We loved the restaurants on site and the fact that there were different room types to chose from for our different extended family members. The staff were so nice and accommodating. They offer free bagged ice and will take you around the resort in a golf cart as needed. (One night they took the 13 of us to and from the golf course for dinner) They have candy / chocolate / freezies in the reception building. Plus daily activities like games night / movie night. And of course check out the pickleball / basketball / volleyball courts and second pool by the smaller lake. We also went to Chef Henrie restaurant in MacTier - It was outstanding. I do want to highlight the coffee, though. Most places I’ve stayed, the coffee is abysmal, but this was a decent cup of joe. The location is perfect, close to the highway, which is nice if you’re on a schedule, but also deep enough in the woods that the air smells fantastic and you can hear the crickets. Overall the building just looks really nice too."

We brought a seadoo for tubing and that was helpful to entertain the 12 year olds. We also brought our own kayaks. Its a great lake for both. The sandy entry/exit in the water was nice for those old and young (as well as the dog). We did not use the fire pit and did not sit in the screened in porch much. We were there end of August and was not very buggy so sat on the deck in the evenings."

A newly completed custom built lakefront cottage with a small shallow sandy beach at water's edge and deep water off a new dock. Excellent location, lots of privacy amongst tall, mature trees. Enjoy hours of sunshine on the dock and on the deck. Cottage has beautiful hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, a large deck off the Great Room and a private deck off the master bedroom. A screened porch features a pine floor and ceiling. We have a 50 inch flat screen TV in the Great Room. The kitchen includes a large island with a prep sink, stainless appliances and a quartz countertop. The finished basement features a pool table, living area and a king bedroom with an ensuite bath. Many local attractions: golf, boat cruises, quaint towns like Port Carling, Bala, Rosseau and Parry Sound for shopping or strolling - all within half an hour. Non-smoking.

The cottage is fully loaded with a games room loft (Pool table, Darts and Foosball) video games, ample board games, lakeside fire pit and fun non-motorized toys for the lake (canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, row boat, etc). Our lakeside deck and dock is perfect for sun lounging, dining or a morning yoga class overlooking the lake. The property is also sprayed once every two weeks for mosquitos.

This cottage has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom is located on the main floor with a king sized bed and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi soaker tub.

There are 3 additional bedrooms located on the second floor, two bedrooms have queen sized beds and one bedroom has two single beds. One of the upstairs queen bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower. The couch in the main room can be pulled out into an additional queen bed that sleeps two comfortably.

This cottage is within walking distance of Rocky Crest Golf Course. This course is a Clublink course and tee times must be arranged through Clublink.

This cottage is an open concept floor plan with a modern kitchen. The kitchen comes completely stocked with cookware and dishes, the renter must provide their own food.

The screened three season Muskoka room has a double sided fireplace with a walkout to the patio. On the patio you will find several Muskoka chairs for you to unwind in along with a gas barbecue.

Keys must be picked up at the Rocky Crest Resort front desk.

Housekeeping is not done on a daily basis. The property will be clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned after your departure. If you require extra towels or linens during your stay they will be provided by housekeeping. If property is rented for a longer period of time, housekeeping will occur on a weekly basis.

The renter will be responsible for any damages that occur to the property and any items that are lost or stolen.

Check in time is after 4PM on the day of arrival and checkout time is 11AM.

Welcome to our stunning luxury 7-bedroom cottage (including guest cabin) which is on a point of land facing southwest on beautiful Lake Manitouwabing. We have 400 feet of private waterfront, a lovely beach and the rental includes a fishing boat, kayak, canoes, a SUP, and a pedal boat. We have just added a lakeside Sauna.

Our 4750 sq ft log home has 10" pine log siding both inside and out, 7 bedrooms including a guest cabin, and 5 bathrooms. The interior has cathedral ceilings, 2 natural wood fireplaces +2 electric fireplaces in the master bedrooms on both floors, a magnificent screen porch, hardwood floors, and a wrap-around deck with outdoor patio and dining set. In addition we have an outdoor ping pong table and Foosball in the Muskoka Room. The cottage is fully equipped with nothing spared-Just bring your food!

We are 15 minutes east of Parry Sound which is a bustling town on the shores of Georgian Bay, where there are shops, cafes, restaurants, movies, and attractions. We are also a short boat or car ride from the Ridge at Manitou and exceptional Golf Club and Dining Room. It is a perfect getaway for up to 14 people and only a two and a half-hour drive from Toronto. Families return year after year, so only a few times are available in our high season.

There is a lot to be said for a great 2-bedroom cottage at a great price. Especially when it comes with a sprawling yard and a wonderful panoramic lake view complete with your own mini-island! This red brick cottage will be perfect for a family of 4 to 6 people who want to experience a very traditional cottage vacation. Located just 20 minutes from Parry Sound, Rock Heaven is located close enough to shopping and conveniences (not to mention a great little snack shop in Orrville just a few minutes away) while far enough from the city to provide the quiet cottage days and nights that make this type of vacation so appealing. Throw in a few sunsets and campfires and it could be perfect for your group!

