Our BIG family or Multi-family cottage (4000sq ft) sits on 55 Acres of waterfront property. It is a private, beautiful and a great place to entertain or host an event - 2.5hrs north of Toronto.

At our cottage you can enjoy being away without the bother of neighbours or noise. Pets are welcome and the property is ideal for exploring and hiking with dogs and family.

- "Loved lakefront with dock and hot tub. Brought our boat and the lake was nice and small and easy to familiarize yourself with it. Rocks were well marked. Enjoyed our stay! We brought a seadoo for tubing and that was helpful to entertain the 12 year olds. We also brought our own kayaks. Its a great lake for both. The sandy entry/exit in the water was nice for those old and young (as well as the dog). We did not use the fire pit and did not sit in the screened in porch much. We were there end of August and was not very buggy so sat on the deck in the evenings."

A newly completed custom built lakefront cottage with a small shallow sandy beach at water's edge and deep water off a new dock. Excellent location, lots of privacy amongst tall, mature trees. Enjoy hours of sunshine on the dock and on the deck. Cottage has beautiful hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, a large deck off the Great Room and a private deck off the master bedroom. A screened porch features a pine floor and ceiling. We have a 50 inch flat screen TV in the Great Room. The kitchen includes a large island with a prep sink, stainless appliances and a quartz countertop. The finished basement features a pool table, living area and a king bedroom with an ensuite bath. Many local attractions: golf, boat cruises, quaint towns like Port Carling, Bala, Rosseau and Parry Sound for shopping or strolling - all within half an hour. Non-smoking.

This charming cottage is situated in the perfect location about 2 hours from Toronto near Parry Sound in a lovely small town McKellar. Fall in love with this hidden gem on a beautiful lot overlooking Grey Owl Lake. The cottage has a lot of heart and is welcoming and warm with a typical cottage feel, wooden walls, wooden furniture fresh out of a fairy tale. The large windows and slightly elevated location as well peninsula like location give you a 120 degree view from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Cottage (and kitchen) was fully equipped and hosts had cooking basics(some spices, sugar, coffee, tea) as well as foil, saran wrap, etc. Iy was very clean and beautifully decorated (as per pictures). Hosts were courteous and checked in regularly and offered a mid week cleaning complementary. Hot tub came in handy as it was unseasonably cool. Probably the best experience we had renting a cottage. There was very little boat traffic so it was rather quiet on the lake however the cottage is located just off a very busy road so traffic can be heard from the dock. That being said, we would definitely rent again."

One of the upstairs queen bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower. The couch in the main room can be pulled out into an additional queen bed that sleeps two comfortably.

This cottage is within walking distance of Rocky Crest Golf Course. This course is a Clublink course and tee times must be arranged through Clublink.

This cottage is an open concept floor plan with a modern kitchen. The kitchen comes completely stocked with cookware and dishes, the renter must provide their own food.

The screened three season Muskoka room has a double sided fireplace with a walkout to the patio. On the patio you will find several Muskoka chairs for you to unwind in along with a gas barbecue.

Keys must be picked up at the Rocky Crest Resort front desk.

Housekeeping is not done on a daily basis. The property will be clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned after your departure. If you require extra towels or linens during your stay they will be provided by housekeeping. If property is rented for a longer period of time, housekeeping will occur on a weekly basis.

The renter will be responsible for any damages that occur to the property and any items that are lost or stolen.

Welcome to our stunning luxury 7-bedroom cottage (including guest cabin) which is on a point of land facing southwest on beautiful Lake Manitouwabing. We have 400 feet of private waterfront, a lovely beach and the rental includes a fishing boat, kayak, canoes, a SUP, and a pedal boat. We have just added a lakeside Sauna.

