This is the basement unit of a triplex. You have your own private entrance in the front of the house through the basement walkout door and have exclusive use of the unit.

Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. The electric fireplace, portable heaters and extra throw blankets are provided in the unit to help keep you warm!

As this is the triplex there is some potential for noise from the other units (footsteps, some talking). We ask that all our tenants and guests be respectful of each other in regards to noise levels.

During Winter Months
Please use the salt and shovel provided to clear light snow in areas you must use like walkways to entrance, garbage areas or to vehicles, and steps to prevent you from slipping. Please let me know if snowfall is heavy so I can make arrangement to clear it.

Please put garbage bins to curb on alternate Thursday nights; and recycle on every Thursday nights, then pick up back on Wednesday evenings. See welcome message for details.

Lawn maintenance and care will be done by us or our community gardener as needed.
