A: Yes, the hot tub is open year-round on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly limit use to approximately an hour to accommodate other guests. Extreme weather may affect availability.

Q: Use of the firepit?
A: Yes, the firepit is accessible year-round, except in extreme weather conditions. Unfortunately, firewood is not provided.

Q: Dock availability?
A: The dock is accessible from spring to early fall, subject to weather and water levels. Our goal is to have the dock available from the Victoria Day long weekend in May to late October/early November.

Q: Access to kayaks/pedal boat?
A: Yes, guests can use two kayaks and the pedal boat when the dock is accessible. Exceptions may apply depending on irregularly strong river currents.

The Sanctuary Studio
