EVL Chalet nestled in the woods, next to our creek and just 3 miles from the village. Relax in the covered hot tub and enjoy the sounds of nature! Our chalet is perfect for hosting 3-4 families, business travelers, large groups or multiple couples with each having the privacy of their own room. 25 year old min renter age and 14 guests maximum please. Beds: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, 2 twin, and 2 couch spots.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only an hour way if needed.

We are nestled in the woods and only 3 miles from Ellicottville village. In addition, we are on the same street (1/4 mile) as Holiday Valley tubing. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place and 2 acre lot is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, bath & hot tub towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, dart board, poker table & set, and five TVs.

After a day on the slopes, hiking, biking, shopping or golf, come back to your personal private retreat. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Holimont and Holiday Valley from your new leather sofas or 8' hot tub or maybe sitting on the deck. There's also a sauna for those that want to truly unwind.

Upper level has 3 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, big living room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and unobstructed view of the resorts. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with quality amenities. All new towels, linens, sheets, comfortable new beds and all supplies.

Lower level has the fun room or games room plus 2 more bedrooms. There's 2nd gourmet kitchen with bar area. - "My girls group of 8 fifty-somethings stayed at Steve's property for a long weekend in August and we had a terrific time! The house was very clean, extremely well stocked with paper products, coffee, kitchen needs (cookware, utensils, bakeware, silverware, glassware, dishes, dish towels, etc.), blankets, pillows, bath towels, everything you need for a home away from home. There were plenty of very comfortable beds for all of us (the twin beds are a little short, but they were fine for anyone about 5'5" and under.). The hot tub and sauna were clean and easy to use. The patio table/chairs set is new with very nice cushions. The extra kitchen was such a great bonus. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was about a 15 min walk/3 min drive into town, which is always a fun place with shopping, restaurants, and great night life. Steve is very responsive to questions, and I had great communication with him. My group has rented several beautiful homes in the EVL area over the years, and this was by far one of our favorites, if not our favorite!"

This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom chalet is very spacious (3,717 sf) and the open floor plan creates for the perfect setting to kick back and enjoy each other's company after a day on the slopes skiing or hiking.

The great room has a magnificent wood-burning stone fireplace walking out to a wraparound deck. The gourmet chef's kitchen is very well equipped for home cooked meals. Offering great privacy is the large primary master bedroom and ensuite located at the opposite end of the main floor, and on the lower level is a gas fireplace in the family area, two full baths with marble countertops, four bedrooms, and laundry room. Above the garage is the 6th bedroom.

Gorgeous chalet. Completely updated, wonderfully serene and extremely comfortable. Tons of outdoor space. Hot tub and fire pit. Beautiful views of slopes. Silent at night with high-end beds and bedding so you can rest and recharge. Perfect for spring and summer activities as well. 1 minute from Holiday Valley and the slopes, ropes and links. KITCHEN + DINING AREA

The chefs kitchen is quaint open-space concept space with a gas stove, sub-zero fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Perch up to the beautiful soapstone island on one of the three bar stools.

The kitchen has pots, pans, dishware, cutlery, baking sheets, wine glasses and most things you will need to enjoy lovely meals inside. We also provide BBQ utensils for grilling season.

We have both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee pot as well as an electric tea kettles. We provide ground coffee and tea bags to get your mornings started right! We also offer basic kitchen amenities such as olive oil, salt, pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap.

The adjacent dining and a dining table that can fit up to 8 guests.

LIVING ROOM

The living room has a cozy wood burning fireplace, an oversized sectional couch and a coffee table. We supply logs for the fireplace inside as well as extra stacked outside should you go through those.

It is a great spot to hang out, play board games, read or just enjoy the stunning views over the vast forest outside.

There are two beautiful bedrooms are located on the main level and have very comfortable Queen sized beds with high quality linens. Both bedrooms have closets and there is a full bathroom located nearby.

The above ground lower level has a small living area, a bedroom with two double beds, a Smart TV and a powder room.

The coffee table is a chest that has some board games and children's toys to enjoy.

BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY

There are 2.5 bathrooms in the chalet. There is a full bathroom attached to the master bedroom upstairs, a full bathroom on the main level shared by the two guest bedrooms as well as a half bathroom in the basement.

There is a stackable washer and dryer on the main level and laundry detergent is provided.

Regular bath, face hand towels as well as hot tub towels are provided.

