- No loud music or noise anytime outside, please play inside the house.
- Never use the master bedroom without prior approval by the host.
- Never use the spare linens or enter the master closet before talking to us.
- Avoid cooking curry food in the kitchen
- Always comply with the hot tub (spa) rules and swimming pool rules.
- Always classify the garbage strictly and put it into the right bins or bags.
- No fireworks anytime as it will disturb our friendly neighbors.
- No burning during April or during any other city-wide imposed burn ban and you are always fully liable for burning.
- If you caused damages, please report to the host immediately for the insurance reimbursement.
- Never turn on the pool waterfall by yourself, nerve remove the skimmer, or it will cause fatal damage to the pool pump.
- Never touch any electric pool equipment before talking to the host.
- Never move any heavy furnitures such as tables or beds etc.
-Never chase in the swimming pool area or step onto the waterfall fountain.
- Never let children enter swimming pool, hot tub, or pond alone.
- Never let children touch any device including the high pressure mosquito repellers.
- Always keep the fence doors closed and cover the pool overnight (blanket flat side up)
- No smoking inside the house, no marijuana allowed on the property
- No deep frying, BBQ or strong smelling food inside the house
- Please remove and clean up all decorations and any decorations should not damage the walls at all.
- Please turn on the Range Hood to speed 4 while using the Electric Range or Air Fryer etc.
- You can use almost everything in the kitchen except the host food.
- You pay attention to all Steps inside or outside the house
- You assume all risks from using Cookers such as BBQ Grills, Instant Pot etc.
- You assume all risks from gaming such as shooting, golfing etc.
- The hosts are not liable for injury or any kind caused by wild animals if any.
- The host or contractors might come for yard maintenance with a prior notice.
- If you are not sure about something, please discuss it with the host first.

Disclosure: We have never seen any dangerous wild animals so far, and nobody has ever been injured. But forests or food can attract wild animals.

There are no guest fees for ages 3 and under. All guests need to be counted for INSURANCE, SAFETY and SECURITY reasons. We do not necessarily charge every count.

Towels are provided, but we encourage you to bring your own. You have full access to the Washer and Dryer. If you come after noon but before the standard check-in time, please feel free to play around or use the washrooms, and our cleaners will try their best to have the suite on the first floor ready very early.

This luxury retreat has a lot to offer, and complimentary services include but not limited to high-speed internet (wifi), self check-in with smart lock, and free parking and many many games etc.

There are Karaoke System, Baby Grand Piano, Pool Table, Table Tennis, Foosball, Air Hockey, Mahjong (Majiang), Indoor Golf Putting, Dartboard, Axe Throw etc. You will need to set up some sports by yourself.

The Swimming Pool will only be available from June to September. Pool Table and Ping Pong Table are located in the basement. Most outdoor sport facilities are stored in the walk up basement.

Golfing, Darts and Archery are only for well-trained adults due to safety considerations. There are 3 Golf Courses nearby, and 2 Municipal Tennis Courts in Lindsay City.

A large Pellet Grill is provided to the guests. No Propane Grill or Charcoal Grill allowed on the property due to fire risk. With a 1,150 square inch cooking area, the Wood Pellet Machine can easily serve a crowd of 25 guests. Pellet Grill instructions and YouTube video provided. Please follow the proper procedures to avoid injuries or damages.

Bring your own snowmobiles during the snow season, and drive directly onto the OFSC trails. We are on the designated ATV routes.
