Beautiful home in Muskoka. Super spacious. 1400 sq feet on 2 levels of house. Massive back yard with everything you need. 3 televisions. Fast internet. Lots of parking. The space
Enjoy a cozy night in a large room in the Old Seven Inn, furnished with a queen bed. A bright room, with a large window, with a small fridge, Keurig, mugs & coffee, and fresh bedding. A tv with blue-ray player and a large assortment of movies for your entertainment. Free wifi, we have upgraded our internet, so much faster! An adjoining 3 piece private bathroom, with fresh towels and basic toiletries. In main hall, there are books, games, and movies to enjoy by all guests with a microwave, toaster and water cooler, as we DO NOT provide breakfast so bring your bagels! There are two other rooms that can be rented, and all our rooms are down a separate hallway from any family, with keyless entry on the doors. Our home is 115 years old so chances are you will hear creaking if someone is walking down the hall, the charm of an old house! We have 400 feet of waterfront for you to relish in, swim, canoe, paddle boat, kayak, or fish. You could bring your own boat as there is a launch close by, and space at out dock for small boats. The Muskokas are beautiful in the winter as well! We have a large yard with some outdoor activities eg. horseshoes, volleyball court and ring toss. There are places to sit or eat outdoors and a fire pit to enjoy in the evening. We are located right off hwy 11, very easy to get to, you can hear the hiway, but there is a ceiling fan, air conditioner, and drapes that help block sound and light. Please feel free to lookup the Severn Inn to learn more about the history of our beautiful family home. We are located directly on the Severn River. We do not provide breakfast but there is a microwave and toaster for you to use. (We also have a listed king room if you prefer or if travelling with another couple, another queen room with own bath will soon to be listed)

Guest access
Guest access is through a separate entrance (staircase) at the front right of the house, on the outside. Follow the staircase to the second floor, enter through door, into hall (please make sure you are safe with stairs). The code and room name will be sent to you closer to arrival date over Air BNB prior to check in time. Parking is located at the front of the house. The exit to Cowbell is very short, the next exit up is Manson, it has a longer safer exit. During winter months, we may have you enter through main interior entrance just for safety, as outside steps can get icy.

Usually there is always someone around as this is our family home if you need assistance, we are also only ever a text/call or email away

Other things to note
Please just keep in mind that the house is very old, the water may take a few minutes to warm up, the floors may creak, you will hear noise from hi-way (air conditioner, fan, and insulated window coverings are in room) but the internet speed has been improved. We consider this charm! Please keep in mind when booking. Cowbell is a very short exit, so take it slow, put indicator on early, Manson is the next exit up with a longer exit. If using canoe or other water toys, please sign waiver and wear a provided life jacket. Enjoy the large yard and 400 feet of river front, no beach on our site. This is our family home and are very excited to have others enjoy the space. We have a hot tub now! We do not provide breakfast but many Breakfast places close by! We do have other rooms if travelling with other people, 1 king room and soon another queen room)

Clean, comfortable and private loft space. Nine minutes off Hwy 11 and in between Gravenhurst and Bracebridge. A perfect overnight for travelers on the move, or a home base for those exploring Muskoka. Visiting workers in the area from M-F, please message us about worker rates. Weekends are a two night minimum.

The space
Open concept suite with lots of natural light on a quiet rural road. There are two beds: one queen and one twin. An extra mattress on the floor is available for children.

When you walk in, you have access to your own private 3-piece bathroom, or head up the stairs to your open-floor guest suite where you will find a seating area with 55" inch flat screen TV with access to your favourite apps, sink, mini-fridge, microwave and kettle, french press, freshly ground coffee beans. There is cutlery and dishes for 2, but feel free to bring your own dishes and cutlery if you choose. (There is no oven or stovetop)

The beds are in the dormer wings, and are all part of the open-concept loft. There is a propane fireplace to keep you cosy on chilly evenings. Wifi is available and code is provided during check-in. (Note: The wifi is NOT high speed and can be temperamental from time to time.)

This space is completely separate from our home which is 50’ away. The space is all yours and not shared with anyone. Note: There is no A/C and the kitchen does not have cooking or baking capabilities.

Guest access
The Garage Loft is completely separate building. You have access to the entire suite with separate, side door entrance. We will send you the lock code the day before or morning of your booking. Access to the main garage is blocked by a locked door.

Other things to note
We do provide internet, however it is not high-speed and can be slow at times. The TV can access your Netflix, Disney, Crave and Apple accounts if you have them.

We have a big, friendly dog who is outside most of the time.