Guests have access to all outdoor amenities. There is a spacious deck overlooking the trees with a hot tub, propane BBQ, dining table and Adirondack chairs.

Our Hot tub is inspected by a spa professional on a weekly basis to maintain optimal water quality. We also provide firewood and kindling for the fireplace.

Out front there is a bonfire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy roasting marshmallows and hanging out.

We provide some lawn games/activities including corn home, two yoga mats etc. Lastly, there is ample parking for up to 5 vehicles.

You'll have full access to this private home, private detached finished garage and separate fully-furnished apartment as well as the private backyard. There is ample free parking in the driveway. We recommend having 4-wheel drive during the winter months because there is a slope to the driveway.

Interaction between host and guest:
If something comes up, you'll be able to reach me (the host) on my personal cell. If needed, we have local people that can assist if a maintenance issue should arise.

Other details to note:
Feel free to check out the random books and games we've left for you to use during your stay located in the living room media console under the downstairs TV. We know you'll also enjoy the Wyze Thermostat on the wall in-between the two downstairs bedrooms where you can easily control the temps! *Something to note is that if you're using the wood-burning fireplace upstairs, it will get nice and toasty but this will cause the thermostat to think it is very warm and will pause heating the downstairs as well. If you feel like the downstairs isn't getting warm enough but still want to enjoy the fire upstairs, we have provided some space heaters for your convenience. Or, you can manually cool the upstairs by opening some screen doors & then the heat should kick on again for the lower level. :)

If you’re coming with kids, we have some toys and kids books located in the media cabinet under the TV in the downstairs living room. We also have a high-chair that you can use during your stay and we store it by the stairs and you can bring up and put back cleaned when you're done.

There is a storage closet under the stairs where we keep extra toilet paper, paper towels, the vacuum, the Shark VacMop & Extra Pads, First Aid Kid, Sewing Kit, and some other extras. We ask that you only take what you need and if you don't see what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Discover Ellicottville from this one-bedroom condo located off a private drive, nestled mid-slope in the woods of the SnowPine Village. With capacity to sleep 4 (queen bed / pullout), the condo allows ski in / ski out access to the Holiday Valley slopes in winter and prime access to the golf course, hiking and biking trails in summer. Less than 5 minutes away from the Ellicottville Village, there is never a shortage of activities and events. The slopes await you!

The space
Located slope side next to The Wall ski slope, the location could not be better. The location is great for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, boarding, golfing, and enjoying the outdoors (Spruce Lake, Pools). Skiers and boarders can ski out the sliding door to the SnowPine quad lift (closes 4:30). Skiing down the catwalk by the Sunrise lift will lead you right to the condo complex as well. I advise anyone looking to "party" in EVL to seek a location in closer proximity to the village.

The bathroom is undergoing a renovation in 2021. We have replace the vanity with a beautiful quartz top. The kitchen was updated in 2019 with new stainless steel appliances, and all kitchenware. The living room and bedroom have also been updated with new furniture, smart TV, pullout sofa, and many more amenities. A smart lock allows for simplistic and convenient check-in. The unit also features a gas fireplace, furnished patio, and ski / golf club locker.

There are two private tennis courts and charcoal grills for guest use. Tennis racquets and balls are provided for guests to give the courts a try. The unit also has a collection of games and books to enjoy at your leisure.

Guests have access to the entire condo, except for owner's closet. This includes access to the common area washer and dryer. Laundry room is located in the hallway on the same level as unit.

Please note access to the condo requires several flights of stairs.

There is ONE portable AC unit in the bedroom that vents out the window. The tube must be out the window to work or it will blow hot air. The unit was purchased in 2023.

Please do not disrupt the setup as this is the only option for AC. The buildings were built without AC and the first floor units have solid concrete walls. We would love to have central air but it is not an option currently.

Unit #7: 3 bed/3 bath + memory foam sofa sleeper + 1 triple bunk + 1 double bunk sleeps 13. This unit can be combined with unit #8 through an adjoining door to sleep 4 more people totaling 17. Also has an entrance facing the slopes accessible along the stairs on the left side of the building (slope side). There is also a sliding door entrance facing the pond including a deck area. This unit has a beautiful view of the slopes and is a 2-story luxury unit fully packed with everything you need and a little more!