Arriving at Rock Heaven, you'll see immediately that it is situated very nicely to enjoy the water and sky. Stepping inside, you'll find an updated kitchen and a very nice lake view dining area. Beyond this you'll find a comfortable living room, complete with TV/DVD and a woodstove - a cosy room for gathering at any time of year. A 4-piece bath, a master bedroom with queen bed, and a second bedroom with sleeping for several more round out the inside of the cottage.

This cottage has a somewhat unique feature with it's large, covered deck off of the living room. There is ample room on the property to enjoy the sun at any time of day - this deck lets you enjoy the afternoon sun with the option of finding a shady spot, as well as being available to you to use in any weather. The BBQ is on the deck here, so even in the rain your grillmaster can stay dry.

We think you'll love the waterfront here. Mutton Lake is small enough to avoid the heavy traffic you sometimes get on the bigger lakes, but large enough that it is interesting for kayaking and canoeing. To that effect, the owners include a generous selection of watercraft for you to enjoy during your stay.

Out and about, you will find Parry Sound has much to offer - quaint shops, restaurants, waterfront bistros, boat tours plus all the basics you will need. Fans of music may want to time their stay with the Festival of the Sound, an annual festival featuring some of the top names in Canada in the world of classical music, with most concerts held at the Stockey Centre.

Linda has enjoyed growing a small vegetable garden and many of the plants are grown from seed and then moved to the greenhouse until ready for trans-planting.

The space
This second floor apartments are part of a triplex. Linda and her husband Fred live below . The living and dining room are a good size; the kitchen layout is sometimes referred to as a "galley kitchen" - sink, stove and fridge are on one side, the other is the cabinets and counter. The master bedroom's entry is off the kitchen, the front bedroom off the living room.

Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the deck, the apartment and the adjacent laundry room. If they wish to explore the 12 acres, directions will be given as to access and route to follow.

Located four km from the village of Orrville, 24 km from Parry Sound (Georgian Bay). There is a bicycle route from Orrville to Parry Sound alongside Hwy. 518. The Seguin Trail is accessible approx. 3 km away. Depending on the season - hiking, biking, ATV or snowmobiling.

The space
The second floor apartments are part of a triplex. Linda and her husband Fred live below . In this unit the living, dining, and kitchen area are open concept with patio door to a good sized deck. The small front room is a home office space. There is one bedroom with double bed, dresser and chest of drawers, plus closet.

Guest access
Both units have access to the 12 + acres of property from their decks with a small stream and pond just feet from their doors. Guests have use of the entrance hall and the laundry room.

The space
Cabin at rear of yard with no running water/toilet. Quality queen bed with supplied sheets, linens. Waubeek House is a large red brick guest house that was built in 1908 and has been restored. It is a very large three story home with medium sized guest rooms on the second and third floor. Your cabin is equipped with a door lock and key, quality linens, two pillows for the bed, one towel per person, toiletries, small fan, mirror, dresser, hangers. Your hosts live on the main floor of the guest house with their pet dog. As a train town, we are close to the busy rail system. We offer ear plugs in each room. While your host will likely meet you on arrival, this is not always possible. You will be given the key code for the guest house. Entrance to Waubeek House is via a set of exterior stairs. The two shared large bathrooms are located on the second floor. One is off the main hall and the other is off the kitchen. The cabin is ideal for a single guest but can accommodate two. If you have interest in a long stay, we are able to accommodate this. High speed WIFI is available and works well in all areas. The guest area is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers are located on the second floor hall, kitchenette and closet, second and third floor landings. There is no A/C. We are located close to restaurants, downtown, great beaches, library and hospital. You can easily walk, bike or drive to local events. We are a short drive to many municipal and provincial parks. Parry Sound offers great flying, boating, swimming, kayaking and canoe opportunities. It is a great four season location with so many activities. Guest access
As cabin guest, you have access to the 2nd floor of the guest house kitchenette (coffee/tea) and two shared bathrooms via the guest entrance up a full flight of stairs in the guest house. Other guests occupy the second and third floors. Hosts reside on the main floor with their older dog. Your bike can be parked within a gated yard of the house. Light meal prep only. Kitchen is closed at 800pm.

During your stay
The cabin is located in the rear fenced yard/garden of the large guest house. Entry is through the gate near the driveway and up a full flight of stairs. The kitchenette, and two baths are on the second floor. Guest rooms are located on the second and third floor.

Other things to note
While your cabin offers full privacy, you may hear, meet, greet and see the hosts and guests when you leave your cabin or attend the guest house amenities. Remember - there is train noise.
