B&B (owners live in the premises with one small hypoallergenic dog) Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood right on the edge of downtown Port Perry. Within walking distance(20 minutes) to historic Downtown Port Perry, Bistros, shopping, Lake Scugog and the beach or a 5 minute drive.

Take a short walk to our neighbourhood pond and trails through the forest along a coldwater creek.

Awakening with the best view of the lake! the piece has direct access to the terrace and the lake. There is a separate entrance to the part and the private bathroom. Port perry is only 3 min away driving and can also go by bike or Kayak! On Saturday there are farmers Market in the mornings, many restaurants, hikes, casino and the sunset will be in front of your room. It's beautiful!

Guests are completely separate from main house. Ground level main floor with Sitting and Entertaining area, fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, laundry room, and Master bedroom. Up the circular staircase to discover another cozy queen bed, with a sitting area and TV, huge soaker tub with views of the lake. On the sunny south side of the property, with a large patio fully equipped for your pleasure. Pease feel free to wander the grounds or watch the animals graze, sit by a fire, or curl up with a good book. A few minutes walk to the lake, or trails. Bring your toys to enjoy the water or ice. Historical Downtown Port Perry is a few short km away. Great Blue Heron Casino 3km. Scugog Landing open May to Oct.....there is a restaurant, with patio on the water to enjoy dinner and sometimes entertainment.

WATERFRONT PROPERTY….Enjoy stunning sunsets from the basement walkout guest suite. Take in views from the living room, bedroom (queen bed), or large 34 foot long private patio! The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.

The space
The private apartment is approximately 550 ft2 in size. The suite is completely self contained with 2 private entrances. It is located on the lower level of the home. The living-room, bedroom and private patio boast breathtaking views of the western horizon – a perfect setting to relax and relish the sunset with a glass of wine. The patio is quite large, 34 feet by 8 feet and has a bistro dining area and Muskoka chairs to relax in. When you are here, the private beach/backyard is yours to enjoy. We may use it occasionally to access the lake or our boat.

Guest access
At the shoreline, the water is shallow and offers fabulous swimming. If fishing is your interest, you can conveniently fish from the dock. The dock is pulled out of the water in the fall, and put back in in the spring.

Please note that the WiFi signal doesn't extend down to the beach area.
