In just a few minutes you can have your chair set up on the beautiful sandy shore of Beach 2. Relax, swim, and have a picnic. Or, if shopping is more your style then take a short stroll down the boardwalk to Beach 1, where you'll find everything from bathing suits to ice cream.
If sand isn't your thing, tie a floatie to the dock and spend your day floating on the river. You could also try your hand at fishing, or simply feeding the ducks.
When you need a bit of a down time, sit at your picnic table and watch the kids play in the enclosed play area. It's centrally located for easy viewing.

completely separate units while offering the chance to be united!
• The Cottage #3 & #4 offers the unique experience of staying in a cabin with additional

We have 5 Standard Beach Cottages on our courtyard.
• The Cottages #1 & #2 are unique because they are attached on one side even with a private
patio, are able to connect and transfer to a long patio for families and/or group of friends who
want to be together with some privacy and like to share the joy of cottage life at the beach.
Once united, you will have 2 BBQs, 2 picnic tables and 2 gazebos to enjoy as group. They are
completely separate units while offering the chance to be united!
• The Cottage #3 & #4 offers the unique experience of staying in a cabin with additional
comfort like all other units, moreover keeping your privacy while enjoying the taste of
socializing when you want to!
• The Cottage #5 is very popular among our guests as it is located right on the corner of Shore
Lane and is one of the closest to the beach. You can see the turquoise water from your
cottage!

The Space
Perfect Modern unit for fun activities and making wonderful memories. The basement unit has 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a klikklak sofa in the common area. There is full small kitchen to cook your meals. TV with roku and high speed internet available all year around. Normal occupancy is 2-3.

The property is located between Beach Area 4 and 5.
Direct access to shallow beach. A modern 6 unit Condo in Wasaga Beach close to restaurants, LCBO, Walmart, Shoppers Drugmart, McDonald's/ Tim Hortons and Parks.

Guest access
The interior of the condo is yours to enjoy. Treat it like your own. Everything outside is shared with other guests including lush green backyard, heated pool, BBQ, Firepit and beach. Please be accommodating of others and Enjoy your stay.

CHECK-IN:
Our check-in's are scheduled for 4:00 PM. You may arrive then, or later. To make things easy for you, I have arranged for a self check-in. The door lock code will be sent in a separate message. Please do let me know when you make it inside.

CHECK-OUT:
Keep in mind for planning your check-out down the road, the check-out time is scheduled for 11:00 AM, or earlier. You will be responsible for removing all of your belongings, and any trash from the apartment. Our cleaners will come to take care of everything else. Please note that the cleaners are on a tight schedule and we absolutely need you to cooperate in this matter.

PARKING:
Please park your car on single spot marked 6 (in front of the unit) . This spot can typically accommodate 1 regular size sedan. Please do not bring additional cars as it is very difficult to find additional parking.


STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide the following starter supplies to get you started. This should be enough for a long weekend.
a) For the Kitchen: Coffee maker, spice rack, paper towels, dish washing essentials, garbage liners are under the sink.
b) For the Bathroom: toilet paper under the sink, some liquid hand soap, shower dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
c) For the Bedroom: we provide pillows . Please bring your own pillow cases, bed linen and blankets. We will not be providing Linen. We have a queen size bed and a single klikklak sofa in the unit. If you want us to provide linen, We can do so at an additional $50 cost.

** Outdoor pool OPEN ONLY from End of May to September.

Please note that we do NOT provide an unlimited set of supplies, there should be enough for a long weekend

TRASH AND RECYCLING BINS:
Beside the building ( near the pool house) is a complete garbage and recycling center. Please keep the house clean from open food and trash during your stay. Please bring your trash down on a daily basis in order to keep the home clean and orderly. Additional garbage bags are under the sink.


AIR CONDITIONING
We have a ductless AC/ heating system. Please turn it off when not in use and keep the windows closed when using AC. Please note that lost AC remote will cost additional $100. From may to October, ductless unit should be used as AC ( Cold mode) mode only.

HEAT:
There are baseboard heaters for heat with wall dial thermostats to control temperature. Please turn down when not in use and before leaving. You can also use the ductless heating in the colder months ( November- April).


SMOKING:
No smoking, cannabis or vaping of any kind inside the premises and on the front and back Decks. Please be courteous of other guests in other units. If smoking is found in the unit- additional smoking cleaning charge of $500 will be charged to the guests.

PARTIES AND EVENTS:
Absolutely no parties or events allowed. Please respect the maximum guest limit is based on fire code and additional guests beyond those registered cannot be permitted.

This unit has its own entrance and access to the back yard and the beach. The basement unit is your to enjoy. Pool and back yard are shared. Pool is OPEN between June- September ( subject to Simcoe county PH) . Pool is shared and has a maximum occupancy of 20 at any given time. We have plenty of room on the lake as well. Come and enjoy your stay

The space
We have been providing guests with lasting memories for generations!

The cottage was built in the 1950’s by an eccentric postal worker who lived, oddly enough, just one block from Lake Ontario. Mr. Galvin was known for speaking very few words, rolling into the driveway at the oddest of times in his 1960 Ford Galaxie, and dressing as if he were Charlie Chaplin (regardless of the weather!). During the 1980's, Ill health didn’t allow him to get up much, so it was time to pass the torch.

I have been the steward of Sanablue since 1985. The original design of the cottage was simplicity itself. In planning the renovations, keeping the reinforcing cables, the front windows, and the open concept of the original pill box was a given. But making it function for today’s families was equally important. Then after that, adding some whimsy seemed like a fun thing to do..

Our cabins are best suited for families and quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.. Small to medium sized, well-behaved pets are allowed with a cleaning fee.

Pets must be on-leash while on the property
All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of appropiritly
Pets must not be left unattended in cottage for lengthy periods
Pets must be kept off all furniture and beds in cottages

Summersand's Riverfront Cottages is owned and operated by Jane and Mark Bolton. Mark was 16 when his father (Hugh Bolton former Toronto Maple Leaf 1950-1958) bought the property in 1975. After several years of retirement Summersand's is back for your enjoyment.
We are located on the Nottawasaga River with a short 5 minute walk to the Beach and 10 minute walk to Downtown activities.
Our cottages are rented for a minimum of 4 or 5 days.
Cottage 1 has a large deck with a covered outdoor dining space.Trees surrounding the deck provide additional privacy.
Enjoy the Riverfront deck for sunning, swimming, fishing or Happy Hour. Post sunset roast marshmallow around the fire pit.

The space
Enjoy the peace and privacy this cottage has to offer. Listen closely, sometimes the waves of Georgian Bay can be heard from the comfort of the living room. Or sit outside and enjoy a beautiful campfire under the summertime stars.

During the summer and fall enjoy the small quiet beaches located at the end of 72nd and 74th street North where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Georgian Bay and Niagara Escarpment. In the winter, the skiers, snowshoers and snowmobiles find this is the perfect location. Cyclists love that the trails are close and easy access to amazing biking. Our Brock’s Beach is a hidden gem that is so easy to get to without having to fight the Collingwood and Wasaga Beach traffic!

We are located in the heart of Wasaga Beach just a 7-minute walk (according to G*ogle Map) walk to the main area #1. Each cottage has a full kitchen, stove, fridge and microwave. We are a classic style Wasaga Beach cottage court. Our cottages are rustic, cozy and clean.

This cottage can comfortably sleep 4 guests. You can add 2 more if they don't mind the sofa bed.
