This unit has a private entrance and large windows that open onto a lake view as well as a bay window seat, and a walk-out directly onto a deck and lawn. The lawn areas overlook beautiful Lake Simcoe, are sheltered by huge pines and are beautiful in all seasons. The room has a gas fireplace and a wet bar with a refrigerator.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
No Loud Noise allowed after 10 pm outside and do not disturb your neighbor.
Parking with “parking permit” in designated parking spots ONLY, NO parking is allowed on the road. (Parking permit will be providing when check in if needed)
Wear face masks and practicing social distancing. (2 meters away from each other)
Limitation of 10 people per group in public area.
Suggestion: Do not drink water directly from the tap.
No boat or jet ski allowed to stay or park within the 100ft from shoreline.
Keep their garbage inside of the property when check out.
Bugs and wildlife may appear around the property and this is normal as this are country style cottages. (Some bugs may enter the room when door is open)
The lake and beach area does not have lifeguards. Using the lake at your own risk. For guests who under 18 need to be monitored by their guardians when using the lake.
Smoking is not allowed on the beach. Only smoke in the designated area.
Guests need to collect their own garbage before they leave the beach. (There is a garbage bin in the beach area)

Less than an hour away from the city of Toronto. it is the perfect way to enjoy a weekend getaway on the beautiful Lake Simcoe all year long. The Lakeside guest rooms have a private entrance for each room and large windows that open onto a lake view, and a walk-out directly onto a deck and lawn. The lawn areas overlook beautiful Lake Simcoe, are sheltered by huge pines and are beautiful in all seasons. Each room has a gas fireplace and a wet bar with a refrigerator. One room has a pull-out sofa. The Lakeside Guest Rooms are located in the cottage area and are a ten-minute walk or two-minute drive from the nearby resort which you will have access to the facilities. All rooms have an ensuite Three-piece bathroom, flat-screen TV, and telephone. The room features a wet-bar and refrigerator as long as a spacious living and dining space, kitchenette and a walkout deck overlook the stunning view of Lake Simcoe.
Guests will have access to a shared sandy beach area.

- "Property is not properly cleaned. We cleaned all the door handles and surfaces., the door handles were filthy. Fridge is tiny. Kettle needs decalcifying. Window with screen broken so window did not open. Patio door has no screen. Alll the lights at night on the property and on the beach are pretty tacky. Outside Property everywhere is messy and bits of garbage and cigarette butts everywhere including a full ashtray was outside our patio door There was a dead seagull that floated by and someone threw it along the shore near the thicket, it was still there the next day even though we called to tell them about it.. Otherwise lovely place, my daughter and I had wonderful time, lake Simcoe is lovely and The Briars has the best garden patio for dinners! Yea we’d go back!"

This bright one bedroom suite is secluded; located above our private outbuilding primarily used for storage in the middle of beautiful farmland in all directions. The space is finished with top quality furnishings and high end linens which we ask be treated as such so that they may be enjoyed by future guests. The mattress and box spring are of a high quality pillow top and very comfortable as is the full leather double reclining couch. all around one year old, and lightly used by considerable guests. for you outdoor enjoyment there is a large (8x16) very private deck with awning, a fire pit, cowboy pool and more! This retreat is furnished with beautifully hand crafted furniture for your comfort. (no cowboy pool available or deck furniture during winter months). The property is located 10 kms straight to the 404 for fast commuting south to GTA. Only a 5 km drive to the old downtown area of Keswick Ontario and an 8 km drive to the beautiful historic downtown Sutton Ontario makes this an ideal base to explore!
