- "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute and charming cottage right in the heart of everything Bemus Point has to offer. The unit is much larger than it seems on-site and is furnished to suit anyone's needs, the bed was really comfortable and the little extras were a nice touch. We also loved the outdoor space and particularly relaxing in the rockers on the front porch. The bathroom is very, very small so if you're big & tall or need a larger bathroom, I'd suggest looking at one of the other 2 rental units on-site. We were in town for a wedding and had to reach out to the host a couple times and Ken couldn't have been better. He was responsive and quick to provide anything needed. I would definitely recommend any of this host's properties to anyone considering a stay in the area - and the area is absolutely worth the visit!"

It has beautiful engineered hard wood floors with radiant heat and cathedral ceilings for an open concept space that is very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, yet very close to all that Bemus Point and Chautauqua Lake have to offer in the summer or on the snowmobile trail and close to ski resorts in the winter, you have found where you want to be. The major appliances were new in summer 2021 and several other small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor and even a KitchenAid mixer. - "Really nice rental, very quiet, scenic. Felt very safe and comfortable. Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Pet friendly is a big plus!" - "We were only able to stay 2 nights but those two nights were great. Our hosts were really nice. It was much appreciated that they stayed up to great us even though we were late in getting there. It's a great place to kick back and relax. They have a ping pong table and darts in the garage that you could use we did and had a great time. I do have to say my only issue was the stairs to get up to the beds. I'm 63 with leg problems and it was very hard to get up and down the stairs. We will definitely be going back."
