Please get familiar with the house rules and our expectations from our guests below in additional to the info provided on our listing:

1. Only registered Guests (maximum 6). People other than those in the Guest group set forth during reservation request may not stay overnight in the property.

2. Upon arrival, please get familiar with the fire safety plan and short term accommodation code of conduct and house rules posted at the entrance and kitchen area of the loft. Our Short-Term Accommodation License Number is LCSTR20220000115. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. The Guests should not create any noise at a level that disturbs the owners and neighbors at any time.

3. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs to the Guest and other renters while on the premises or its facilities. There are stairs to get you to the unit and stairs inside the unit to take you to the upper lave of the loft (second bedroom and second washroom). During the Winter Season be extra cautious when going up/down the stairs. There are Warning Signs on all stairs on the property and management team is doing their best to keep the stairs clean and to put salt as required.

4. The Guest and other renters are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance.

5. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This also applies to both drugs and internet activity.
• Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided for the Guest’s convenience. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. The Guest agrees that internet will be used only for personal and legitimate purposes. The Guest agrees not to perform any unauthorized and/or illegal downloads or streaming. The Guest agrees to be financially and legally responsible for the use of internet while on the property and shall be completely responsible for any future potential charges arising out of an illegal/ unauthorized use of the internet service on the property during the rental period. It is the Guest’s responsibility to supervise all usage of internet service on the property by minors in order to prevent unlawful and unauthorized usage. The Homeowner will not be responsible for any illegal/ unauthorized use of internet service on the property during the rental period.

6. The Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If any damage occurs during the stay the guest will be asked to cover for the caused damage. Towels and bedding are provided for regular use. They are part of a set and finding matching replacement is not easy and expensive for the owner. They are not to be used for any other purpose and not to become permanently damaged. Any such damage will be reported to Airbnb and the guest will be asked to cover the replacement cost. Please bring your own towels or cleaning supplies for such activities.

7. Our posting states that pets are not allowed in the unit. Our son has allergies to fur, and we would like to keep the unit a safe environment for him and guests with similar allergies when they come over.

8. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen for cooking. In order to maintain a neutral air odor for all our guests equally we require our guests to please not use any strongly aromatic spices and herbs while cooking in the kitchen. If not sure, please feel free to ask for more clarification.

9. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine or baby products should be flushed at any time.

10. Outdoor swimming pool is seasonal and closes Oct 10. The pool has a shallow and deep end with a steep transition from the shallow end after few meters. Jacuzzi is also outdoors and should be open throughout the winter. Both are free to use. There is no lifeguard on site. Users of the pool and hot tub are responsible for their actions. Please note that the pool might be closed during the season for cleaning for a few hours during the day, but this does not happen every day. There are separate towels (with stripes/color) for the pool available in the unit. Please do not take the regular white towels or bring your own.

11. Appropriate amount of supplies (coffee, tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dishes, bedding and towels) will be provided for the duration of your stay. Any additional amount will have to be purchased by the guest or will be provided at additional cost. Please note that since Covid started we stopped the supply of few items (like salt, sugar and few other kitchen supplies) in order to make our place safer environment and easier to clean and disinfect after guests leave.

12. Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community and not a hotel, it is also our second home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
