This spacious loft apartment has everything you need for a relaxing time in the hills of Creemore, set on a private lavender farm. A 2 minute drive from downtown Creemore you will have the peace and privacy of country living, with the convenience of local shops, restaurants and activities of the village a short distance away. There is a separate, private entrance from the attached house and the views do not disappoint! Two beds (1 queen, 1 double) open concept loft (bedrooms aren't separate).
The space
Minutes from the town of Creemore (driving or walking) we're located on 50 acres on the Niagara Escarpment featuring tremendous views of Creemore's rolling hills. Walk on cut trails around the property, sit back and enjoy sunsets on the pond's dock, or stroll through our 10,000 lavender plants.
Local attractions include all of Creemore's great restaurants, local stores and art galleries, Creemore Springs Brewery, and more. 25 minutes to Collingwood and Wasaga Beach.
Guest access
Guests are free to access all of our property- walking trails, have a coffee on the dock of the pond, etc. The apartment is completely separate from the main house allowing you lots of privacy. We have a new barrel sauna that you are welcome to use as well.
Other things to note
Our farm is open to the public June- end of August so we ask guests to be aware the farm is busier at that time. Early mornings will be yours to enjoy to yourself!

There is a separate unit on the upper floor. There is also a unit across the hallway with a separate entrance that may or may not be occupied during your stay. As a result, some noise transfer might be expected.
Check-in with a secure smart lock code that is sent to guest prior to arrival.
The unit is private. The only shared space is the backyard.
There is free parking available on a 6 car driveway.
Other things to note
Like in any basement unit, some slight noise transfer can be expected. This unit also sports a private patio located across the living room. With expansive view of the backyard where kids can explore and play.