The space
Amazing location! This is one of five residences in a multi-level, fully renovated 1880's barn. Using some of the original barn wood aspects but completely transitioned to this uniquely Modern Farmhouse Loft, the Kerouac was designed and preserved with it's own distinctive characteristics. Original barn wood structure and framework is outlined along a wall of large windows that bring in an abundance of natural light. The original barn wood structure has been left exposed in little areas throughout the space and has also been repurposed in various locations. All of the 5 spaces include parking, separate entrances, decks &/or patios and deliver all the benefits of an exclusive get away yet close to everything. Your vacation loft is located directly across the creek from Tim Hortons, Steelbound Brewery & Distillery, a 1 minute drive into the Village and a 6 minute drive to Holiday Valley & 4 minutes to Holimont Ski Hill & Resort. Our Cabin is a cozy home nestled in the hills of Ellicottville, and the perfect all-season destination. Bike, hike, golf, ski, or just relax. Located on 10 wooded acres, with amazing views of the hills, you can sleep up to 8 comfortably in our 2+Loft bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet. Just a 7 minute drive to the heart of EVL, you can enjoy all the town has to offer, or hang out on the porch and enjoy the views. Just minutes down the road to the Holiday Valley, Ellicottville Rodeo & Nightmare Hay Ride.

The space
Situated on 10 wooded acres, our Cabin gives you the calm of the country with the spectacular views from of the valley. Cozy up to the gas fireplace with live-edge mantle after a day of outdoor fun. Or sit around the outdoor firepit in the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the starlit sky. The private master bedroom suite has a plush queen bed, private full bathroom, and a sliding glass door that opens toward the spectacular views. The loft bedroom has a comfortable full size bed, and the loft open space has a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the best views in the cottage. The newly remodeled kitchen is bright and clean, and stocked with all the amenities you need. Enjoy your meals together at the dining table off the kitchen, or at the tables on the large deck. We have the internet and WiFi, but we also have the house stocked with games, puzzles, and DVD's to keep everyone entertained "offline."

You'll have the entire house to yourself, with access to all 10 acres of the property. There's also a washer and dryer you can use if needed.

Other things to note
This is not the right place to have a party or a wild weekend. Our home is in a relatively quiet part of Ellicottville, off the beaten path. But we do have neighbors, and they enjoy the peace and quiet, which we ask you to respect (and to also enjoy).

Our home is in “the country” and might be a bit rustic for some people. The driveway is sloped, and can be muddy/icy at times (we have a plow service that salts but it doesn’t get everything). We have had mice find their way in, despite our best efforts to prevent it.

That being said, we keep the house clean (professionally cleaned after each stay) and updated, and work very hard to keep it looking it’s best. We just want to set realistic expectations that this isn’t the “Plaza” hotel.

The Bear Den is a 3 bedroom house located in the town of Ellicottville, New York overlooking Holimont Ski Resort. The beautiful views can be enjoyed from the hot tub, fireside, the expansive second floor balcony, or from the warmth and comfort inside. We are located a mile from the center of the village making shopping, dining, and exploring easily accessible.

The space
The Bear Den has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living rooms, a spacious mudroom and an open kitchen and dining area. Outside, there is a small private patio off of the primary bedroom, a large balcony off of the upstairs living room with a Traeger smoker and grill, and a downstairs patio with a hot tub and a fire pit.

The Bear Den is built on a hillside. The driveway is steep and, in the winter months, can be slick. We have a plow service and provide salt at the front door, but 4-wheel drive vehicles and/or snow tires are recommended.

The main entry of our log home opens up into the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Floor to ceiling windows/doors offer plenty of natural light and direct access to the large wrap around outdoor porch, as well as the back porch with BBQ. At the heart of the room is the wood stove that adds to the comfort of the space.

The open concept kitchen is fully stocked and offers plenty of counter seating in addition to the dining table.

Also on the main level are two bedrooms, one full bath, laundry and mud room. Both bedrooms have twin over full bunk beds with a closet in one and a work space in the other.

The space
Modern Maples-EVL is a 2600sqft open-concept modern "ModPod" just built in 2024! Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown Ellicottville & ski slopes, it is so easy to get to all the main attractions while being far enough away to unwind and be in nature! This 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, 3 living room modern, moody, & uniquely-designed home comes equipped with everything you need to have an amazing experience here in our "home away from home!"

*This home was JUST finished in April of 2024, so please bear with us as we finish the grading, grow our grass & mature our landscaping. It will start to fill in nicely as the weather warms up. :)

Entrance: You won't miss the newly built black modern chalet with a large separate garage in front! You can easily park 6-8 cars in the driveway and walk right up the path, up the stairs to the main front door to enter. You will receive a personalized electronic code the morning of check-in to use for the smart lock. Welcome home!

