Unique Motorcycle Themed Cabin. On quiet 'No Exit' residential street. Steps away from picturesque Cameron Lake, with swimming access. Walking distance to Downtown, including Falls, Restaurants, Pubs, Shops, Parks and Beach. As avid riders, my wife and I have travelled coast to coast on Two Wheels, thus knowing what Motorcyclists need to make their stay(long or short term) enjoyable.

We are offering a 2-bedroom trailer turned into a guesthouse with all facilities, fully renovated, in the woods with lots of privacy. There's a nice and clean Gull River next to our property with our private access to the water - withing 3 minutes walk - great for swimming, boating and fishing.
The guesthouse is close to the main house, but has its privacy and provides lots of comfort for people looking for quiet time in nature and friendly interaction by the evening bonfire.
The space
Our property is 30 acres. The area goes along highway 35 on the one side and Gull River on the other. It takes about 3 minutes to get to the small beach area by the beautiful path which is straight and easy, but can present a bit of a challenge for people with walking disabilities.
Our guests can enjoy wonderful views while walking in the woods all year round with its seasonal advantages. The winter holiday season brings in a romantic streak into the special atmosphere of being in a snow-covered forest.
You should be familiar with woodstove , and you can bring your own woods for the fire or buy it from us or get dry, dead tree branches from the forest. There's also a propane barbecue.
For lovers of wood sauna there's an opportunity to enjoy it on our property (for additional price of $100/2 hours).

We are in Norland - a small and friendly town in the heart of Kawartha Lakes. There's a nice and clean Gull River next to our property, great for swimming, kayaking and boating. There's also lots of beautiful lakes in the area - Head, Shadow, Moore, Balsam, Dragon Lakes - each worth visiting and enjoying.
The area is also known for its small attractive towns with its unique history - like Minden, Haliburton, Kinmount, Fenelon Falls. Some of them have long picturesque trails perfect for those who love ATV and snowmobiles.
You can visit our local landmarks - a family restaurant "Riverside Inn" in Norland and The Rockcliffe - Moore Falls restaurant. You can enjoy tasty food and a friendly atmosphere there.
There's Elliot Falls - four minutes away from our property, and Furnace Falls in Kinmount - twenty five minutes away. Still another one is in Fenelon Falls which is not far away either.

Originally built in 1878, operated as a lodging house but now the main home remains on 2 beautiful acres surrounded by four cottages and 200 feet of pristine water frontage with a beach area, and two boat docks. This listing is for Suite #1 with King Sized bed, and private washroom. Bathrobes provided.

The space is within the 144 year old Victorian Inn called the Saucy Willow Inn. Your King Sized bedroom has guest fridge, and a private washroom across the hall, with bathrobes. Continental breakfast is also served, and you have use of the entire lakefront property, including a small beach area. A verandah with a propane fire table and rocking chairs, as well as two outdoor wood firepits. A badminton area, and within walking distance to restaurants and the LCBO. In winter we have a skating rink, and an outdoor wood burning sauna.
