one acre property, beautiful tall mature trees, free roaming chickens and roosters, jacuzzi tub along with wet sauna, gym with workout equipment, 110" 4k projector and 65" TV including Netflix, Disney+ and Prime at no charge, large windows, brand new kitchen and so on... As discussed with the owner, in my opinion this is a spot is top notch for visiting families/groups in visiting from out of town looking to enjoy the local attractions and checking out restaurants nearby, perhaps also someone who is traveling to the Greater Toronto Area for a business trip and needs to stay somewhere. The area is quiet, calm, and feels very suited to a relaxing vibe and I would not think for a group of partiers looking to have a bunch of people show up. I would highly recommend the property."

▶NO pets without prior approval, or a $500 fine will apply. With approval, a pet fee of $50 per pet applies every 3 nights with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. All pets must be house trained –the pet fee will NOT cover the additional costs if your pet soils/damages any aspect of the unit
▶NO smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking indoors will result in a $2000 fine (please smoke at the designated area OUTSIDE)
▶Keep noise levels to a minimum in the evening
▶Mail/parcels can NOT be sent to this address
▶All food deliveries must be picked up in the lobby

▶Subject to availability, an early check-in can be offered upon request for an additional fee of $50 per hour
▶Late check-out is an additional fee of $50 per hour. If you check-out later than 2 hours you will be charged the next day full rental fee but without the permission to stay at the property

▶Other extra cleaning fees such as couch cleaning, carpet cleaning, ozone treatment, unapproved pet's fur and stains may be applied specifically
▶Hand/bath towels missing will be charged $30 each
▶Missing key or fob will result in an extra charge of $100 per fob, $200 per garage door opener, $100 per key
▶If you lock yourself out of the unit, a $200 emergency fee will be applied to have someone come unlock the door