Our 4750 sq ft log home has 10" pine log siding both inside and out, 7 bedrooms including a guest cabin, and 5 bathrooms. Any boats or Jet Skis had to slow down in this area, so it was relatively quiet. The decks, stairs and dock are all quite new and well built for accessibility. Inside, the cottage is bright, clean and comfortable.There are ceiling fans in the Queen bedroom and living area. History:

We are not in this to run a hands off business and simply collect income. The cottage is in our blood. We rent it to help offset costs so that we can continue to enjoy it as well and continue to keep it in great shape and make improvements every year.

We do not think of people as clients. They are our guests. We want to provide an experience that provides fair value. We want our guests to feel like this is their home when they are here. We want them to want to come back.

I lost my folks in my early/mid 30s and have been managing the cottage since then, a little over a decade now. I take a tremendous amount of pride in it and since meeting Amy 5 years ago, she has been right beside me. My parents were given nothing and this was their/our jewel.

I had and still have family in the Muskoka's and we actually helped settle the land in the 1800s. In the 1960s, my dad worked with my uncle from the village who did some real estate after the war and he bought this piece of land,

He let it sit until the 80s when he and my mom had the foundation poured and then he built it from the ground up with his buddies, He was in sales, but thankfully he was handy and all his friends were skilled tradesmen. It is the central focal point in almost all of our memories together, with friends, with extended family.

I have taken great pride in not only enjoying it as they wished, but replicating their hard work and perseverance. We try to not only maintain it, but add to it every year like they did, Accepting guests helps us do that. Next year is painting inside and out, new appliances and new rails on the boathouse.

Basically, we want to share with guests that will enjoy it the way we do. We will greet you and walk you through - either myself or our concierge and property manager and we will be available (within reason of course :-) ) should you need assistance during your stay.

There is a lot to be said for a great 2-bedroom cottage at a great price. Especially when it comes with a sprawling yard and a wonderful panoramic lake view complete with your own mini-island! This red brick cottage will be perfect for a family of 4 to 6 people who want to experience a very traditional cottage vacation. Located just 20 minutes from Parry Sound, Rock Heaven is located close enough to shopping and conveniences (not to mention a great little snack shop in Orrville just a few minutes away) while far enough from the city to provide the quiet cottage days and nights that make this type of vacation so appealing. Throw in a few sunsets and campfires and it could be perfect for your group!

Arriving at Rock Heaven, you'll see immediately that it is situated very nicely to enjoy the water and sky. Stepping inside, you'll find an updated kitchen and a very nice lake view dining area. Beyond this you'll find a comfortable living room, complete with TV/DVD and a woodstove - a cosy room for gathering at any time of year. A 4-piece bath, a master bedroom with queen bed, and a second bedroom with sleeping for several more round out the inside of the cottage.

This cottage has a somewhat unique feature with it's large, covered deck off of the living room. There is ample room on the property to enjoy the sun at any time of day - this deck lets you enjoy the afternoon sun with the option of finding a shady spot, as well as being available to you to use in any weather. The BBQ is on the deck here, so even in the rain your grillmaster can stay dry.

We think you'll love the waterfront here. Mutton Lake is small enough to avoid the heavy traffic you sometimes get on the bigger lakes, but large enough that it is interesting for kayaking and canoeing. To that effect, the owners include a generous selection of watercraft for you to enjoy during your stay.

Out and about, you will find Parry Sound has much to offer - quaint shops, restaurants, waterfront bistros, boat tours plus all the basics you will need. Fans of music may want to time their stay with the Festival of the Sound, an annual festival featuring some of the top names in Canada in the world of classical music, with most concerts held at the Stockey Centre.