Kitchen: Upon entering Modern Maples, you'll notice the bright and brand-spanking new kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to make your morning coffee fix, stay-in dinners, or late-night popcorn snack. (Spices and all!) There is a Refrigerator with Freezer, Oven/Stove-top, Microwave, dishwasher, and lots of windows and natural light to enjoy the views while cooking your morning eggs. :) We have a lot of great appliances: Blender, hot water kettle, drip coffee pot & French Press, baking pans, kids plates and cups, slow cooker, toaster, ...even a dutch oven! We try our best to provide you with the conveniences of home, but if there's something you're missing, please don't hesitate to ask. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. :)

Dining Area: A large island is surround by 4 gold bar stools. Next to the island, we have a unique dining table with two benches to seat 6 and two additional stools on the end to squeeze in two more. :)

Living room on main level: A cozy leather couch and two swivel chairs create an inviting space to take in the nature views while catching up with loved ones or friends, get to that book you've been meaning to read or binge-watch your next show on our smart TV! The modern and moody design along with the wood burning fireplace & large glass sliders bring all the right vibes during your vacay in the mountains.

Second Living Room/Workout gear downstairs: Bright and cozy, this downstairs chill space has comfy seating to watch the big TV, kids to play cards or a board game, or to get your morning workout in!

Workspace: located in the primary bedroom, there is a private desk space and chair if you have to get some work done during your stay or if you need an inspiring place to write in your journal. :) (Wifi on property!)

Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms (2 in the main house & 1 in the separate apartment) equipped with towels, makeup washcloths, shampoo, body wash, bodywash, hair dryer, toilet paper. *Baby bath tub available for use during your stay.

Bedrooms: There are 4 seperate bedrooms (3 in the main house and 1 in the separate apartment). This home comfortably sleeps 14 & we also provide a pack-n-play if you have a little one. (Make sure to include your baby in the overall count in your booking.) All the bedrooms have great closet space filled with some hangers & laundry bins.

Speaking of Laundry: There is a Washer, Dryer, Laundry Detergent, drying rack & iron and ironing board (located in the Primary bedroom closet). The Laundry is located in the main bathroom upstair of main house right next to the Primary bedroom. We have provided laundry detergent and also Oxi Clean Pods, as well as some Dryer Balls and Spray-n-Wash for those Buffalo wing sauce stains. ;)

Separate Apartment on Ground floor: a private separate apartment is located behind the "Apres Ski Rec Room" (finished garage space) and will have a separate code to access. There is a full kitchen, dining table with four chairs, couch & TV, Queen Bed and large bathroom equipped with large walk-in shower.

"Apres Ski" Rec Room & Ski Drop: located in the finished garage space, this spacious heated room will house all your ski and snowboard gear after you return from the slopes and you can enjoy ping pong, foosball, a kitchenette with full-sized fridge, a table and two benches to enjoy pizza or a card game, and two large TVS with a couch to let the kids game with their friends or catch the big game!

The Great Outdoors: While staying at Modern Maples, you are welcome to use our private backyard, large porches with an outdoor table and comfy outdoor couches, Adirondack chairs and fireplace coffee table. (run by propane.) There are also so many great parks & hiking adventures close house so there is plenty of space to play catch, enjoy a picnic, and soak in the beautiful Western NY sun and air during the summer and fall!

HOT TUB: Our 8-person Hot Tub is available for guests during their stay and we provide pool towels & cozy Robes to use. You can use the large slider located downstairs in the 2nd living room to put your flip-flops on and access the hot tub. We ask that guests are clean before entering, observe the rules listed on the sign posted, put 2 capfuls of "shock powder" in after use, and always put the cover back on when not in use. Thank you!

*Outdoor Charcoal Grill is available in backyard for guests free of charge. When using, make sure that the grill is cleaned after use & cover is put back on when done. Thank you!

*Home is in the country and uses a well & septic tank. We do have a filter on our well, but if the water is running for longer period of times (in the shower or sink) you may still smell some of the sulfur smell from the well & want to let you know ahead of time if you’re not used to a well system in the country. We have a filter in the fridge water dispenser so that water has another layer of filtration if you prefer that for drinking.

