Beautiful custom built Muskoka style cottage/home on one of the largest lots on the lake western facing deep water for incredible sunsets and unmatched view anywhere of the lights of Orillia on the water every night. Large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas for the whole big family or corporate use. Gather for meals in the formal dining room or large lakeside table beside the awesome kitchen or dine outside in the screened lanai and grill on the 72" BBQ. Guests will enjoy the ample water toys such as 10' slide, 20' trampoline, 20' lily pad, floating chairs, kayak, water skis, surf boards, wake boards all accessed from the 2 docks, one for the boats the other the swim dock which is one of the largest on the lake for swimming, sunning, lounging and entertaining. Enjoy the incredible 270 degree view of the lake from the firepit patio each night or from the bar. Go by short boat ride to Orillia for ice cream, groceries, lcbo, and many restaurants. Awesome waterfront trails are nearby for walking, biking, roller blading, running etc. This beautiful property has more amenities and is an hour closer to the GTA than Muskoka or Georgian Bay.