Two nights is the minimum stay. The rate is $250 per night. Plus HST and VRBO also takes a fee because that is where you found us. The cottage is a cozy space to share with friends and family. It is located on 2 acres, with 2 small shallow creeks on either side. There is lots of tree coverage and shade in the back/lakeside yard.
There is a fire pit for you to use outside, bring your own firewood! The wood stove inside is always available and we provide firewood for it, it heats the space so nicely in the cooler months, but there is also electric heat throughout so it is not necessary!
The water is filtered well-water and we personally use it for teeth-brushing and showers and baths but we otherwise bring water and ask you to as well.
There is heat/electricity and water all year round.
The dock and Muskoka chairs are available all year but may be challenging to access in the spring and fall depending on ice and water. There is a sloping sandy beach area, a paddle boat, a canoe, and 2 kayaks for your use (all included in the price of your stay).

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

The water system is well water, which is tested and treated but we recommend drinking bottled water. The house works on a septic system so please be courteous of things being flushed.

There are blackflies in the spring, and mosquitos generally all summer. There is some bug spray but we recommend bringing spray and other bug repellants if you are not a fan! In June we suggest bug jackets (we have a few on site as well).

Private lake front property with boathouse on Lake Rosseau. Cottage is cozy and bright with 2 bedrooms (1 Queen with ensuite, 1 Double), 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Boathouse receives sun all day, equipped with Muskoka chairs and gate to jump off the roof into the water. A 15' floating mat is anchored for playing and sunning and a pedal boat is available to tour the lake. Octagonal cottage has sliding doors on all sides for beautiful views and a good breeze.

Our cottage is on Georgian Bay located 5 minutes north of Parry Sound. It is known as having "a million dollar view" of the bay. Enjoy the view or explore everything Parry Sound has to offer. This cottage is in a very quiet area and therefore it is not for loud partiers. This cottage is available for groups of 1-4 people only. The waterfront is rocky but the swimming is lovely. If you prefer sandy beaches there are 2 that are within a close drive.

The dock offers a perfect spot for sunbathing and has a diving depth of 6 feet at the end. The Scandinavian-built wood-fired sauna is a must during spring, late August, and fall. The main cabin is heated by a cozy wood stove.

Included are life jackets, paddles, a non-motorized red aluminum fishing boat, a red canoe, and an orange kayak for your enjoyment.

Guests need to supply their own bed sheets and/or sleeping bags. Pillows with fresh cases and a fresh bath towel are provided. Several sleeping bags are also available as backups if needed.

Guests must supply their own firewood, some of which can be found in the area. Wood fires are permitted in the cabin fireplace, sauna, and the steel fire pit, if municipal fire ratings allow (please check and refer to the House Manual for details).

Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. Cleaning supplies are provided.

Enjoy a 50" TV with surround sound for movies and binge-watching. The Blu-ray player accepts disks and movies on USB sticks (mp4/mkv/avi format files). An extended HDMI cable connects to the TV for laptop or game console use (see House Manual for details).

There is no WiFi, however the mobile voice/ data signal strength (5G) from the local tower is very good, and you can easily FaceTime / Zoom with confidence.

The space
When entering the property you'll follow a beautiful, wooded, winding road leading to a very private property including lots of woods, a stream, a sprawling lawn perfect for children to play and lawn games, all overlooking the waterfront. The firepit is visible from the cottage and situated in the most perfect spot near the water. You'll have plenty of solar lights for dark nights leading from the cottage, to the firepit and down to the dock.

The cottage is open and airy. Whether cooking in the kitchen, watching a movie or sitting at the dining table, you can always see the lake. Bedrooms are cozy with storage for clothes.

In the winter find local cross country and snow shoe trails on property and out door skating rink (weather permitting) and regional snowmobiling is a big pass time in the area!

The space
The kitchen has everything you need, open concept main floor, a private patio area and a barbecue makes this the perfect entertaining spot! Master Ensuite is on the main floor while the other 3 bedrooms are on the top floor.

With your stay you have access to 3 restaurants in the resort, tennis court, basketball court, practice putting green, volleyball court, two swimming pools, hot tub, children's play centre, recreation centre with pool table, fitness centre, sauna and hot tub.

