The space
This is a great cabin for couples.This is a cute private cabin with a double bed. Perfect for 1 person or 2 . This is our least expensive - but also our smallest cabin. The double bed is an antique size. It is approximately 12 inches shorter and 12 inches less wide than a regular double. This bed is not suitable for people taller than 5'8. Better cabins for taller people are cabins 2 and 9. Please ask if you have any questions.
Guest access
Guests have the use of 1 parking space for there personal car. There are 2 new bbq's for guest use. 4 picnic tables overlooking the river for meal time. 1 bon fire pit for late evening bon fires. Each cabin comes with a bar fridge, microwave, and fan.
Other things to note
On Long Weekends all 3 nights must be booked.
NO teenage or university-aged house parties or proms. Misrepresentation of the actual rental party will automatically void this deal and forfeit the down payment. Any type of overly boisterous behaviour, acts of vandalism, attempts to sublet any part of our property or contravention of the Wasaga Beach bylaws, or has the OPP, emergency services or bylaw arrive on our doorstep will also forfeit the balance of the rental term without refund. Bright basement with 9’ ceilings, 2 large bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double) as well as a cot and camp cot for additional guests if required. A full private bathroom, bar area, electric fireplace, dining area, living room area, small desk and wifi. We have ONE parking space only available for guests. PLEASE READ house rules, list of amenities and cancelation policy prior to booking. NOT for loud parties!
The space
Beautifully decorated bright spacious basement. Set in a beautiful Quiet family neighbourhood.
A short drive to all amenities, including restaurants, beach, golf, skiing, hiking, fishing, and so much more! There is a disk golf course down the street from us. Bring a frisbee! We do not have cooking appliances or BBQ available for guests at this time.

Guests have access to the whole basement, Back yard is not for guest use.
During your stay
We live upstairs and enjoy meeting and welcoming guests to our home. However you will have very good privacy once in your space in the basement and separate entrance. Self check in is available as well. We are always available for questions or concerns, or if you forgot something we are very likely able to help out. Just send us a quick message and we will be happy to assist you!
Other things to note
We ask that music and noise be kept to a minimum after 11:00pm as we have family that works shift work and early hours.
Due to COVID-19 we are offering self check in.
For everyone’s safety we have installed a whole home 5 stage air purification system that includes heppa filter and ultraviolet light in our home. We ask that you bring your own towels for added protection (we do have towels available if you forgot yours or were unable to bring some), especially Beach towels as we ask that our towels not be removed from the house.
To save on environmental impact and life of our septic system, please limit towels to one bath towel, one hand towel and one face cloth per guest.
We are on a septic system so PLEASE put ONLY toilet paper down the toilet. NO paper towel, NO feminine hygiene products, No condoms, NO food. Nothing but toilet paper please!

There is a common picnic area , overlooking the river with 2 full Bbq's available for guest use. We have a fire pit for late night hotdogs, smores and marshmallow roasting. We are a 5 min walk from the waterfront square.

We have parking for our guests. You are guaranteed 1 parking spot for each cabin.

Each Cabin has a mini fridge , microwave , and fan. 2 Full size propane BBQs are in the picnic area overlooking the river.

This is our largest cabin. It has a separate double bed in the right wing and a single or double bed in the left wing. There is no shower -but it has an ensuite sink and toilet. There is a separate shower facility on our property. We know the drive up to wasaga is busy. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests.(including a earlier check-in).

Common area with 2 full size brand new BBqs. 4 Large picnic tables overlooking the river. Private fishing area. A camp fire pit. Outside sinks and water refill station. There is a common area to wash your dishes etc.
