- "Stayed for one night on a family trip with my son. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Had a quiet night sleep even though we were close to the elevator. Breakfast is pretty standard fare but was plentiful. I also liked how they have a staff member serving the eggs/bacon/toast. It helped to speed up the process and keep people moving. We also took advantage of the pool and my son and I both liked how the air was nice and warm in the pool area and the water temperature wasn't too cold either. He stayed in longer than usual at other pools because he didn't get cold as quickly. The price point was a little higher than I would have hoped for this type of hotel at $193+ taxes for the night, but there isn't much else in the area. It was still worth it based on the experience. Overall a nice one night stay. "

We stayed in cottage#2 and the place has been recently renovated with very comfy beds and ac in every rm. Lake is a bit weedy for swimming but excellent for paddleboarding etc. We could have done with one or two more pots and pans for cooking, and a kettle, but otherwise the cottage was well equipped and nicely decorated. - "Lovely and quaint cabin. Perfectly located in a very peaceful and quiet street, steps to the park and lake.The cabin itself was quite small but perfectly fine for a lakeside getaway. BBQ on the back deck saved cooking inside ( although stove, toaster, coffee pot, microwave were available... along with pots/pans and dishes). Lovely firepit with Muskoka chairs surrounding and bonus firewood supplied. A couple of comfy swing seats around the property to relax on. Property owner was very pleasant and helpful. It's not "fancy" ... but a lovely place for a very reasonable price."