For the golfers you have access to ClubLink golf at Rocky Crest Golf Club. Book a maximum of 5 days in advance of play during any available resort tee time through the Reservations Department

Additional activities include non-motorized watercraft, inflatable waterpark, hiking trails, beach, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and boat rental available at a nearby marina.

This is a Modern Cottage with a screened porch and a full kitchen and large bathroom. Note that the property has many steps and eneven terrain and isn't suitable for people with mobility challenges. The parking lot is located approximately 50m / 150’ from this cottage and there are steps leading up to it.

Welcome to Little lake cottage. The cottage is cozy and up to date, we take pride in what we own and we feel it is homey with a little bit of nature thrown in there.
The cottage itself sits on Armstrong lake and has great fishing potential, with a brand new dock.
We also have a brand New Deck and a great garden for lazing around on those summer days. It has amazing walks, offers trails for summer and snow-mobiling in winter. Come and stay, you won't be disappointed.

The space
Our cottage is utilized in every way, pretty open concept living room and kitchen. Master bedroom has an adjacent main bathroom as well as a smaller bedroom which has a double bed and can also fit a crib if needed. The 3rd bedroom has low adult bunk beds. We also have an additional powder room.
We have just added a brand new 19x20 back deck for those lazy sunny days and a New dock for those who want to take in a bit of fishing, or swimming.

The garden although not fenced is pretty big and safe...it heads right down to the lake with a slight slope. The water is initially shallow and safe to swim in.
There is a dock to fish from in summer and ice fish in winter. We also have a paddle boat and a tandem kayak for the summer for guests to use at their own risk. Some life jackets are available.

Other things to note
The cottage is winterized, so we do have a furnace and a propane fireplace. All beds have heavy duvets for the winter and light ones for Summer and there are always extra linens available if needed.
If you are bringing your pet and have cleared it with us first, please respect the neighbors and do not leave your pet outside unattended.

The space
Our cottage provides a great balance between convenience and relaxation.

On the inside: Our full kitchen is stocked with appliances, serving ware and utensils. The full-sized bathroom includes a tub with shower. In our living room you'll find a variety of card games, board games and a wide selection of DVD’s for the rainy days for your family to enjoy.

On the outside: We have 30 feet of sandy beach that's perfect for wading into the water and playing in the sand. The small lake is well-suited for playing with our water toys like our kayaks, canoe and float toys which guests have access to. We have a dock that fits about 4 chairs to enjoy the view, or you can entertain from the outdoor dinner table or coffee table. Spend your evening around the camp fire overlooking the water.

If you need to work while away, we have cell reception.

Guests do not have access to the bunkie/storage shed to the side of the property. We store personal items in here therefore restrict access. Guests do have access to the Paddle Shack next to the bunkie which holds water toys - please help yourself!

Other things to note
Although we have a UV water treatment system we still recommend that you bring bottled water and/or a water cooler pump given a water cooler is provided.

Please don’t forget bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels and toilet paper. We provide a welcome basket with one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, a dish cloth, small dish soap, a white garbage bag for the inside bin, and a large black garbage bag to get you started!

One of the things that makes our place unique is that we have float planes that use our lake. It’s pretty awesome to get an up-close look! We just want to remind guests to stay safe and make way for the planes if you see them. Deliberately impeding an aircraft taking off or landing is an illegal offence under the Canadian Aviation Regulations. There is a warning light at the north end of the lake to help you be aware.

There's a lot of wildlife around - squirrels, chipmunks, beavers, dragonflies, racoons, and the odd snake. Please use caution with regards to leaving garbage and food outside as it attracts animals.

We have a heat pump located in the living room and maintain the cottage at a reasonable temperature during the cooler months. The cottage is unavailable from December to the end of March.

Guests have access to wifi and can view login details included in the Welcome Basket upon their arrival.

We don’t have a boat launch and do not allow people to bring boats to use on our lake, however if you’re looking for a launch on another lake please Google local boat launches in Seguin Township, Parry Sound or McDougall Township.
