Our BIG family or Multi-family cottage (4000sq ft) sits on 55 Acres of waterfront property. It is a private, beautiful and a great place to entertain or host an event - 2.5hrs north of Toronto.

At our cottage you can enjoy being away without the bother of neighbours or noise. Pets are welcome and the property is ideal for exploring and hiking with dogs and family.

- "Loved lakefront with dock and hot tub. Brought our boat and the lake was nice and small and easy to familiarize yourself with it. Rocks were well marked. Enjoyed our stay! We brought a seadoo for tubing and that was helpful to entertain the 12 year olds. We also brought our own kayaks. Its a great lake for both. The sandy entry/exit in the water was nice for those old and young (as well as the dog). We did not use the fire pit and did not sit in the screened in porch much. We were there end of August and was not very buggy so sat on the deck in the evenings."

A newly completed custom built lakefront cottage with a small shallow sandy beach at water's edge and deep water off a new dock. Excellent location, lots of privacy amongst tall, mature trees. Enjoy hours of sunshine on the dock and on the deck. Cottage has beautiful hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, a large deck off the Great Room and a private deck off the master bedroom. A screened porch features a pine floor and ceiling. We have a 50 inch flat screen TV in the Great Room. The kitchen includes a large island with a prep sink, stainless appliances and a quartz countertop. The finished basement features a pool table, living area and a king bedroom with an ensuite bath. Many local attractions: golf, boat cruises, quaint towns like Port Carling, Bala, Rosseau and Parry Sound for shopping or strolling - all within half an hour. Non-smoking.

- "Superb cottage on a small lake. Cottage (and kitchen) was fully equipped and hosts had cooking basics(some spices, sugar, coffee, tea) as well as foil, saran wrap, etc. Iy was very clean and beautifully decorated (as per pictures). Hosts were courteous and checked in regularly and offered a mid week cleaning complementary. Hot tub came in handy as it was unseasonably cool. Probably the best experience we had renting a cottage. There was very little boat traffic so it was rather quiet on the lake however the cottage is located just off a very busy road so traffic can be heard from the dock. That being said, we would definitely rent again."
