The apartment is brand new, build and furnished to meet the highest standards, stainless steel appliances, washer and drier, Queen size bed and high end mattress. Despite being located on the main street, the apartment is facing the back yard with incredibly beautiful view and is very quiet. Large private deck allows you to relax and watch the birds and the squirrels chasing each other on the beautiful pine tree in front of you.
The guests can use BBQ and the large back yard all the way down to our creek.
I think that it should be mentioned that not only we take cleaning and disinfecting the place very seriously, but also that each apartment is self contained and doesn't have any air exchange with the others. The heating is not by furnace and air ducts in which case the same air circulates everywhere in the house. The heating is by modern hot water aluminum radiators separately for each apartment . The cooling is also by AC for each individual unit.

- "We stayed here for a hockey weekend and It was fantastic!" - "Six of us and our two mild-mannered adult dogs stayed here to attend the wedding of a nephew at Northbrook Farms. The location was only minutes from the venue, and the area, though still under development, had incredibly beautiful parks close by for walking with the dogs. The hosts were readily available for any inquiry, and have set up the apartment with absolutely every need taken care of in every room: enough bedding and extra blankets, great towels, a fully set up and stocked kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable livingroom and dining area. Even laundry facilities are available! The space is bright and cheerful, with a fireplace should you need extra warmth. The entire home was spotless and lovingly cared for. The homeowners were very warmhearted and kind. Our whole family felt right at home. Highly recommend if ever needing to stay in Orillia. Would definitely come again."

Beautiful Studio atop a century home. Climb the cast iron stairs to the top of the home and overlook our quiet neighbourhood. It's a birds eye view. Newly renovated studio apartment is the perfect space if you are visiting Orillia. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a keurig machine with plenty of coffee to start the day. A full kitchen and bathroom as well as a fridge, stove and microwave. No need to worry about linens or towels, we provide it all. Only Available for 28 days or longer.
