- "The unit is clean. The owner and family live upstairs. We noticed some of the outlets were not working and two dining chairs were not useable. The owner responded within the hour after I sent a message. We actually were out taking a walk. He politely sat outside to wait for us to come back! We also mentioned that the kids were still walking around in the middle of the night after the quiet hour. We understand and expect to hear activities from upstairs. But it would be nice if they can lighten up their use of the first floor at midnight or 1 am. After our complaint, they were not making much noise after the posted quiet hour of 11 pm. We were able to sleep much better. The unit is in a good neighborhood and within driving distance to Lake Ontario which has paved walking path for biking, walking and roller blading. Highly recommended. The only problem is that there is no guess parking in the neighborhood. You are allowed to only have one car."

The unit was as described, with modern facilities and set up quite nicely. It is a basement unit, so hearing movement above was expected but it was never loud or extremely noisy. Abdullah was a wonderful host. He responded in a timely matter whenever I reached out to him about any questions or requests I had. Having the separate entrance made it simple to come and go when necessary. The only thing that I had a concern with was the entrance door that had a large window. It didn’t ruin anything at all and I temporarily resolved it to calm my own mind. Overall the host was great, had some peace of mind and I was able celebrate how I wanted so it was just right for me."

We arrived in the dark and even with the automatic lighting, it was difficult to find the entrance based on the description we received. Overall a great stay!"

- "The check in started off with our door code not working. But the property owner gave us a new one, after we called. We had to call again to know how to lock the door (wasnt the same as our smart lock door). The room was very tidy. there was adequate space. The bed however was extremely small for 2 people(my husband and I would never fit) It was 4 feet wide and approx 5.5 feet long... it was a tight squeeze for my teenager and I. The batheroom was very clean. The shower pressure was low.. but adequate. The area was quite and seemed safe... there are however a lot of cars parked on the road. Overall, it was a nice place. "
