This Cottage is a rustic renovated studio with a kitchen and washroom , right in the downtown of Wasaga beach, about 1km away from beach one, about 30 minutes drive to Blue Mountain, 3 minutes walking distance to the only Walmart in Wasaga, and 3 minutes walking distance to Foodland, lots of restaurants, Tim Horton's , RBC. Bus station is right on front of the cottage.

The cottage has one king bed and one sofa bed .

4 season cottage, fully heated and has 2 cooling ACs. Has basic cutlery, towels, bedding and linens. a Fridge, stove and 2 coffee machines, regular coffee machine and Keurig.

Check in is anytime after 4PM, check out is anytime before 11AM.

Parties and events are reasonably allowed. No excessive noise at all time. no noise at all allowed after 10PM. Pls read the rest of the house rules.

1- Pls have your actual selfie picture on your profile for identity verification.

2- 3rd party booking MUST be declared at the time of booking. If in case you are booking for someone else pls advise whom you are booking for and number of guests, at least one of the guests you are booking for MUST be 18 years or older, zero tolerance.

(Example; a parent book the place, and never declare that they are actually booking for their minor children and their children minor friends, this kind of booking will strictly NOT be entertained )

3- You, the person who book, MUST be 18 year or older, zero tolerance. Your companions though can be of any age.

4- Smoking of any kind, candles, fire of any kind inside any unit are all strictly prohibited. Zero Tolerance

5- Alteration with the fire alarms is strictly prohibited. Zero Tolerance

6- Pls always do your dishes , don’t leave any dishes undone before you check out.

7- Pls collect all garbage in bags and seal them and keep them inside the cabin by the main door, if you are staying for a long period and have to get rid of the garbage pls put them in the small back shed (pls inside the cabin or inside the shed locked not outside so animals don’t miss them up, cleaners will come pick them up)

8- Pls don’t use the garbage bin without bags, pls always put a bag inside the garbage bin before you use it.

9- No excessive noise at all time, and strictly after 10pm

10- Non of these units is child proof, no safety measures were considered or implemented for children whatsoever, if you chose to bring children with you its your own responsibility to make suitable arrangement for their own safety ( with the host written consent for any permanent arrangements).

11- The cleaning fees that is charged with the booking is barely enough to pay the cleaner to mope the floor and wash and dry all bedding and towels and wipe all around, pls leave the place as clean as you get it.

12- The security camera around the yard are all dummy, they are for intruders deterrent, the only actual security camera is the one on the carport pointing out to the property entrance and all meant for intruders not for guests, pls don't alter with it, if for any reason you are not happy with it pls communicate with the host.

13- if you are booking the whole property then the driveway is all yours and you can fit from 6 to 9 cars depending on their size.
If you are booking one only of any of the cabins then you have only one parking spot for the pink, only one parking spot for the ginger and two parking spots for the yellow.

14 - Pls declare the kind, bread and number of pets you are bringing with you if any. Extra $30 per day per pet may apply.

15- Fireworks is strictly prohibited, zero tolerance.

16- Pls NEVER leave the fire pit on unattended, make sure to completely put out the fire before you leave the fire pit.

17- Acquaint yourself with the location of fire extinguishers , whenever you want to use the BBQ and/or the fire pit. Each cabin has at lease one.

The owners of Cali's Wasaga Beach Bed & Breakfast House is situated along the longest freshwater beach in the world. Located off Mosley on quiet 60th South Street a 4 minute walk to the beach area 6.

It started out as a vacation location for us, then we invited friends and family to visit, and now we have transformed the second level of the house into a short-rental home experience from the moment a guest arrives to the moment they depart.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom style cottage house with a private second floor entrance (raised bungalow). Steps away from a quiet area of Beach 6. The cottage house has a large living room area and very spacious 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom jacuzzi bathtub.

Minutes to Collingwood and 18kms to Blue Mountain for skiing. Perfect area to enjoy beach for quiet walks, hiking, and biking trails.

There is something to do all year around! This cozy retreat has lots of happy family memories, we ask that you respect the space and hope you create your own great memories.

If you've never been to Wasaga Beach, it's important to know that Beach 1 is the most famous beach on the strip. It's where you find the most restaurants, shops and of course people!
