The Mason House has three units.
This is Unit B, the lower right, it has a master suite with private bath with shower & stacked washer dryer. This bedroom has a sliding glass door to the rear patio. The middle bedroom has a pyramid bunk. There is a second bathroom with tub-shower and a living room kitchen combo in the front with a tile foyer and ski\snowboard racks. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, beautiful tile gas fireplace and several chairs. There is a table that expands to seat six and an eat at island with 3 tall stools. There are TV's in the bedrooms, there's cable TV & Netflix, a DVD\Blueray player & the whole house has fast WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, microhood, dishwasher, disposal, 2 coffee makers, coffee bean grinder, crock pot, 4 slice toaster and all the dishes, silverware & pots and pans you'll need. The shared rear patio has 2 gas grills & a charcoal grill. There is parking in front of the house for 2-3 vehicles.

This spacious, modern apartments has all the amenities you could need for your stay! 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment create privacy with a shared living room and dining area to come back together with friends or family. The bathroom is large and includes many amenities to make you feel at home, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Each bed also has it's own set of towels, with extras under the bathroom sink along with a hair dryer and extra toilet paper!
The kitchen comes equipped with all the cookware you could need to make a nice meal at home, including pots, pans, utensils, stove, microwave, full size fridge, toaster and blender! Paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, multi-surface cleaner, an extra garbage bag, and a first aid kit are located under the kitchen sink.
The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs with cable so you are able to log into your own streaming services. There is also a gas fireplace that turns on in the winter months with a flick of a switch to help you warm up after a long day of skiing or shopping!
The pull-out couch is comfortable enough to lounge on all day or sleep on overnight! The linens for the couch are located in the closet of one of the bedrooms. There is an in-unit washer/dryer with all supplies included for your use as well.
Some other amenities we provide include a broom/dustpan, mop, hangers, extra pillow and blanket in each closet and an iron and ironing board.
Please note- there are 2 flights of stairs to get up to apartment units. Apartments are on the second floor of a multi-use building off of a main road with a large parking lot
There are ski lockers located at the base of the stairs if you need to store your winter gear, just be sure to bring your own lock!

The condo was either brand new or close to new- which is nice in an area where most are somewhat dated. It was walking distance to great food/drink, and parking was easy. We would definitely rent this property again. The only suggestions for improvement we have is that the pillows could be better and the trundle bed mattresses could be upgraded as well so the kids have a quality sleeping experience that matches the high-end nature of the condo. Unbeatable location in a 4 unit building in the center of town. Affordable, unique retreat in a building full of character that is clean and comfy. Surrounded by shopping boutiques, bars, and restaurants across the street, but plenty of nature with the creek and shared backyard space. Layout and overall size have been provided in photos. Honest, this unique place has a style all its own! This A-frame is an upper-level unit that sits on the property across the street from the Holiday Valley Inn. With a few short steps away from Sunrise chairlift, our guests have the most convenient and peaceful location available, with a ton of private parking. The porch offers incredible views of the slopes, especially at night!

Moonlight Ridge Chalet is a two bedroom two bath with master suite on 1.2 acres. Our home has a covered deck to enjoy the breath taking view of the hills. Located a short drive to Holiday Valley and the heart of Ellicottville. Hiking and mountain biking trails right across the street. Gas fireplace, full kitchen, laundry and smart TV's. The place fits four comfortably, but has a pull out couch. There is some noise from the upstairs so if you're a light sleeper you may prefer the upstairs chalet.

Welcome to Ski Town, USA. With a private entrance on ground level this is one of a kind. It's a 2 bedroom 4 bed (One Queen, One full + twin bunks) in the center of town. Includes free onsite parking, Wi-Fi, and normal staples of home. This is simply everything you could need in the best location possible to shop, eat, and enjoy local watering holes with no driving needed once you park from a day outdoors. This lower lever king room is located on the ground floor. This room is simple, stocked, and a cozy place to sleep! An extra live edge lumber outer vanity makes for extra space to get ready! Our brand new full size shower is matched with a beautiful anti fog ring mirror with plenty of options to find the best lighting! The space
2d floor apt gives you bird's eye view of passers by on Monroe Street. The building was gutted six years ago for my law office (downstairs) and my apartment (upstairs). I'm leaving all of my hand picked furniture, so this isn't your standard "income rental" property. Stain glassed windows taken out of a house in Buffalo fit the cherry cabinets in the kitchen, and art deco light fixtures from a well known bar in Buffalo hang throughout the apartment.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is a real estate agency downstairs, but the entrance to the apartment is entirely separate.
Other things to note
Neighboring bars and restaurants produce hustle and bustle during evening hours, but they are required by local law to shut off music at 11 pm. Parking is usually excellent, but Monroe is sometimes closed for festivals and overnight parking is not permitted over the winter to allow for plowing.

The Patrollers Outpost was originally an old ski house where some of the first skiers and patrollers stayed during their visit. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs with cable so you are able to log into your own streaming services. There is also a gas fireplace that turns on in the winter months with a flick of a switch to help you warm up after a long day of skiing or shopping!
The pull-out couch is comfortable enough to lounge on all day or sleep on overnight! The linens for the couch are located in the closet of one of the bedrooms. There is an in-unit washer/dryer with all supplies included for your use as well.

