The suite includes 1 shared and 1 private entrance, 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths in over 1600 square feet. Everything is new and modern, all the comforts of home in a picturesque setting on the beautiful Bruce Peninsula. 15 mins from Sauble Beach or Wiarton. Large patio with firepit and private grill. Backs onto a conservation area with creek. 2 min drive, 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk to north oliphant beach. We have tried to think of everything and provide all linins, fully stocked kitchen, laundry area and bathrooms. Even games and activities for young and old.

No bedside lamps for reading. No blackout curtains and an east facing double glass door made sleeping in a challenge. There’s a lovely expresso maker with coffee pods but no sugar for coffee. Overall it was fine but it needs some attention. "

Apartment building is in the heart of town have full access to what Wiarton can offer. A few minutes away to South Bruce Peninsula, Sauble Beach and Owen Sound. Walking distance to groceries, gas stations, shopping stores, LCBO, Beer Store, restaurants, camping site, parks, trails, beaches, boating docks, fishing spots. Right on top of the best Caribbean restaurant in town. We have security cameras by the front and the exterior of the apartment door.

The space
This property has 2 apartments at the upper level and a Caribbean restaurant at the bottom. The apartments have shared entrance and 2 separate doors to each apartments/suites. Both entrance to the building and apartment 1 has a code lock, which will be provided to guests once they arrive. It has kitchen/dining space, living room with sofa bed and work desk. There is no access to the thermostat to control temperature but can be open to let the warm air in and just make sure to close it once you checkout or it’s raining.

A Mid-Century-Modern space for two, located in the heart of Wiarton. Renovated 2024, this Century Home Apartment is a place to rest after a full day of summer fun in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and a spacious backyard. Enjoy dinner in the backyard and a fire before bed.

This is the back unit apartment in a house, the front of the house is also an Airbnb space. The backyard is a shared space for both units, feel free to interact as much or as little as you like!

The space
This is an apartment in the back unit of a house, the front unit is also rented as an Airbnb. We do not host parties in either unit. Guests are typically very friendly so we encourage you to extend kind greetings to each other. Often times we have families rent the front as we have many family amenities in the front house.

The house was built in the early 1900’s, it was originally built as housing for the old railroad that used to be in town. This part of the house was an addition, although we’re not sure when exactly it was constructed.

We purchased the house during Covid and so far, we’ve updated the furnace, AC unit, hot water tank, the roof, the kitchen and the bathroom. There are more items to be updated and we’re adding more every season.

Note: To access the Queen bedroom, you'll need to walk through the Double bedroom. There is a barn door that separates the bedrooms

Note: The suite is not set up for infants or toddlers, although they are more than welcome.

Guests have access to the whole suite and deck, as well as the parking spot.
