private road which is plowed and cleared when snow reaches ~3in. During periods of snow or ice, residual snow will be present and a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. No refund of any kind will be provided for inclement weather. Due to shortage of staff/resources, the snow removal company does not clear out the steps to access the main entrance door, but a broom and shovel will be easily accessible if need be and should only take seconds to clear out.

Other things to note
Automated discount starting at 3 nights: the longer you stay, the bigger the discount! By booking, the guest agrees to sign our house rules, and pay an additional $500-1,000 deposit prior to check in (amount depending on groupe size and booking history). Booking guests acknowledge that access to property will be denied until deposit is paid in full or reservation is forfeited without refund. Payment is refundable if all house rules are honored and there is no damage. It is your responsibility to make sure ALL guests in the group honor all House Rules.

Garbage will be collected on Mondays. Our service provider will be entering the garage/mud room to collect and dispose of garbage, so do not be surprise if you see him coming in.

House is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Additional cleaning services can be provided at a fee for longer stays.

We offer high speed cable internet, allowing ample broadband to download and stream on multiple devices at once (200Mb download speed). Note that upload speeds are limited to 10Mb (cable internet in the country has lower upload speeds); this is sufficient for several people to work at the same time (and be on Zoom calls), but if you require to upload significant sized files, you should expect longer upload times.

The fully customized kitchen includes all Viking appliances, and is fully stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and extras you would need.

The second-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, office space, plenty of closet space, and an en suite bathroom with a private vanity area.

The third-floor master bedroom features a queen-size bed, vaulted ceilings, TV and sliding glass doors that lead out to a private rooftop deck. The en suite features a luxurious walk-in porcelain and river rock rain shower.

The first-floor guest room features a queen-size bed, and a large closet.

The children’s bunk room features 2 twin bunk beds (comfortably sleeping 4). A full bathroom between these rooms has a shower/tub combo separate from the vanity area.

Our family loves vacationing to the Catskills and we want to make your family stays as easy as possible so we have numerous child friendly amenities such as a high chair, pack and play, children’s dinnerware and children’s books and toys. We have a safety gate for the main staircase as well as a door separating the basement stairs from the main level. Children love playing in our cozy loft area and game room.

Walk up the stairs to the cozy loft area where you can sit on an oversized arm chair (or two) with a book or perhaps challenge a friend or family member to a game of chess – all while enjoying the wonderful view of the mountain.

The primary bedroom on the main floor has one king bed and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub.

A second bedroom upstairs has one queen bed.

A third bedroom also has one queen bed. The third bedroom features a staircase that leads up to an oversized attic with vaulted ceilings. The attic space features two full beds and two twin beds. While the queen bed is in a separate space from the attic (separated by a staircase), there is no door separating the bedroom from the attic (which is why we do not consider the attic space to be its own bedroom).

Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

To prevent parties, a noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room.

The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a cleaning post-checkout to prevent any allergy-related illness in the cabin. Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning will be debited from the guest.

Town of Windham Noise Ordinnce is 10pm to 7am. Please keep be respectful of our neighbors. No music outside and please keep the doors closed.

There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

We provide a starter set of household supplies -dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, and laundry tabs.

The house has a large, well-equipped kitchen with Samsung stainless steel appliances (fridge, gas range and dishwasher) and bar seating (with two bar chairs). Guests rave about the sheer variety of appliances we offer, from our Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary coffee pods) to our KitchenAid mixer (cookies, anyone?) to a rice cooker for your cooking needs. The kitchen opens into the dining room which features an extendable dining table that can seat up to 10. We have a high chair and children’s dinnerware to make things as easy as possible for families.

** Walk Out Basement / Second Living Room **
Take advantage of the fully furnished walk-out basement that features a second living area (with an amazingly oversized and comfortable couch). Play a game of pool or convert it into a ping pong table if you wish using the conversion topper. The basement also features a beautiful foosball table if that’s more your speed. Play a few games on our BRAND NEW full size arcade with over 3,000 (!) games (including Street Fighter, Marvel v Capcom, Pacman, Mortal Kombat and more), board games, a brand new karaoke machine, X-Box (games not provided), wine fridge, and bar. Feel free to do your laundry using the washer/dryer (complimentary detergent provided).

There are 3 furnished outdoor decks, a 2-tiered fire pit, and 2 vintage ski lift chairs. Enjoy the mountain views from the hot tub or around the beautifully done fire pit, eat at the covered outdoor dining table while cooking your food on the high end grill (with a back up secondary Weber grill - propane is included) on the stone patio. Enjoy a game of cornhole using our provided equipment on our spacious lawn.

** Bedroom One (Primary) **
The primary bedroom on the first floor features one king bed fitted with a premium Casper mattress. The room features a large en suite bathroom with his and her sinks and a jetted tub. There is also a large walk in closet where you can locate a pack and play and bouncer. Step out onto the deck overlooking the property from your very own room!

** Bedroom Two (Second Primary) **
Our lodge has a SECOND primary bedroom featuring a king bed with a premium Casper mattress and its own en suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Feel free to relax in the rustic rocking chair if you'd like…

A third spacious bedroom features one queen bed and comfy lounge chair to read a book in.

Guest access
The entire house and property will be your own private oasis. You may enter the house through the front door or the mudroom door. A code for the smart lock will be provided for you before you check in. There is enough room for up to 4 cars in front of the house.

To minimize clutter in the house, some of our children's amenities, such as pack and play, high chair, kids' plates/cups/utensils, books, etc. are kept in storage. We are happy to make them available upon request.

Please note that while we have taken some measures to make our home safe for children, it is not entirely kid-proof. We kindly ask that parents and guardians supervise their little ones at all times to ensure their safety. Thank you for considering our home for your family vacation!

DURING WINTER MONTHS:
Please also note that the property is up on a hill. Snow tires or all wheel drive vehicles may be required in the winter. Although we have arranged for regular snow plowing, they may not come for us immediately.

In the winter, we allow a maximum of 5 cars to allow for the snow plow to push the snow and maneuver around the parking area. If you absolutely need more than 5 cars, please let us know.

NO PET POLICY:
We have a no pets policy because of allergies in our family. Thank you so much for understanding!
