Guest access:
Very easy and care free check in process. You will be given the entry code a few days prior to your check in. You can access the property any time after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. This makes it easy as you don't have to wait or make arrangements to meet someone for access. Drop the key off by 12:00 PM on the day of check out. Come and go as you please!
Other things to note:
There are a set of stairs that bring you to the unit. This is a resort stacked townhouse with a couple of other units in the complex. It is a mixture of resort hotel rooms, timeshares and vacation homes.

Our private 2 bedroom condo is located on the west side of Collingwood within the wooded beauty of the Cranberry Resort area and a 10 min drive to Blue Mountain. It is minutes from all South Georgian Bay has to offer ... beautiful beaches and Ontario's best skiing are just down the road. The condo is also minutes from the heart of downtown Collingwood, which offers many restaurants and shops. Our guidebook provides details on all there is to do, see, eat, and drink in the area.
There are 2 separate bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your own meals including some limited spices. The living room has an electric fireplace to keep you cozy. The couch pulls out to a double bed that can comfortably sleep 2 children.
You have the entire condo to yourself to relax and enjoy.

Cranberry Resort is a quiet enclave on the west end of Collingwood. It is just minutes from historic downtown Collingwood and Blue Mountain, and about 20 minutes from Wasaga Beach.
Many amenities are a short walk from the condo, including a championship golf course, an excellent coffee shop, and restaurants in the nearby resorts and at the golf course.
The condo is steps from the Collingwood trail system and the Georgian Trail.

I will say to bring slippers when you come as the floors are cold and can be slippery."

Your home away from home. Steps from the waters of sparkling Georgian Bay, on a quiet, dead-end street, this vacation get-a-way is perfect for a couple or small family for a short stay yet set up perfectly for seasonable or monthly stays. There is a private walk-out entrance and this fully furnished retreat has lots of parking and can accommodate all your toys. We're 15-minutes from Blue Mountain, 7 min to downtown walking distance to Wasaga Beach. Quiet, peaceful yet close to the action.
The space
This ground floor, cottage-like space has been fully renovated & up-graded and offers lots of parking. We can accommodate boats, ski-doos, jet skis etc. Great spot for swimming, kayaking, bicycling or hiking in the summer and 15-minutes from Blue Mountain Resort for skiers and boarders in the winter. We are located in E. Collingwood, 1-klm from the Wasaga Beach border. Wasaga is the longest freshwater beach in the world, spanning 14 klms of sandy beaches. Our place is perfect for swims in fresh, clear, shallow water and for long beach walks or bicycle rides on Wasaga Beach. The space is private in a lower level of a raised bungalow where owners live upstairs

Although it's only listed as a 1-bedroom, the 1,100-SQ feet we offer has plenty of space for a 3rd or 4th guest and we offer both single and queen air-beds to enjoy. Games and books are available to guests. Guests can walk to the private, rocky beach to swim in crystal clear waters or enjoy water toys and fun (water shoes required)

The condo has a rare sought after wood fireplace. The condo is a Corner unit with large bay window and a lovely deck to enjoy the night sky.
The condo also has 2 complete bathrooms. A rare find. The beautiful trails offer a wonderful outdoor adventure for you and your children. No need to drive to get to some of the most beautiful areas this town offers. Laundry facilities on sight and air conditioning for those lovely hot summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a bar with stools for families to enjoy meals. This condo is available for long term rental.
The bedrooms offer blackout curtains so the early morning sun won’t wake you and your family. The well decorated living room has the beautiful wood fireplace a large television and comfortable sofa and chairs to relax after a long day of fun. There is also a television in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has king size super comfortable bed and a private ensuite with full bath and shower.
The children’s room has two single beds that can be moved together for another couple. There is a bathroom near the children’s bedroom as well.
Bright and clean this condo really has it all. The owner has installed a safe door lock system by August lock, which all you need is a code to enter and exit and you are all set to go.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

This spacious private second floor bright and airy studio apartment features a double murphy bed, laundry and a 4 piece bathroom. Located in the Cranberry neighbourhood minutes to downtown Collingwood and 10 minutes to Blue Mountain Village. Wasaga Beach is a short drive away and Northwinds Beach is only minutes away.
