Newly built 6-bedroom private lakehouse on a secluded road with a private inlet and your own sandy beach. Bright cottage with easy access to large lawn for games, beach with a shallow walk-in area for kids. Enjoy outdoor fires or the spacious deck for relaxing. There are six bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are enough beds to comfortably sleep up to 16 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor, two with private bathrooms and two with a shared bathroom. The master has a king bed and a twin day bed and a private ensuite with bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full private ensuite. The third & fourth bedrooms have queen beds (one with one bed another with two) and share a full bathroom. Spring/Summer/Fall
We are located on Pigeon Lake, part of the Trent-Severn Waterway . Pigeon Lake is a favourite destination for fishing (especially Bass and Walleye). The water is the clearest in the spring and grows lots of vegetation during the summer months ideal for fishing. There is a close marina for boat launches and the quaint town of Bobcaygeon (12 mins away) for all your needs.
The lake bottom is soft mud. Guests can inquire about the availability of local beaches for a sandy beach experience.

We've got all the ingredients for your perfect getaway, whether you're a pool enthusiast, a billiards ace, a hiking fanatic, a water sports aficionado, a relaxation guru, a culinary wizard, a board game expert, an adventurer, or all of the above.
Adjacent to the pool area, we proudly present "The Bar" – a true gem in our home. Here, you can unleash your competitive spirit with billiards, roulette, Texas Hold'em (poker), craps, cards, chess, backgammon, and more. It's your chance to prove who the ultimate champion is!
But that's not all. Our Living Room is an oasis of comfort and warmth, thanks to a cozy gas fireplace that'll make you feel right at home. Sink into our plush sofas, gaze out of the picture windows, or fire up the Smart TV (where you can effortlessly log into your Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming accounts) for movie night or to catch the big game. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and a dining room with ample seating, ensuring that your group can dine together in style.

Outdoors
Nestled amidst the natural beauty of our surroundings, you'll find a stunning firepit, a picturesque patio, and an inviting deck that are simply enchanting. As the sun sets and darkness blankets the landscape, the soft, amber lights come to life, illuminating the nocturnal world of wildlife that calls this place home. It's a mesmerizing spectacle, where the gentle glow enhances the allure of nature and offers you a front-row seat to the wonders of the night.
Sleeping Arrangements
Villa Serenity offers a total of 6 charming traditional bedrooms, each exuding its unique character and style. Additionally, there are 4 cozy single beds in the expansive upstairs loft area, providing ample sleeping accommodations for a total of 18 guests.
Our luxurious bedrooms include 2 King Size Bedrooms for the utmost in spacious comfort, 2 Queen Size Bedrooms for a touch of elegance, 1 Bedroom adorned with 2 Queen Beds for added convenience, and 1 room featuring 2 double-beds and a single bed, perfect for versatile sleeping arrangements.
Every bedroom is meticulously appointed with plush mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep, and linens are readily available on demand. Each room has been carefully decorated to create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, offering a serene retreat for all our guests.

The neighborhood:
Nestled along the tranquil shores of Pigeon Lake, our house enjoys a prime location. You can leisurely stroll to Crowes Line Beach in just 5 minutes or take a quick 10-minute drive to reach the charming town of Bobcaygeon. If you're up for more exploration, Buckhorn is a mere 15-minute drive away, and the picturesque Curve Lake First Nations Reserve, home to the renowned Whetung Ojibwa Centre, is just 25 minutes away and open every day. This idyllic setting is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities, from scenic hikes to delightful antiquing, and the opportunity to explore local farms and vineyards throughout the changing seasons.
As for your check-in experience, we've made it hassle-free and contactless. Prior to your arrival, you'll receive the door lock code, ensuring a seamless and secure entry into your temporary haven.
