ABOUT THIS HOST
The host is very respectful, responsive and kind. The home is a what you call a vacation villa. It has everything you need from cooking spices to a man-cave. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed our morning swims in it. The location is very quiet and not too far from the shopping centre. I highly recommend booking with Vi and Jerome. Very pleasant stay. everything was brand new including the beds, sheets, kitchen appliances, etc. Jerome & Vi are very thoughtful hosts. We found everything in their house. We forgot to have our after-bite gel, but surprisingly there is a first aid cabinet in the kitchen, that has everything in it. There is a TV set with an active Netflix account. There is also a professional poker table in the basement. BBQ was clean and gas type. Towels were plenty in this house. Overall great stay!!! I would recommend it to everyone! There is a Go-train track next to the house, but it didn't bother us at all.

9. Clean-up, damage, and incidentals: The place should be back to its original set-up. Excessive cleanup or damages after stay to the rooms, grounds, contents or other areas of property will result in an extra charge of $200 or the costs of repair.
10. Dishware and kitchen: Clean the Kitchen after cooking. Otherwise, guests are charged $100.
11. Garbage: Waste must be put in the correct disposal bins. The small bins under the sinks are for organic waste. All garbage must be put in garbage bags and placed in the outside large garbage bins.
12. Guests staying 8 days and up will be charged for an extra cleaning fee per weekly mid-way cleaning and upon a request.
13. Shoes: Unaddressed shoes at mud room. There are indoor slippers stored in the hallway closet.
14. Lights, doors, and windows: Turn lights off and close the house doors when away. All windows and doors must be closed while the furnace or the AC is turned on.
15. Furniture: do not rearrange the furniture.
16. Keys and Lockbox: please return the door keys to the lock box after use. The fee for a lost key will be $50.
17. Guests are personally responsible for personal belongings left in or about the property. Guest’s personal belongings and value are not insured by the property owner or owner's representative(s) against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other causes. The property owner and owner's representative(s) shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages to or loss of the renters.
18. The house is not equipped for children's safety. Guests are responsible to observe and take care of their children during stays. Hosts do corporate with guests to allow children staying under their observation in the house without taking any responsibility in case of kid injury or accident.
19. All guests must have traveler insurance on their own for the duration of stay.
20. Government issued IDs identified (passport, driver license) required for a booking and provided before arrival.
21. It is Guests’ responsibility to make the house rules clear and be followed by all Guests. Host reserves the right to enter the property and ask Guests to leave, if any of the house rules are broken.
22. INGROUND POOL
** Inground Pool - by booking the place, Guests accept waiver of liability for using the pool for themselves, everyone staying at the house, and for any visitors of the Guest who might use the pool
** Pool opens from May to September

- Host and staff can access the property, garage, backyard, pool technical room, using the side door through the garage, as daily regular basic.
