We loved the restaurants on site and the fact that there were different room types to chose from for our different extended family members. The staff were so nice and accommodating. They offer free bagged ice and will take you around the resort in a golf cart as needed. (One night they took the 13 of us to and from the golf course for dinner) They have candy / chocolate / freezies in the reception building. Plus daily activities like games night / movie night. And of course check out the pickleball / basketball / volleyball courts and second pool by the smaller lake. We also went to Chef Henrie restaurant in MacTier - It was outstanding. If you get a chance you should stop in for lunch or dinner. But make a reservation! "

I do want to highlight the coffee, though. Most places I’ve stayed, the coffee is abysmal, but this was a decent cup of joe. The location is perfect, close to the highway, which is nice if you’re on a schedule, but also deep enough in the woods that the air smells fantastic and you can hear the crickets. Overall the building just looks really nice too."