The living room is cozy, and has a desk available if you are needing to tend to business during your stay. Netflix is available on tv located in living room.
The kitchen has appliances and is equipped to cook a full meal, with table settings for 4 people. Coffee maker, coffee, toaster and microwave available.
There are 2 bedrooms, each has a full size bed. They are stocked with plenty of pillows, and extra blankets. The closets are large, you will have ample amount of space to put your belongings. The bedrooms have black out shades, just in case you want to sleep in without the disturbance of daylight.

The space
This rental is one of four on the property. The main entrance is accessed with a key pad, as well as your individual unit. You will need to go up a flight of stairs to enter the unit. Our community is very quiet, we ask that you monitor your noise level in the main entrance and during the night.
The living room is cozy. There is access to a private porch built off the living room. The morning sun radiates through the sliding glass doors, offering a peaceful, warm environment to get your day started.
The kitchen is equipped to cook a full meal, with table settings for 4 people.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. They are stocked with plenty of pillows, and extra blankets. The closets are large, you will have ample amount of space to put your belongings. The bedrooms have black out shades, just in case you want to sleep in without the disturbance of daylight.
Wall unit located in living room for heat and AC. Baseboard heating available in each room if needed.
We also have a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience, free of extra charge.

The Buffalo-Pittsburgh railway runs fairly close to the property when coming through town during the weekdays. Does not typically run on weekends. Walking alongside the tracks can actually serve as an alternate route into town.

This rental unit has a private and secure entrance, but home has shared spaces outside rental unit. These are: game room, laundry room, and outdoor spaces including hot tub. Please respect these spaces, keep tidy, and respect quiet hours when using them. Keep clear of your personal items (with exception of skis or bikes in racks) when not in use.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between JustGo Travel Properties ("Host") and the guest ("Guest") for the rental of the property the guest has reserved("Property").
1. Booking Validation
1.1. The Guest agrees to complete any necessary booking validation process as required by the Host prior to the commencement of the Booking.
1.2. The Guest understands that certain guarantees may not be available if the booking validation process is not completed.
2. Guest Obligations and Acknowledgements
2.1. The Guest acknowledges and agrees to be liable for any Property Damage caused by their actions or inactions during the Booking period.
2.2. The Guest is responsible for the full reservation amount owed to the Host, subject to the Host's cancellation terms.
2.3. The Guest agrees not to initiate a Chargeback against the Host.
3. Property Use and Care
3.1. The Guest agrees to the following conditions:
Use the Property only as permitted by the Host and in a reasonable and responsible manner.
Operate any appliances, fixtures, and fittings according to provided instructions.
Take responsibility for the conduct of any persons or pets they permit to enter the Property.
Ensure the Property is adequately secured and comply with house rules as listed in property description.
Prevent damage to drains or sanitary appliances.
Maintain proper ventilation to prevent dampness, odors, or smoke buildup.

• No pets or shoes on furniture or bedding
• Pets and children must be attended to at all times
• Pets must be confined to crate if left unattended at the property

• Please leave plugs in outlets as set and use other free outlets for your personal use so lights, smart plugs, and switches are kept functional.
Fees will be assessed for breaking of these house rules even if no damage occurs. Payment for extra time spent by host, owners, cleaners, or maintenance crew will be charged to guest in accordance with this agreement.
3.2. The Guest acknowledges that these obligations extend to any associated buildings, access areas, or parking facilities.
4. Property Damage
4.1. The Guest agrees to document the Property's condition at the start and end of the Booking, whenever possible. Failure to do so may impact the Guest's ability to dispute Property Damage claims.
4.2. In the event of Property Damage, the Guest must promptly notify the Host and take reasonable steps to minimize further damage or inconvenience to neighboring premises.
4.3. The Guest is liable for all Property Damage caused during the Booking period, including compensation for any associated fees or charges.
4.4. Unreported Property Damage will be assumed to be the responsibility of the Guest.
4.5. The Guest acknowledges that the assessment of Property Damage costs is at the sole discretion of the Host.
5. Guest's Items Left Behind
5.1. Retrieval & Storage
Found items will be held for 14 days. After this period, unclaimed items may be donated or discarded.
Perishable or hazardous items (such as food, toiletries, or personal hygiene products) will be disposed of immediately.
5.2. Shipping Lost Items
Guests must cover all shipping costs, including packaging and postage.
Items will be shipped via a carrier of our choice (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), and we will provide a tracking number upon request.
A handling fee of $25 to $50 will be applied depending on the time and effort required to retrieve and ship the item.
5.3. High-Value or Sensitive Items
High-value or sensitive items (e.g., passports, electronics, or sentimental items) will only be shipped using priority shipping with insurance and a signature required upon receipt.
Guests are responsible for the full cost of shipping and insurance.
An additional handling fee will apply due to the extra care and time involved:
$50 for small high-value items (e.g., passports, small electronics).
$75 to $100 for larger, fragile, or legally complex items (e.g., expensive electronics, sentimental items, or documents requiring special handling).
5.4. Liability
Host is not responsible for lost or forgotten items, delays in shipping, or items lost in transit.
6. Agreement
6.1. By entering into this Agreement, the Guest agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
6.2. If this Agreement is signed by an Agent or representative of the Guest, it binds the Guest and confirms their acceptance of its terms.
