The suite includes 1 shared and 1 private entrance, 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths in over 1600 square feet. Everything is new and modern, all the comforts of home in a picturesque setting on the beautiful Bruce Peninsula. 15 mins from Sauble Beach or Wiarton. Large patio with firepit and private grill. Backs onto a conservation area with creek. 2 min drive, 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk to north oliphant beach. We have tried to think of everything and provide all linins, fully stocked kitchen, laundry area and bathrooms. Even games and activities for young and old.

There were signs of prior water damaged along the ceilings & you could hear water dripping inside the walls on a day of heavy rain. One bathroom overhead light did not work. No bedside lamps for reading. No blackout curtains and an east facing double glass door made sleeping in a challenge. There’s a lovely expresso maker with coffee pods but no sugar for coffee. Overall it was fine but it needs some attention. "

Apartment building is in the heart of town have full access to what Wiarton can offer. A few minutes away to South Bruce Peninsula, Sauble Beach and Owen Sound. Walking distance to groceries, gas stations, shopping stores, LCBO, Beer Store, restaurants, camping site, parks, trails, beaches, boating docks, fishing spots. Right on top of the best Caribbean restaurant in town. We have security cameras by the front and the exterior of the apartment door.

The space
This property has 2 apartments at the upper level and a Caribbean restaurant at the bottom. The apartments have shared entrance and 2 separate doors to each apartments/suites. Both entrance to the building and apartment 1 has a code lock, which will be provided to guests once they arrive. It has kitchen/dining space, living room with sofa bed and work desk. There is no access to the thermostat to control temperature but can be open to let the warm air in and just make sure to close it once you checkout or it’s raining.

There is no stove for cooking in the Kitchenette. We provide a microwave, toaster, mini fridge, Keurig and a BBQ with propane for cooking, small sink for cleaning dishes.
