Guest access:

Very easy and care free check in process. You will be given the entry code a few days prior to your check in. You can access the property any time after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. This makes it easy as you don't have to wait or make arrangements to meet someone for access. Drop the key off by 12:00 PM on the day of check out. Come and go as you please!

There are a set of stairs that bring you to the unit. This is a resort stacked townhouse with a couple of other units in the complex. It is a mixture of resort hotel rooms, timeshares and vacation homes.

Our private 2 bedroom condo is located on the west side of Collingwood within the wooded beauty of the Cranberry Resort area and a 10 min drive to Blue Mountain. It is minutes from all South Georgian Bay has to offer ... beautiful beaches and Ontario's best skiing are just down the road. The condo is also minutes from the heart of downtown Collingwood, which offers many restaurants and shops. Our guidebook provides details on all there is to do, see, eat, and drink in the area.

There are 2 separate bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your own meals including some limited spices. The living room has an electric fireplace to keep you cozy. The couch pulls out to a double bed that can comfortably sleep 2 children.

We can accommodate boats, ski-doos, jet skis etc. Great spot for swimming, kayaking, bicycling or hiking in the summer and 15-minutes from Blue Mountain Resort for skiers and boarders in the winter. We are located in E. Collingwood, 1-klm from the Wasaga Beach border. Wasaga is the longest freshwater beach in the world, spanning 14 klms of sandy beaches. Our place is perfect for swims in fresh, clear, shallow water and for long beach walks or bicycle rides on Wasaga Beach. The space is private in a lower level of a raised bungalow where owners live upstairs

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

The space
The condo is located on the third floor of a building overlooking the swimming pool and offers views of Blue Mountain and Georgian Bay waters directly from the outside deck, that’s equipped with a natural gas BBQ and a wicker patio set, large enough to seat 5 people. The loft is accessible using an elevator and stairs.

The property is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washer/dryer, and has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with everything you need to cook a homemade meal.

The condo sleeps 6 people but could accommodate 8 with a total of 3 queen size beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. The first two bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master bedroom having its own master ensuite with a glass shower. The powder room on the first-floor services the other bedroom ensuring there are no line ups to the facilities at peak times.

The rest of the space on the first floor is occupied with a modern kitchen, a dining set capable of sitting 8 people, and a living space equipped with a pull out sectional, natural gas fireplace, and a wall-mounted Smart TV equipped with Roku TV and a large selection of Rogers Ignite channels. The TV is equipped with an extra HDMI cable for extending your laptop's display to a large screen.

Taking the stairs to the second floor, you will find a secluded loft with another queen-size bed and its own 3 piece bathroom.
