We are located on a quiet residential street backing onto a forest. We often see forest animals walk by and experience the sights and smells.

Guests do not have access to the rest of the house or the full kitchen. Breakfast is not included.

A $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card a few days before check-out for incidentals. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold—and it will be automatically released within a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.

- "We found this house to be as advertised. Nice neighborhood and close to both the falls area and Niagra on the Lake. House was clean and well maintained inside, the backyard could be be upgraded with covers for the swing and umbrella stand.The entry door to the area we stayed in is located in the backyard, which was kind of dark when we arrived after midnight. There was a flood light, so it was doable. The sidewalk to the back of the house is a little awkward being that it's stone and paver steps, vs the neighbor house which is concrete and much easier to use. The only negative would be that this is a duplex, and you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly through the walls. We would stay here again if in the area. "