This rare-to-Airbnb *new construction* home is available all year round and provides a much more comfortable and authentic experience for your getaway compared to a boring hotel setting. A multi-purpose space suitable for families, business travelers, romantic getaways and those seeking to explore all that this amazing vacation destination has to offer!

You'll have full access to this private home, private detached finished garage and separate fully-furnished apartment as well as the private backyard. There is ample free parking in the driveway. We recommend having 4-wheel drive during the winter months because there is a slope to the driveway.

Other things to note
Feel free to check out the random books and games we've left for you to use during your stay located in the living room media console under the downstairs TV. We know you'll also enjoy the Wyze Thermostat on the wall in-between the two downstairs bedrooms where you can easily control the temps! *Something to note is that if you're using the wood-burning fireplace upstairs, it will get nice and toasty but this will cause the thermostat to think it is very warm and will pause heating the downstairs as well. If you feel like the downstairs isn't getting warm enough but still want to enjoy the fire upstairs, we have provided some space heaters for your convenience. Or, you can manually cool the upstairs by opening some screen doors & then the heat should kick on again for the lower level. :)

*FIREWOOD: We will provide some "starter" wood for the wood burning fireplace located in the stack *UNDER THE MAIN STAIRS ALONG THE WALL OF THE HOUSE*

If you’re coming with kids, we have some toys and kids books located in the media cabinet under the TV in the downstairs living room. We also have a high-chair that you can use during your stay and we store it by the stairs and you can bring up and put back cleaned when you're done.

There is a storage closet under the stairs where we keep extra toilet paper, paper towels, the vacuum, the Shark VacMop & Extra Pads, First Aid Kid, Sewing Kit, and some other extras. We ask that you only take what you need and if you don't see what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Come together around the Modern Farmhouse table looking out through the sliding glass doors overlooking the pond and enjoy the sounds of the wild around you. Vaulted ceilings provide an open air appeal and a separate sauna and steam room offer a variety of options to warm up after a great day out on the slopes. Dream deeply on our brand new Beauty Rest mattresses or if your the lucky one on the couch enjoy the memory foam mattress that feels like a bed. The entire two-story suite is accessible by the left side of the building stairs. There are two large decks, a gas grill and 5 acres to roam with a fire pit directly outside the sliding glass doors in the back.

Other things to note
This is 1 of 5 units and can be combined with unit #8 through an adjoining fire door to house 10 people (adults and children) comfortably yet still offer a bit of privacy. Any party/group larger than 8 adults is subject to approval by host as well as any long term rentals during high season. This IS NOT a party house. This unit is a 3-bedroom, 5 bunks ideal for couples and children. Adding the adjoining unit makes it a 4-bedroom. There are additional options for multiple bookings upon availability for private gatherings and Covid safe holidays. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.

The Mountain View Chalet is a spectacular 3,200 sqft 5 bed, 4 bath home tucked in a hill overlooking the Holiday Valley slopes. This is a perfect vacation home for a large extended family or a group of families that enjoy gathering. The two-story wall of windows provides a striking view of the surrounding countryside. A wood burning fireplace, wine chiller, well equipped kitchen, huge deck, and a 6-person hot tub enhances your private surroundings. Winter, spring, summer or fall, you’ll love it!

The space
The finished, walkout basement provides great entertainment with a 65'' TV w/ Xbox 360, DVD player, Super Chexx bubble hockey game, and is a great spot for the young ones to enjoy themselves. The loft has two futons and a queen bed. The adjacent 5th bedroom also has a queen bed.

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen featuring Non-Stick Non-Toxic cookware and bakeware, utensils, gas BBQ grill, firewood, high quality bedding and linen, and all the little things that make your stay enjoyable.

The only area not accessible is the utility room, but I can grant access if there is a need to reset a breaker or there is a need for a supplied item. It’s very important to note that access to the chalet requires driving up two very steep town roads and a steep driveway. The town does an excellent job of plowing and salting the roads and I have a plow contractor who clears the driveway and parking area, but heavy snows and ice buildup on the driveway will require all wheel or four wheel drive to ascend.

Other things to note
25 years of age to rent this property. We absolutely love to host family gathering and reunions with family and friends. We depend on our guests to be mature adults and take care of our house and property. We hold the person making the reservation fully accountable for all damage, whether it is known to them or not. The maximum number of guests is limited to 14 at any time. You must also have a picture of yourself in your profile in order for the reservation to be accepted.
