The coach house is in a very private setting in the Purple Hills of Creemore in the Niagara Escarpment on 50 acres just 2KM from town with gorgeous views of the hillsides - including views to Georgian Bay. The loft is a separate building from the main house and is fully self-contained. The guests have the exclusive use of the pond area and the very soon to be completed fire pit and deck area down by the pond. There are many kilometres of cut trails that guests are also welcome to use on the property.

This spacious chalet near Creemore comes with a huge deck for enjoying fresh air & summer breezes, plus nearby hiking, cycling and beaches. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2+ living rooms, all on a quiet dead-end street. The Bruce Trail / Noisy River Provincial Park is around the corner, it's minutes to Creemore's shops and just a short drive to Wasaga Beach. Great summer escape out of the city. Minimum 7-day rental. Unfenced yard, pets to be confirmed with owner.
The space: The stone house is just up a few stairs from the spacious driveway with an entry on the bottom level, then stairs up to the great room that combines the kitchen, dining and living areas with a sliding door off to the big wraparound deck with views. PLEASE NOTE: The house does not have air conditioning. It never gets 'city hot' in Dunedin, and the lower level of the home is built into the slope of the property, so it stays cool no matter what the outdoor temperature is: There are two bedrooms and a rec room with a pullout couch on that floor. On the main level, there are plenty of big windows with screens to capture cross breezes and each of the three bedrooms on the upper level have ceiling fans to keep you cool, should you need them.

A lovely and peaceful escape from city life, this 150 year old farmhouse is incredibly cozy and private. You have the entire house to yourselves: 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, wood burning fireplace and the house is air conditioned. There is a TV, VHS and DVD player (with assorted movies) but no cable service.
Surrounded by nature, with the entire house to yourself. Beautiful hikes and conservation areas very close by. Perfect for families or couples that crave some time in the great outdoors.

Mulmur Township is a small bit of heaven tucked away at the northeast corner of Dufferin County, about an hour northwest of Toronto. Straddled by the famous Niagara Escarpment, the area is filled with rich farmlands above the escarpment, steep slopes and river valleys surrounded by extensive forest along the escarpment, and rolling plains and rural land below the escarpment. Just north of Mulmur is the town of Creemore with its many restaurants, shops, and the brewery. Also in close proximity to many ski clubs including Mansfield or a little farther to Devil's Glen Country Club. Take a day trip to Collingwood or Blue Mountain for many activities and amenities!
PROPERTY
COMPASS HOUSE sits at the top of a hill on a rolling 200-acre property. The house is made up of several different wings, a main sleeping wing with four bedrooms, a primary bedroom wing in the east, with a central living, kitchen, and dining in the center. The lower level space features a ping pong table and air hockey table! The name “Compass House” is inspired by the changing central living spaces frequented throughout the house pivoting like a compass by the season. In the winter, the action in the house is generally situated among an east-west axis, with the kitchen in the east and the fireplace in the west. In the summertime, as the 20-foot-wide folding windows in the main space are opened to create an indoor-outdoor living space, the activity tends to rotate to a north-south axis to include the courtyard on the south-side with a pool, seating, and outdoor dining space. The name of the house is also a nod to the “ethical compass” around sustainability the owners and designer adhered to when building the house, including using durable, long-lasting green building materials and a geothermal heating system.
